Can I coin StaticTeam for Elekid/Pikachu? And for StaticDrive Electivire/Pikachu. (As in, Static and Motor Drive, their abilities.)

I hope I can name evolution ships since Vineshipping has a different name when it's a Venasaur. (GildedLily?)

Yea, it's in general. We really don't go naming Specifics here, it's to much of a Hassle. Also, if a shipping is open, you can name it, evolutions are fine. I named the entire Oshawott/Ralts Shippings beside Samurott/Gardevoir.

Not necessarily a hassle. Just not the best to keep track of. The preference is general, however, even when you mean something specific (since that happens often enough). It's only when two separate relationships fall under a general that an issue might arise (Brockowoodoshipping being an example of a corrected relationship in that instance).
