Got PBR today. Battled with rental pokemon. Terrible luck ofcourse, but after some time i've got to rank 2 of the gateway coloseum. Going to send some pokemon from my pearl file to PBR.

got battle revolution yesterday, got the first pass (boy) battled main street colosseum, battled gateway colosseum, got second pass, managed to spend 10 minutes getting my game to work long enough to transfer pokemon over even though my roserade is in bad shape and got up to the crystal colosseum (the neon colosseum was hard, those idiots had the worst teams, I only won because of my perfect point)
If you couldn't turn off the announcer I would have gone insane from hearing him who wants to hear him anyway???

I beat all the coloseums, and got Stone Edge with Mystery Gift. (I taught it to my Rampardos). I got tons of friend passes, and got all the rental ones.

Now I'm completing all the new challenges, with not much difficulty. But I think the castle challenge will be hard...

Also, the only two EV trained pokemon I have are Rampardos and Garchomp.

I have left Serebii for greener pastures. These pastures, to be specific.

My Lapras and Toxicroak were able to take on a Registeel, Bronzong, Regiice and some other that I can't remember in a double battle.

And Zapdos, Torterra, Lapras and Toxicroak barely handled an Entei , a Milotic (I think, can't remember again :P) a speed Deoxys and a Mewtwo.
In the last two turns, Lapras had set up a rain dance, and Toxicroak had come in fresh after my Zapdos or torterra fainting.
Deoxys hit Toxicroak with a psychic attack, and he barely held on with a few HP, he would have attacked Deoxys with X Scizor, but Mew Two was faster and ko him. Fortunately, Lapras took down Deoxys and reduced Mew Two's HP with Surf. Survived the next turn's Mew Two's attack and took him down.

Recently, me and my friend managed to defeat all of the members of the Sunset Colosseum twice, but we failed to beat Dusty both times with no perfect points to have another go. Really quite annoying in the end, we wasted like, two hours to get nowhere.

At Sunset Colosseum, when I was selecting Pokemon to battle Dusty with, I noticed a shiny Metapod. Yes, I'm serious. I did see a shiny Metapod.

Yep. This is my sig. Nothing interesting at the moment. Except this paragraph.

I went on Wi-Fi Saturday for the first time w/ my Diamond team and I just owned everyone who came into my way. One battle I was winning so bad that I started to fight my self. I still had all 4 left, he was down to red on the last one. I still won with 2 left. I started a battle today against a guy w/ all legendaries, but before I could finish him off, my sister unplugged my Wi-Fi for some random reason.

He had a Giritina, Dialaga, Kyogre, and Groudon. I used my Gardevoir, Lucario, and Infernape. I took out Dialaga in one hit w/ Lucario's Aura Sphere. Then Gardevoir used Thunderbolt and took out about 1/2 of Kyogre's health. Kyogre used Water Spot and took out 1/2 of Gardevoirs health and all of Lucario's because of a critical hit. I sent out Infernape and he sent out Groudon. Infernape used Thunder Punch of Kyogre to KO, and Gardevoir used Energy Ball to KO Groudon. Then my sister unplugged the Wi-Fi .

Well, i havent been going on wifi anymore on that game, as i'm kind of tired of being matched agains Ubers every other round >:O

So, basically, all i've been doing is challenging the Stargazer Colloseum's Master Rounds, and i seem to be struggling with Set 4 (i'm not using any Ubers in any of the Master round battles, mind you). All in all, the game is still pretty fun even if you don't go on wifi every time you play it (i've also found myself challenging the Neon and Magma Colloseums a lot, weird huh?)
I no longer have diamond/pearl/platinum, but i do have shoddy, so if you wanna shoddy, send me a VM. My shoddy name is Mentalfission

I finally beat set 8 of the master Collosseum. He used Kyogre and Mewtwo and I used Starmie and PorygonZ. I switched Starmie for Groudon to get rid of the rain and both of his Pokemon used Thunder on Groudon. This enabled PorygonZ to use Trick Room. I was able to beat his Kyogre with a combination of Thunderbolt from PorygonZ and Solar Beam from my choice speced Groudon. He attempted to beat PorygonZ with Mewtwo, but Z survived with his Focus Sash. He sent out Latios and I used Ice Beam on him, though he survived. I used Solar Beam on Mewtwo (obviously not fainting him). He beat PorygonZ and nearly beat Groudon. I sent out Starmie who finished Latios with Ice Beam. Mewtwo then finished Groudon. He sent out Palkia and I sent out Darkrai. I used Darkrai to beat his Mewtwo and then used Psychic on Palkia. His Palkia attacked Starmie with spacial rend, fainting it. In the final round, I used Dark Pulse on Palkia and defeated it to win.
    Sapphire Scramble Challenge completed.
Now taking Pearl Challenge Final Team:

I battled against someone online who fielded a Trick Room team, which would usually mean a quick loss. Some of the things my opponent used:

-Swellow. On a Trick Room team. Brilliant move.
    -Thunderbolting Tangrowth.
-Using Thunderbolt on my Lanturn. He obviously intended to restore my HP.

The Slowking was actually quite formidable, but fell to Vaporeon's Shadow Ball.

After having the game for a year and some change, I finally beat the game!

Freaking Sunset colo was all that was holding me back (to be clear, I haven't been trying all this time, I just randomly decided to pick it back up after months and months of not touching when my internet went out). Surprisingly luck was actually on my side.
The last two colos were soooo easy.

I'm not sure if I'll do any of the round 2 things. Courtyard I wouldn't have the patience for, I certainly don't have a good enough team for the Stargazer, I'm never touching Sunset again ever and no one can make me, I'd need to do some time consuming breeding for the Little Cup, and I can't even remember the other round 2 changes.

So I went on Wi-Fi for the first time in, like, forever. There were two notable occurances:
-My second match, I go up against someone called Gol zubat or something along those lines. Zubat, Golbat, Buizel, Croagunk, two others I can't remember (but I believe they were evolved pokemon). Despite the seemingly weak showing, if it's one thing I've learned from watching Overhazard's videos is that one should never underestimate NUs and the like, so I was prepared to take this very seriously.
I choose my 'mons, Roserade to Golbat. Ready to switch to Luxray and he...forfeits. I'm...not really sure why, but 'k. We say no to battling again, he doesn't give up his friend pass.
Then my next match is...against him again. Ok that's possible, I guess.
I choose the same 3, but lead with Bronzong this time to his Croagunk. He choo--forfeit.
Next match is.........gol again. What. SPOILERZ he forfeited.
Didn't see him again, but still. 3 in a row?

-The other thing was a few matches later where I went up against an Uber user...but they were...different from what I was expecting. Like, they had really bad HM moves & horrible defenses. Dialga didn't have Roar of Time from what I saw (though it did have Flash Cannon) but had Rock Smash, his Giratina (the most bulky one he had, it seems) had Rock Climb and, of all things, Defog. Also a somewhat normal Regigigas. He didn't manage to kill any of my mons and Gastrodon just murdered him. He forfeited the match when all he had left was his half-dead Giratina, rather then just disconnect. Even traded passes with me. Good to see a good sport.

This would probably go better in the help thread but any team should be fine for your first run through. It's pretty easy.

i went up against a trainer who had palkia, psyduck, glameow sneasel and someone else. I beat that person becuase he only used Palkia i easily took out his other three; glameow psyduck and another one i forgot.

then i tried out my new pass for doubt team battles, 75% of them have focus sash and only glaceon had leftovers. I won alo tof battles with them
