4th Gen Battles Blacklist Thread - READ FIRST POST ENTIRELY!

Wow, legit hacks my foot... normally I allow this kind of thing, but here's the problem:

Standard 6/0 Yanmega is supposed to take 65.81%-77.64% from 266 SpA Discharge. You took less than a third, causing me to believe you have 252 EVs in every stat.
252 HP / 252 SpD Yanmega takes 38.56%-45.48%, verifying that you indeed had maximum special defense. This could be a possible, weird gimmick set, right?

But then, here is how much damage your Yanmega would do to my Porygon2: 31.52%-37.23%

This means you had 252 HP, 252 SpD, 252 SpA. Sorry bub, those are unfair pokemon. I am not going to blacklist you, but you've got to get those fixed or else you will be blacklisted in the future.

Well, I told him I wouldn't say anything but obviously he didn't listen to me and fought again. So here are the damage calculations from when he battled me.

I know the yanmega had max SpA because it 2HKOed Porygon2, and it had Leftovers.

Reason: Had an infernape and lucario in an ultra ball and a pokeball other than a pokeball respectivly ( this is definite) and possibly a togekiss with a EV limit surpassing 510

edit: His lucario also had bullet punch, which according to this page http://www.serebii.net/pokedex-dp/448.shtml is an egg move, hence the lucario should be in a pokeball

Also had an aerodactyl in a pokeball other than a pokeball, which cannot happen ( can someone confirm this?)

Also, this is the same person on the blacklist as Yoshifan22, just under a different alias, check the blacklist for confirmation

also, my togekiss is all legit, your team just was majorly weak to it, giving me a pretty big advantage, as my togekiss killed over half your team

If you really had an Infernape in an ultra ball, it would mean that it is impossible to obtain and there for is hacked.

I'm not accusing you, (since I didn't see your pokemon) I'm just explaining why what your pokemon was caught in can matter. Some pokemon can only be obtained in a pokeball.

[edit] I think you can only get Aerodactyl in a pokeball. I checked the serebii available pokemon list and didn't see him on either of the GC games.

There are so many exceptions to the rule, that it's a bit hard to do.

It's probably easier to handle when the legitmatcy of a Poke is bought up, rather than make a huge, complicated list (that frankly, no one will read anyway).

Not being funny but I have two acounts on serebii from one computer both me and my brother are on this fourm, just because the ip adresses match doesn't mean it's the same person.

Like the above posters have said, the fact that those two accounts have the same FC and were accused of similar activities is evidence that they are the same person. Plus, anyone that has a sibling on SPPf and knows about it should have some sort of note in their profile or tell the staff beforehand, since it's far too easy to say "oh, my brother did it."

There aren't too many exceptions, I could make up a list. There actually aren't very many when you factor in how many games have been made with different catch methods.

lolwut. A "these pokemon can only be caught in a pokeball' list would have like... 10 or so pokemon on it, if that. And now that I think of it, the fact that the list wouldn't be big is probably a good reason to post it. That way people know not to accuse someone for having an XD pokemon and such... I know I don't remember all the XD pokemon off the top of my head.

If people want it, I can make a list of all of the balls Pokemon can be caught in (since there's more than just not a Pokeball...). But idk if it'd help a whole lot.

Any sort of resource to help people verify hacks runs the risk of hackers using it to their advantage. But really, intelligent hackers already know how to disguise them well, this would just help fish out the stupid ones and help prove legit players' innocence.

The "it'll make the info available to hackers" argument is, IMO, stupid.

I'm no one special. I imagine that's the case for most of you also. If the information is available to you, it's already also available to the hackers.

We don't need it. We had three blacklists already, none of them had this, and there's nothing that really enforces the real necessity of this.

Gastly, level three. used Spacial Rend, and was faster than my Speed Deoxys.

A- Shuckle can have Sturdy, yes?
B- Even something with 999 Def and 999 HP cannot survive Fissure
C- Maybe a Focus Sash/Band?

Otherwise, looks fairly insane. Were you battling on free battle?

Just out of intrest if someone ticks me off and then we had a battle couldn't I just claim they hacked and when they deny it I could just say there lying (like most illegit hackers do) and get them blacklisted, kind of messes things up huh?

and mods, if you don't mind, before putting someone on the blacklist, is it possible that i could play a little bit of detective on them and their accuser? I was a detective on neoseeker and many times people have been accused of hacking, the accuser is actually the hacker, and thinks that by reporting someone they will be suspected less, and in some cases, both players hack.
so.... I will only use my detective skills if you say so, but consider that we don't need innocents on the blacklist and hackers running wild

yea, it was a free battle, he made it one, so i decided to go with it, he used those three pokemon, and wiped out all 6 of my level 100s i brought with me.
