I only really do Crack/near-crack shippings, but here is my list. to me crack is the best way to go...and really since its crack, its hard to come up with a reason.

SapphireXPlatina- its the whole opposites attact, wild girl meets rich girl...or so the stories say.

MitsumiXGlaceon(f)-this was a thought on the matter of a story idea, and gradually I just came to like it.

MayXBlaziken- simple reasoning, the goodlooking girl chooses a pokemon whose finale state is a humanoid pokemon....shippers go figure.

Rating: ***
Why?: These two were made for one another. They have personalities that compliment each other very well and share excellent chemistry. I believe that they are already sexually intimate, but because of their own individual issues with romance (Jessie's fear of being hurt/rejected and James' fear of marriage), they cannot bring themselves to become a romantic couple. However, if they got over their problems, I am sure they would work out together romantically.

Bailshipping (Giovanni x Cassidy)
Rating: **
Why?: Giovanni is the perfect man for Cassidy. She has always wanted to be a queen, and who better to make her one than The Boss? As for Gio, there is no way he is going to pass up Cassidy. Look at how attractive she is.

MorpheusShipping (Angie x Ash)
Rating: **
Why?: Angie is the perfect girl for Ash. Being someone who hates femininity, there is no way he would ever be romantically interested in Misty, May, and Dawn, who are all feminine. However, Angie is masculine to the point that Ash initially mistook her for a boy. My guess is that Ash developed an attraction to Angie once he found out she was a girl because of her masculinity (I think he became attracted to Anabel once he found out she was a girl for similar reasons). Ash demonstrates a kindness and protectiveness towards Angie that he has never shown towards anyone else. He was even willing to die for her during the Summer School arc. As for Angie, she was clearly touched by Ash's dedication to her. It was only natural that she would develop a crush on him. Personally, I hope they do one day get married and take over Angie's family's business.

Stockingsshipping (Lyra x Dawn)
Rating: **
Why?: You are going to tell me Lyra was not hot for Dawn? "Dane" is clearly a pet-name. Overall, I think they go well together. Lyra is an outspoken fire-cracker who is very flirtatious and Dawn is as clueless as they come. Just think of the comedic potential that exists between them. Shame that Dawn is too oblivious to ever reciprocate Lyra's feelings for her. Still, Lyra could manipulate Dawn into doing all sorts of things with her, which Dawn would enjoy but be confused by.

Diamondshipping (Giovanni x Delia)
Rating: **
Why?: I ship this in the sense that Gio and Delia had a romantic relationship in the past and Gio is Ash's father. Overall, it is a bitter sweet, tragic love story that makes for excellent drama.

JohtoFestaShipping (Lyra x Khorey)
Rating: **
Why?: Khorey is Lyra's *****. Enough said.

Yu Yu Hakusho

Younger Toguro x Genkai
Rating: ***
Why?: This was a fascinating love story that not only further enhanced the Dark Tournament saga's already great plot, but also added more depth and dimension to Younger Toguro and Genkai's characters. If Kiren had not slaughtered Younger Toguro's students and he had not gone down the path he did as a result of that (he always did fear becoming weak, but what solidified his resolve to pursue unlimited power was what Kiren did to his students), I think they would have continued to live a rich, fulfilling romance with one another (Younger Toguro even said that he thought it "would've been a beautiful life"). Still, at least they departed from one another on good terms before Younger Toguro went into limbo.

Kuwabara x Yukina
Rating: **
Why?: I know a lot of people detest this ship because they cannot stand Kuwabara. Personally, I think he is a fantastic character who deserves a lot more recognition. As for his relationship with Yukina, I find his devotion to her endearing. He clearly has a pure love for Yukina and would do anything to make her happy. Some argue that Yukina did not reciprocate Kuwabara's love for her. However, I think she felt something romantic for him. She was just confused by his loving gestures due to the fact that she grew up in an all female village.

Sakyo x Shizuro
Rating: **
Why?: This was an interesting tragic romance that further developed Sakyo (who would have known such a cold blooded, malicious character was capable of feeling romantic affection for someone?) and Shizuro as characters. We all know things would never have worked out between them in the end, but I occasionally wonder what would have happened if they did.

