Have you ever been defeated in battle? Maybe at the end of a long route? Or you just made dumb mistakes in battle?
I died to Steven in Meteor Falls once. But only ONCE.

Some percent of the Serebii population uses a signature like this. If you are or aren't part of the percentile, copy and paste this into your signature.
yup, but only once. it was just a stupid mistake. i used growl instead of ember and my torchic fainted, and he was my only pokemon. but that stupid mistake cost me half my money so i was more careful in the future!
"Dancing is my obsession. My Life"
Yeah it happened once, my first time through the E4. I really wasn't ready for it at all and I probably got about half way before I got wiped out.
Not that any of you will remember me but I'm back, hopefully for good this time.
Nope, not once. C:
Well, maybe once on the Battle Island-thing. >A>;
But I've never been defeated before it. Not once~
One time in Yellow. My whole team was weak to electric and Gary's Jolteon at the end of the e4 used thunder and hit every turn.
~☼~
I'll admit, I have before... I had an underleveled team against Steven in Emerald and didn't have a chance.
Not, on the main game, but in the battle frontier, I whited out a few times. usually right before the brain.
Just yesterday actually. I made a stupid mistake while battling Brendan on Route 110. My strongest pokémon are Marshtomp, Beautifly, and Dustox. Well I forgot that Grss-Types like Brendan's Grovyle are weak against Flying attacks such as Beautifly and Dustox's Gust so I lost.
Yes, the first time I ever played on Ruby. It was my first pokemon game and I don't really remember how it happened. 5 years ago come November.

I can't remember exactly, but I probably have been whited out. Countless of times in the 2nd generation.
I probably did once or twice while not paying attention/multitasking lol

I "whited out" during my battle with the 3rd gym leader in Emerald. I was trying to train my Pokemon instead of winning, so I underestimated how strong Magneton and Manectric was.
The only other times I "whited out" were when I was trying to catch Rayquaza pre-elite four. Outrage kept OHKO'ing all my Pokemon except Aggron, who eventually also died because Rayquaza kept coming out of the Pokeballs I threw. I whited out at least a good 7 times with this (although I just soft-reseted each time and did it over again).
In my Sapphire, I've never lost a battle. xD But in Emerald, I've lost to the Elite Four multiple times, and I still haven't beaten them.. My party isn't very strong, and it doesn't help that I don't play the game much.
Purposely did many times in Leaf Green. Only for one reason, though - experience points.
(I was attempting to beat the Elite 4 with only one pokemon.)
Yeah, several times, because i care more about getting to the end of the game instead of training my pokemon
so i tend to go into gyms with level 30 pokemon when theirs are like level 37 or something..

yeah several times on each game. Usually when im either:
a) really tired and not concentrating properly
b) havent trained properly for a gym/rival pops up from no where and wasnt expecting it
c) just being really thick and using stupid moves like poison jab on a steel type. and then muttering to self 'fool, why the hell did you do that?' and parents exchange worried looks
