I had some questions on some Synchro Summons . . .
1) Can you have more than one Tuner monster in the summon?
2) Can you have more stars for a Synchro Summon than needed? I mean I thought they where like Rituals and you can have more than the amount needed.

No, no it doesn't, if you use a card to return Toon World to your hand, like Giant Trunade, it counts as you returning it to your hand, and it's not destroyed.

Sorry if this sound dumb but. Can you use two king of the swamp and cyber dragon to make cyber end dragon? If not how can i summon him with one cyber dragon and proto cyber dragon?

You can only use 1 Fusion Substitute in a Fusion Summon, and only if the Fusion Monster allows it, so that means you could only use 1 King of the Swamp.
However, you can Fusion Summon Cyber End Dragon, remember, Cyber Dragon maybe limited, but Proto-Cyber Dragon isn't, so you could use 3 copies of it, and 1 copy of the original in a Deck.

Can I summon a fusion monster form the graveyard if i sent it from the fusion deck?

Thank Shiny Trainer and Cybernew you just help my cyber dragon deck. cyber end dragon was the first cyber dragon card I got so that why i like using him. That how some of my duel were won thank to him.

A smart E-Hero deck doesn't need 27 Hero cards. Big City, Little City, Shine City, and your basic fusion toolbox.

I wondering if there are any cards that can stop ojama kings and ojama knight effects and if i use DNA surgery, can I use power bond to fuse cyber dragon and any cards to make overload dragon and should i use destiny hero plasma in a crystal beast deck?

On the DNA Surgery question, it's a yes.
On the Ojama question I'd reckon trying out Divine Wrath. However, I'm not 110% sure if there's any better cards, so you'll have to get someone else's info on this one as well.
Why the heck would you use Plasma in a CB deck? When they're in your S/T Zone they can't be tributed for Plasma...

A card to stop Ojama Knight and King's effects? Skill Drain.
I think you would be able to use Powerbond with Cyber Dragon and a random monster to bring out Chimeratech IF the other monster is on the field, and you use DNA surgery.
Plasma in crystal beasts? where'd you get that idea?

I use Rudy effect or Crystal Abundance then summon him but one I get topaz tiger, he wiil taken out for rainbow dragon.

Still, I wouldn't use Plasma in CBs.
The most effective way IMO of stopping Ojamas would be Skill Drain, can be obtained quite cheaply too...
Remember, you can use Exiled Force in a Skill Drain deck, as well as Thunderking

Trying to make a good deck with all E-Heroes and trying to make a good E-hero deck are two completely different things. Use a few good ones like Stratos, Woodsman, Heat, Wildheart, Sparkman and Prisma, but use King of the Swamps to get out the other fusions.
