    How do you use them? XD
    I'm sorry for sounding like a n00b, but I'm REALLY clueless.
    I'm trying to recruit Latias in Happy Outlook (Yes, I have the Enigma Part AND I saved Scizor.)
    So how do I use it? I carry it around with me, but what do I do? XD

    You just carry it in your Treasure bag.
    It'll make Latias show up most of the time. (unless you're unlucky, xD)

    Ohhh, because when I got to 10F, Latias wasn't there...I checked the Recruitment Search too...
