Default How to level up fast in pokemon emerald.

If you want to know how to level up my pokemon fast in emerald here are some ways:

    - have a strong pokemon, attach exp share on the pokemon you want to level up and beat the E4
    - battle with lucky egg (unsure as to where to find this)
    - rare candy
    - daycare (will delete moves for new moves)
    - match call
    - beat wild pokemon
    - If they're low level fight the Whismurs in Granite Cave.
    - If they're 20-ish battle the pokemon on Routes 110 and 117.
    - sky pillar
    - victory road

    please post any other hints

What are you raising? From the start of the game I picked Mudkip..then Ralts and Taillow..I use Taillow throughout the forest and Mudkip on the first gym/through casual battles, and same for Ralts..they were all around lv 15 by the 3rd town..thats an example though.

If they're low level fight the Whismurs in Granite Cave.
If they're 20-ish battle the pokemon on Routes 110 and 117.
If they're higher level you should try using the Rematch thingy on trainers around Fortree City.

I'm not sure since it's harder to reach higher levels in Emerald than R/S (Since the Sky Pillar has weaker wild Pokemon in Emerald).
My only advice is fighting Pokemon in Victory Road or Trainer Battles.

if it's for completing the game for the first time then i suggest you to train on the route you are when you notice that the levels are getting too low to compete.

i'm currently on antartica, it might take a while untill i'm back.

If you get traded Pokemon they'll level-up faster. And if you're on RS, you can get a Lucky Egg traded to you, if possible. If you do both of these, your Pokemon will grow more than twice as fast.

You should use use the rematch on the route west of mauville, where the daycare is. If you battle everyone enough, the levels get quite high.

You should just use the Vs. Seeker every time you see trainers. Hope it helped.

Use the match call. works very well. You should go get the exp share aswell from rustboro.

E4 works best. I´m surprised no one has mentioned it yet. Rematches on Gym Leaders and strong trainers is also good.

I use matchcall and battle trainers over and over again. Not a bad source of money also.

If your other pokemon aare high level, then...

Go into the match call and look for a little pokemon symbol shining next to their name. if it is, locate that trainer (it says where they are) and go talk to them. you will engage in a fight.

I think you can get one if you capture a wild Chansey (there's a possibility that she's holding a Lucky Egg, but that's only in FR/Lg I think...)

I usually just get a level 100 pokemon,
attach an exp share to the pokemon I want leveled up
and go through victory road and the elite four a few times.

my favorite method for powerleveling something, although it takes some setup, is a secret base full of level 100 Latios that only know Memento. start with a traded, say, Bagon, holding a lucky egg, use DD when Memento fails, and in 5 minutes it's gained 60,000+ EXP and something like 25 levels.
Pearl FC is 1761 9576 5676, White FC 3310 3986 5019, If you're interested in a pokemon i've posted, and you have something i could be interested in (see below) please PM me. Trade thread here. i also offer custom breeding services, for a price.

all of them sound good ACEPT daycare. you have to be careful with that. if our pokemon is due to learn a new move soon, TAKE IT FROM THE DAYCARE IMMEDIATELY and train it another way until it learns that move because if it learns a new move while in daycare, they will just randomly delete any move that your pokemon has which can be very annoying especially if it is a very strong move. trust me from past experience. anyway its more rewarding raising a pokemon yourself than leaving it at the daycare.