Kurama x Maya
Rating: *
Why?: I waver between liking this ship to simply not caring. Maya was clearly a Mary-Sue who was designed solely for the purpose of being Kurama's love interest. Being someone who is not fond of Gary-Stus and Mary-Sues, I find that to be a major turn off. Still, I like how Kurama's relationship with Maya added more depth to his character and expanded on his back-story.

Koenma x Botan
Rating: *
Why?: They would be funny together, but the idea of them as a romantic couple still kind of rubs me the wrong way. I think that is because they have had a platonic professional relationship with one another for hundreds of years (literally). Therefore, it would be weird to see them suddenly develop attractions to one another and form a romantic relationship. Still, it would be entertaining.

Resident Evil

Cleve (Claire x Steve)
Rating: ***
Why?: Why did Steve have to die (I know Wesker mentioned he could potentially be resurrected in Code: Veronica X's ending. It seemed possible at the time, but considering Wesker is now dead and ten years have passed in the series' timeline since Code: Veronica/Code: Veronica X, it seems unlikely)? He and Claire were a perfect match. While he initially came across as being an obnoxious twit, we found out as Code: Veronica/Code: Veronica X progressed that his grating bravado was his way of coping with the traumatic experiences he went through in his life. Once he removed that swagger through coming to terms with what he went through, he was shown to be a nice, sensitive, loyal, and protective young man. Through admiring Claire for her independence, intelligence, courage, kindness, compassion, and ability to pwn him, he developed a sincere love for her, which made it possible for him to overcome the T-Veronica Virus Alexia injected him with and prevent himself from killing her. As for Claire, she also grew to develop romantic affection for Steve. It tore her up when he died. Overall, these two were a natural pairing who had great chemistry and shared both tender and comedic moments with one another. I know a lot of people hate Steve and Cleve, but that is probably because they fail to understand Steve's personality and completely ignore his character development due to how put off they were by him in the beginning of Code: Veronica/Code: Veronica X. I wish more people would recognize how great a character he is and how well he fits with Claire. Instead of Cleve, most people ship Cleon (Leon x Claire), even though there are no hints of them being attracted to one another and they would never work out as a romantic couple (they are both willful and dominant people, not to mention Leon is a player. Can you see Claire putting up with that?).

Billy x Rebecca
Rating: **
Why?: Billy and Rebecca worked well together and shared interesting interaction with one another. While I do not think they developed romantic feelings for each other over the course of RE0, I would not be surprised if they felt physically attracted to one another. Perhaps they could both return to the series in the future and their friendship could develop into romantic love (but as in the case with Steve, I highly doubt Capcom will bring them back).

Wesker x Ada
Rating: **
Why?: It is clear Wesker views Ada as being a competent operative and holds a level of respect for her. After all, she failed him in Raccoon City, yet he still felt compelled to save her life. It would not be entirely out of the realm of possibility if he felt something romantic for her. However, I cannot see Ada ever developing romantic feelings for Wesker. She cannot stand the guy. Still, this pairing is intriguing in how twisted and disturbing it could potentially be.

Alexia x Wesker
Rating: **
Why?: Two of the most powerful characters in the Resident Evil series. People who ship this often jokingly ask who would be the dominant partner if they became a romantic couple. This may surprise some people, but I can actually see Wesker bottoming to Alexia. Despite being a self-serving man with a Machiavellian philosophy, he has demonstrated being awed by those who possess power. Just look at his reaction to the Tyrant in REmake and tell me he is not amazed by its power. More importantly, what about his reaction to Alexia after she mutated into her first form in Code: Veronica X? Before she punched him across the face, he was stunned by her power (in Code: Veronica, she basically owned him and made him her *****). Overall, I think this would have been a highly intriguing relationship, especially if you threw Alfred into the mix. Talk about a triangle.

