except those are both in the untouchables section & aren't pairings that anyone really ships... they were just named for the laughs, basically. (then again, who knows, maybe someone out there really loves arceus/slowbro??)
whereas iris/dragonite is a pairing that some people might actually ship legitimately, and those people would probably want a nice name for it if at all possible.

As the others have said, those are part of the "removed" list and the ones under Questionable (like your two examples) and Outlandish shouldn't be taken seriously in terms of names. Arceus/Slowbro, however, would be allowed an alternate name, because legit pogey pairing (whereas Newfag includes a board, so even if the name was acceptable, the pairing isn't; remove that and you also have a legit pairing).

But you can see what happens when I don't say no (and it turned into that specific page).
