I have a submission for N (B&W) x Caitlin.

LostRoyalShipping - N/Caitlin

Reason: They're both presumed royalty, with N being crowned and such, but both of their personalities seem to blend; Caitlin was quiet and rarely spoke during her run as a Frontier Brain, while N's like an adult child, he wasn't exposed to other people as a kid because of his father. This makes them kind of lost in the real world, due to the fact they've been sheltered from it.

So yeah.

^ Only thing that comes to me would be something like NuitShipping, capatilizing on Nuit (or Nut/Newet/Neuth) the Egyptian goddess of the sky which works for Altaria, and since Weavile has a few Egyptian-esque design traits and the fact that Nuit was originally the goddess of the night sky specifically makes her a good match for a dark type (also, 'nuit' means night in French).

...But really I'm just here to suggest DragonessShipping for Clair x Iris... because I've been in a dragon-fix for... you know, forever.

IntuitionShipping (Again, Weavile's speed and Togekiss's emotions are both components of intuition)

TinTowerShipping: The Tin Tower is called that only in G/S/C, which is Kris's generation, and Ho-oh is caught on the Tin Tower.
TotipotentShipping: Another stem cell term, this time used for those that can become any type of cell. This fits Mew, the 'ancestor of all Pokémon'. In addition, breaking it down into its roots, totipotent could mean all-powerful, and Red is the most powerful main game trainer.
WhorlShipping: A whorl is a type of spiral. Both of these Pokémon incorporate spirals in their design.
ZeusShipping: Zeus was the god of thunder. As he was typically depicted as a powerful male, that is somewhat similar to Red. As the god of thunder, he's similar to Zapdos.
