Dumpster: It holds a lot of trash - like Garbodor - and Wormadam probably gets its trash cloak from these.
Dustbin: A name for a trashcan. Again, Trubbish and Wormadam's trash cloak are both associated with trashcans.
Hihi: Hihihiroshi and Hihidaruma.
RoughingIt: The name of the episode in question is "Rough Tough Jigglypuff", so this is a pun off of that. In addition, Mitch is camping - "roughing it" - possibly for the first time.
PikachuStar: In his origin games, Hanbei's weapons are named after stars. The Pikachu Star shows up in Pokémon Channel and the credits for Jirachi Wishmaker.
SweetSong: The name of Oichi's first "ability", and Jigglypuff certainly sings sweetly!

haha well i highly doubt there's anyone out there who actually ships arceus/slowbro. and even if they did, that's hardly the weirdest on the list (;
you have to realize that many pairings were named as a joke or on a whim. just because a ship name exists doesn't automatically mean that someone supports it.

Nooooot really. Selfcest can be represented as a /lot/ of things. Mirror images (same exact two people), alternate versions of themselves (outfit changes, time travel, alternate reality, evil clones, etc), and solo acts. ShiningBeautiesshipping is defined as Elesa/herself, and /one/ way to represent it is pairing her BW/BW2 selves together. It could just as easily be herself alone (if you know what I mean), or a mirror visage (like this for example).

Well it was just you and someone else, and a few people are liking the name on tumblr after putting it out there. I'm not keen on jumping the gen at the first leg, but getting a handle on the more important names is good.

And I would /really/ like people to hold off on a gen 6 naming spree, so if you have to...please, be gentle. And very sparing.

EDIT: and X-deer and Y-bird are going to be "Legendary X" and Legendary Y".
