I don't know about the rest of the users of this website, but the admin posted that the Pokemon Global Link was "Live." HOWEVER, I get a under maintenance alert when I go onto the website. I am beginning to become irate over the fact, since I want the Porygon available until tomorrow night. This is just a shame, why post falsified information? It truly discredits an organization, the group in question being serebii.net.

As Hydrohs said, the Global Link WAS live at time of writing, which is why we managed to get a list of all the new Promotions and new features added in the Global Link. It went down inexplicably yesterday evening with no sign as to when it will go live again as we don't know the cause of it.

That's pretty crazy - I know that GameStop can get hit by a huge fine if any employee or location releases the game prior to its official release date.

I wonder if the franchise will respond negatively to any early release.

According to the Nintendo Direct presentation that just aired, I think there's a special yellow Nintendo 3DSXL coming out to celebrate the release of B2W2 or something. My computer decided to be an a-hole and didn't make any sound, so I couldn't hear anything. Wonderful.

I got Diamond and Black early. It's honestly not that difficult if you go to a store that doesn't give a **** (like Wal-Mart or a small business). Ignorant teenage workers is a big plus.

I won't get my game until late next week or the week after but I'm fine with that I guess, unless I change my shipping, which I might. I did deposit a check the other day...

I'm in the US but the estimated delivery date is between October 12th and October 16th. But you never know, I actually got White like 4 or 5 days sooner than it said I would last year.

Well I would get it at gamestop but it's pretty far away, also I got the originals at gamestop last year the first day and the line was out the door >.>, I don't drive, and my parents and I are going out of town tomorrow so I wouldn't be able to get it tomorrow anyways.

Ah man, I wouldn't be able to wait. I got 2 Gamestops that are like 2 minutes away. A Walmart in the same parking lot as one Gamestop, a best buy across the street from the other Gamestop, and a Toys R Us right next to the best buy. And my older brother drives me to them. Last year when I bought B/W at Gamestop there wasn't even a line. Pokemon must be popular in your area than.

Depending on where you live (the US in my case), some states don't have sales tax on Amazon. And you can get fairly cheap shipping. I think my order is only $36.xx on Amazon with shipping applied.

I saved a couple of dollars. Also I don't have a car and I can't use my parents' cars so yeah I do it online.

Can't wait for tomorrow. Preordered a copy of White 2 and my Game Stop opens at 10 AM (I do remember them opening at 9 for HGSS & BW, so it is unfortunate that they don't seem to be doing it for B2W2 as well). When I got White, I remember seeing quite a few people on line for BW (the line wasn't the longest though) and I left my house right when it opened.

Since I have off on Monday from school, I'll be able to play all day Sunday and all day Monday (better make sure all my homework is done).
