Just recently decided to play through one of my Rubies, and my Japanese Emerald. There are three goals for this:
1) I have an eon ticket on this Ruby. I don't know if it's legit, but I'd be willing to find out.
2) I figure playing two games at once can cover twice the ground of shinies. Though it would be at half time so GROUNDx2/TIMEx2.5 (.5 to compensate Emerald is longer), ect, ect, ect.... o3o
3) I will have motivation to learn how to use the RNG to obtain shiny legends.
Meh.... Plus the games are fun. n3n

I beat the poemon league. After that I caught groudon and kyogre. Man they were really hard. Groudon almost killed itself with struggle and kyogre was almost dead because for some reason it wouldn't use rest >.>
Pokemon fan girl since 1999 =D Raichu is #1 Forever!!!
I kind of got into replaying Ruby again. So far, I'm up to defeating Norman and getting Surf. (And Sludge Bomb, yay). Will be chasing after Winona next, though I might raise another pogey for my team. Currently, I have four trained Pokemon and Zigzagoon.. Yeah.

Started emerald for the first time in....
Forever.
Looks like im in victory road, with a petty nice team. I had a TON of money.
Almost done with V road, I'll post when I get to the E4
Currently playing: Pokemon Ruby Team! (Broken internal battery :C)
Went to the Battle Arena and earned some more BP. I finally hatched a Bagon with good IVs, so I moved on to breeding Meditite. I didn't have to hatch that many Meditite eggs, since I hatched one with two flawless IVs pretty quickly. Right now, I'm EV training the Meditite, Bagon, Clamperl, and Abra I've recently bred. I just finished EV training them in Speed, only have Attack/Sp. Attack EVs left to get.
I flew through ruby skipping most of the trainers (which I usually never do especially Gym Trainers), and special items and such to get a staggering 5:20 minutes play/7 gym badges and at Groudon. Let's just say a Lucky Egg, HM slave Mew, and HM Slave Swampert helped.
If anyone can find the correct calculator being talked about in this forum and find how to work it, LET ME KNOW! I will give you a shiny to do that part for me. X3
The problem I am having is this page: http://pokem.client.jp/emloop.htm it is in Japanese and they changed the layout of the page from the time the Gamefaqs forum was made.
Thanks!

I just beat Wallace in Emerald. DAMN his Ludicolo annoyed me! Long story short, Ludicolo itself = maxed evasion with DT, used every single PP with me hitting like 5 times, used struggle and 4 FULL RESTORES!!!!!! = 30 minutes for ONLY Ludicolo!
Recently, I purchased a second copy of Emerald online, because I need another Latios (Pal Parked my only one...) and I really wanted to replay the game again without deleting my good copy. The game came in the mail yesterday, so I started playing it. There previous owner's save file still existed, so I played it for a while. The old owner didn't have anything interesting, but I found out that he didn't do the scanner sidequest in the Abandoned Ship, so I did it and got a Deepseascale for my Clamperl on my good Emerald.
After trading the Deepseascale away, I restarted my new Emerald. I decided to play as Brendan since I picked May on my other copy. I picked Mudkip as my starter and traveled to Petalburg City. I then switched back to my good game where I finished EV training my Abra, Clamperl, Meditite, and Bagon. Abra evolved into Kadabra. I cloned them, then traded them to the new game. Kadabra and Clamperl evolved.
So now, I currently have Mudkip, Alakazam, Gorebyss, Bagon, and Meditite on my new Emerald. I will dump my starter soon, but I'm still using it now because the other four Pokemon are too high leveled right now. I'm currently in the Petalburg Woods.
I've started training Numel. I had a 4-Pokemon team up to the point I beat Norman, and I decided to raise a Numel, so it's level grinding time. He's got a lot to catch up with my team since they're now at L37 and Numel is only L27 or so now, but we have the PokeNav Winona comes afterwards.
I also need to train Zigzagoon... Yeah. I could easily catch a Linoone, but seeing that Zigzagoon gave me many neat things with his Pickup, I just felt I should simply make him L20 to learn Strength. XD