Alexia x Alfred, but only in Code: Veronica/Code: Veronica X
Rating: **
Why?: I know it is twincest, but you have to admit that these two went well with one another. In Alfred's words, Alexia was his queen and he was her servant. Personally, I think the reason Alfred obsessively loved Alexia is because he viewed her as a perfect female version of himself. In other words, a person who was nearly identical to him, but was wiser, more competent, and (because she was female. He clearly was not attracted to other males) someone he could feel sexual attraction towards. However, while I think Alexia loved Alfred (she would not have cradled his dead body and sang their favorite childhood song to him after he died if she did not), I do not know if she did in a romantic sense. Perhaps she did, but she could have also been toying with his romantic love for her to get him to do what she wanted. After all, she was deceptive and manipulative. It would not surprise me if she was also this way with Alfred, even though she did care for him.

Tales Series

Tear x Luke
Rating: **
Why?: Their personalities balance out well with one another and they share good chemistry. Personally, I thought their relationship was well written. Gradually over the course of TotA, they formed a strong friendship and developed romantic love for one another. Additionally, I like how their relationship played a key role in their developments as characters. If Luke and Tear did not have each other for support, I doubt either one of them would have been able to make the changes that they did.

Norma x Grune
Rating: **
Why?: Who does not like the Laugh Brigade? These two were hilarious together. Norma's bubbly, upbeat, and playful attitude went perfectly with Grune's air-headed and oblivious personality. Shame that this ship was flushed down the toilet once Grune regained her lost memories. Still, you can tell it hurt Norma when Grune disappeared into Nothingness at the end of ToL.

Dekuari (Alice x Decus)
Rating: **
Why?: Poor Alice and Decus. If only they had become playable characters as was originally planned in DotNW. Perhaps then we would have seen their characters and relationship fleshed out more. The Alice's Past Sidequest was adequate, but more could have been done with them (still, it is funny that they are still better developed characters than Emil and Marta despite the fact that they were shafted in favor of them). Regardless, I think Alice and Decus had personalities that went perfectly with one another (she is a power hungry sadist and he is her willing slave) and their interaction was amusing to watch. Their love also felt sincere (unlike Emil and Marta's, which just seemed like infatuation based on their first meeting with one another).

Ristelle (Rita x Estelle)
Rating: **
Why?: Without a doubt, Rita has a crush on Estelle. Estelle also seems to somewhat reciprocate Rita's affection for her. Overall, I think their personalities work well with one another and they share good chemistry. I also like how Rita's romantic feelings for Estelle showed a kind, compassionate, and protective side to her.

Natalia x Guy
Rating: **
Why?: Guy is much better for Natalia than Asch. Unlike Asch, he is a kind, gentle, and supportive person. Additionally, Natalia has amusing interaction with Guy and the two share good chemistry. With Asch, all she did was fangirl over him.

Anise x Ion
Rating: **
Why?: They were funny together and had personalities that complimented one another well. Plus, Anise had a crush on Ion. Though it is unclear whether or not Ion felt something romantic for Anise, I think he did, especially considering his last words to her were "My most cherished..." It is a shame that Ion died. I can only imagine how terrible Anise felt in being forced to play a role in his death.

Star Wars

Anakin AKA Darth Vader x Padme
Rating: **
Why?: I sometimes wonder if I am the only Star Wars fan who does not hate the prequel trilogy. I know a lot of people detested this romance, but I enjoyed it. Overall, they were a bitter sweet tragic couple. Their relationship was also essential to Anakin/Vader's character, since it was his love for Padme which caused him to turn completely over to the Dark Side. Overall, I like the depth it added to Anakin/Vader and the role it played in his development over the course of the Star Wars saga.

Han x Leia
Rating: *
Why?: I am on the fence with this one. While their interaction irritated me throughout A New Hope and The Empire Strikes Back (they shared an annoyingly childish love-hate relationship), their interaction did get significantly better in Return of the Jedi. However, I may have liked them as a romantic couple in Return of the Jedi, but I cannot ignore how much their relationship bugged me throughout A New Hope and The Empire Strikes Back (for the record, Han and Leia have always been two of my favorite Star Wars characters, so my dislike for their relationship had nothing to do with me hating either of them).

