Out of all the new pokemon the gym leader's and elite 4 members were given, I noticed that the two only new evolved pokemon that a gym leader or an elite 4 member didn't get were lefeon and tangrowth. However, Leafeon is still popular for being an evolution, but poor tangrowth is so forgotten. So with that
