Fresh off the boat from Serbia, Niko Bellic is trying to live the American Dream.
But along the way, he gets into trouble with his cousin, Roman Bellic. Can Niko live the American Dream while fighting off gangs, mobsters and local law enforcement? Now, due to procedure, we have to put down some rules:
