Groudon & Kyogre event in Japan

A new event has been announced for Japan. In Pokémon Centres across the country, you'll be able to receive Groudon or Kyogre in your games. If you have Black 2, you will be able to receive the Pokémon Groudon whereas if you have White 2, you will receive the Pokémon Kyogre. It is unknown if these events have anything special. They will run from November 21st 2012 to January 10th 2013

If Game Freak was to make the Hoenn remake they wouldn't release Groudon and Kyogre as an event pokémon, they would have made you buy the Hoenn remake.

Face it people the chance for the Hoenn remake has long gone, maybe Game Freak might do it during gen 6.

Don't forget that these are only being released because of the tenth anniversaryof Ruby and Sapphirre. I don't think this ruins or effects our chances of going to Hoenn in the fifth generation.

Given that Nintendo is promoting a New Console any main series Pokémon game announcement will wait until next year. As far as I can tell the "last boat" for DS games may have already left. Considering all the unreleased DS games that I can see are TV show or film tie ins, and a few Bejeweled like games. Well, Shin Megami Tensei: Devil Survivor Overclocked (3DS) is a remake of the first Shin Megami Tensei: Devil Survivor for the DS, according to all the info I can find. Amazon has a "new" function that appears to link versions of the same "games" together, for example Skyrim offers PC, PS3 and 360 links. Having never played either of them I don't know. There is an announcement by the UK publishers that they're working on getting SMT:DSO (3DS) out, but also mentions that SMT:DS2 should be released at some point.