I defeated a Team Aqua grunt in the woods, then continued exploring. Eventually, I left the woods and got onto the route before Rustborough City (can't remember the spelling...) I went inside the flower place, where I got the pail and a free berry. Then, I made my way to the city.
When I reached the city, I went to the trainer school and got the Quick Claw. I then got the HM for Cut, and taught it to a Zigzagoon slave I have.
Finally, I went to the Gym. I battled the trainers there, which caused Mudkip to evolve into Marshtomp. Then, I challenged Roxanne. I took out her two Geodude with Water Gun in one hit. Nosepass took longer to take out, especially because Roxanne spammed Potions on it. But eventually, it fainted, and I earned my first badge.
Right now, I'm heading towards the Rusturf Tunnel, to recover a Devon employee's goods.
I surfed from Petalburg to slateport City defeating all the trainers on my way, after that I went to mauvile city and across the river into route 119, I went east first where I defeated all the trainers and my Aron evolved into a Lairon. After that I went to the Weather station where I defeated team Aqua, I went a bit east and defeated May, after I arrived in Fortree I trained my pokemon a bit more so I could evolve my Combusken and Trapinch aswell. After they evolved I easily defeated the sixth gym
Team: Blaziken level 36
-Bulk up
-Ember
-Peck
-Double Kick
Gardevoir level 34
-Psychic
-Calm Mind
-Double Team
-Shock Wave
I defeated the Team Aqua grunt in the Rusturf Tunnel. I then obtained the Pokenav. I backtracked to places I'd already been to in order to record people in my Match Call.
After that, I went to Mr. Briney's house and rode in his boat to Dewford Town. Once there, I headed towards Granite Cave. I obtained the Flash HM, but didn't teach it to anyone since I didn't have the Dewford Gym badge. It wasn't a big deal though, since tne cave was easy to navigate in the dark. Eventually, I ran into Steven, delivered the letter to him, and obtained the Steel Wing TM. Then, I left the cave and went to the Gym.
In the Gym, I defeated all the trainers and then challenged Brawly. Marshtomp took out Machop and Meditite, but then died to Makuhita. I sent out Bagon and finished it off. After receiving my badge, I set sail to Slateport.
Now I'm finished with Winona. After rebattling all those trainers from the PokeNav and also the TV Interviewers Gabby and Ty a few times (a great way to get Exp. Points without battling wild Pokemon XD) I've arrived at Lilycove and defeated May. I think the next destination would be Mt. Pyre.
... I also need to visit Cosmo (or whatever his name is) and give him the meteorite. XD I forgot about that.
Once I landed on the beach outside Slateport, I battled the trainers there. I then went into the city. I explored the entire town and talked to everyone. When that was done, I went inside the museum, which was full of Team Aqua members. I defeated them easily and then headed north to Route 110.
While I was exploring the route, I encountered May and had to battle her. She was really easy - my Gorebyss swept her entire team. After that, May gave me the Itemfinder and I continued on my way to Mauville. When I reached Mauville, I defeated Wally outside the Gym, then went to the Pokemon Center and healed.
I started over on Sapphire a couple weeks ago. I chose Mudkip and named him Sebastian. Since the Pokémon I wanted on my team weren't available until later in the game, I bred them on Emerald and traded over the eggs. I hatched them while I was in Rustboro. First was a female Numel (Bonnie), then a female Meditite (Annie), and then a female Tropius (Lemon). That was my team for a majority of the beginning of the game. Everyone except Annie leveled up really nicely and could stay alive in battle. She was so weak for some reason, and I had to spend special time training her. She still kind of weaker than the rest, but not by much.
Once I got past Mauville and Lavaridge and obtained the Go-Goggles, I immediately found the Claw Fossil. It was revived into a male Anorith (Chadison). He was pretty good from the start, thankfully. He caught up to the other four quickly enough. They all stayed with me as my team even after the battle with Winona. I had no idea what to have as my last team member. My friend also started over on her Sapphire game, and is only using her Mudkip for the whole game (she catches other only if she needs to use an HM that Swampert can't learn or doesn't have room to learn). I really wanted a Pokémon that could possibly beat her, so I did research until I found something that would have a shot, which ended up being a Chimecho. It's Levitate makes Earthquake useless, and I have it able to use Attract, Yawn, Psychic, and Confusion. Once I battle her I'm going to get rid of Confusion for Flash.
I just beat Wallace yesterday. Now I'm going to focus solely on training before the Elite Four. I know my Pokémon are all stronger already, but I want to get them all to level sixty before then. It really shouldn't take long at all, I'm finding training to be so easy in this game.
Just started a new game of Emerald which I havent played in a long time. I chose Treecko as my starter and just defeated my rival. About to go to Petalburg City and then I am gonna try and catch a Tailow
I did a bunch of training inside Victory Road this morning, and then I left the cave after an hour to catch up on other stuff. I had planted some berries on several routes around Hoenn, so I went to water/pick those. I also stopped in Mauville City and played the slots at the local Game Corner before heading to the Day Care Center to pick up my Slugma. I left a Bagon there and then I went to train the Slugma since I wanted to evolve it into Marcargo. I eventually managed to level it up thanks to some trainer battles, and I deposited the Marcargo in my PC Box when that was complete. I thought about participating in some battles at the Battle Tower, but I decided to visit my Secret Base instead. I redecorated while I was there, and then I went to find other peoples' Secret Bases so that I could battle against them. I got some experience and cash from the battles, and then I saved.
I restarted my sapphire version and just to remind myself of how easy (but amazing) this game was, I only trained my starter pokemon (torchic) and I could compleate the game with just a level 74 blaziken (and hm slaves).
