If Hunter J/Mars is currently nameless, I have kinnda been calling is Basaltshipping up 'till now. Mostly because the surface of Mars is made up primarily of basalt rock, and Hunter J turns Pokemon to stone in order to catch them (arguable, but 'stone' is the term I see used most).

TheCakeIsALieShipping- Team Rocket's Meowth x Mismagius. Reasoning: Based on the anime ep "Malice In Wonderland" where Meowth finds himself sitting in Giovanni's lap after chowing down on free food, finally acheiving his ultimate happiness. He is then threatened by Giovanni and "blasted off" by multiple pokemon including his arch-rival Persian. The whole sequence is revealed to be a illusion caused by Mismagius. The name of the shipping is an obvious Portal reference, w/ Meowth as Chell and Mismagius being GLaDOS. (I think he could use grief counseling more than cake, but that's just me.)
