I like the Okami banner - couple of things though

Sharpen that light coming in from the top right, at the moment it just looks liek a mist, which contrasts with the striking appearance in the rest of the banner

I would also have moved the actual Amaterrasu image to that supernove blast bit to the left, and added a bright glow arounf Amaterasu - i dont know if you can do this in GIMP, never had it.

But that's what i'd say.

I didn't use witch brushes. I putted some of light abstracts( I don't remember which kind abstract is) and render from Deviantart on Yuna banner.

Hmmm... I can't say I approve of the brushwork. Banners like that seem to flow better with solid colours, rather then a light effects brushwork.

However I like all the other banners

I have learned a few.

[Metamence]

Well you need to erase the white border on your render since they usually are annoying. Try alpha to selectioning the render, shrink it by 1 pixel, invert selection,. and blur it, or feather it and delete.
Your Volg (Shining Tears) banner has an over contrasted BG which needs to be darker for depth or something. I'm not too fond of the render placement and the right side seems empty.

The Okami (Blue, Blue, Blue) flashing white thing will subsequently blind me...

As for most of your banners you need to blend in your render (Smudging it would help) and make it stand out.

Coloring is a big thing in sig making, so use gradient maps and set it to overlay varying opacity.

Even if you might disregard tutorials, there are a few good tutorials on GimpTalk that's worth checking out.

Those are awkward, but they look exactly like Alice in Wonderland xD. I made them into emboss somewhat.