Harry Potter

Dramione (Hermione x Draco), but only in the films
Rating: **
Why?: I much prefer Draco in the films to his character in the books. In the films, Lucius is portrayed as being an abusive and controlling father. This adds depth to Draco's character and actually provides an interesting explanation as to why he behaves the way he does. In the Borgin & Brooks scene, you could tell that he is actually an innocent and naive young man beneath his grating exterior. Overall, it would not surprise me if Draco learned to equate pain with pleasure as a coping mechanism from having to deal with Lucius for years. Therefore, he would want to become romantically involved with a girl who could fulfill his masochistic desires. Hermione is clearly a dominant sadist (just look at her reaction to punching Draco in the face in The Prisoner of Azkaban film and tell me it did not turn her on). Considering Draco told Lucius "all about her" (in what context, who knows?) and even seemed jealous of Ron when he and Hermione were shopping for "their new dream home" in Hogsmeade, it would not surprise me if he did have a crush on her. As for Hermione, I also would not be surprised if she had a crush on Draco. She was a bit too concerned about his well being in The Prisoner of Azkaben film after he got attacked by Buckbeak to truly loathe him, not to mention how turned on she seemed by punching him in the face. Of course, Draco holds prejudice towards Muggle born witches and wizards, so he would have to overcome that if they were to become romantically involved. However, if Draco had done that through growing to love Hermione, I think that would have made for a highly intriguing storyline. It also would have provided a positive message though showing how it is possible for people to overcome prejudice instead of remaining prejudicial for the remainder of their lives.

Snape x Lily
Rating: **
Why?: A tragic story of unrequited love that gave Snape more depth and expanded further on his back-story. Overall, I like how it was his love for Lily that led him to side with Dumbledore and protect Harry (whom he grew to sincerely care for). Lily may not have reciprocated Snape's feelings for her, but I think she would have if he had not joined with a group of Slytherians who would later go on to become Death Eaters.

Harry x Luna
Rating: **
Why?: When I read Order of the Phoenix, I really thought these two would become a romantic couple by the end of the series. Chocolate (Harry x Ginny) was a poorly written romance that came out of nowhere in Half Blood Prince (I firmly believe Ginny used a love potion in order to make Harry fall for her). Overall, Harry and Luna had personalities that complimented each other well and shared tender interaction that showed they had deep understandings of each other. Of all the female characters in the series, Luna was the best match for Harry romantically, so why did Rowling have to stick him with Ginny instead?

Lavender x Ron
Rating: **
Why?: Lav-Lav loves her Won-Won XD Overall, I think Lavender was what Ron needed. She provided him with self-esteem and actually gave him a sense of self-confidence. Of course, her obsessiveness and clinginess eventually got to him, but if she toned it down, I could see them working out.

Voldermort x Bellatrix
Rating: **
Why?: Bellatrix was obsessively in love with Voldemort and would have done anything for him. Voldemort was incapable of love, but it is evident that he still had a soft spot for Bellatrix due to her devotion and competence. He was clearly angry when she died. I am almost certain these two had some sort of sexual relationship. Just because Voldemort is incapable of love does not mean he is incapable of being sexually interested in others, and Bellatrix is an attractive woman (at least in the films).

.hack//Roots and .hack//G.U.

Alkaid x Haseo
Rating: **
Why?: I thought these two shared good chemistry and their personalities went well with one another. Overall, I liked the way in which Alkaid developed romantic feelings for Haseo and thought her crush on him was entertaining to watch. As for Haseo, I think he also felt something romantic for Alkaid, especially when one takes into consideration the intentional parallels done between her and Shino.

Shino x Haseo
Rating: **
Why?: They had an interesting relationship and meshed well together. Haseo clearly loved Shino. His reason for pursuing vast power was to defeat Tri-Edge in order to save her. Shino also seemed to have romantic feelings for Haseo, though this was made more evident in Roots (then again, she was in a coma for the majority of G.U., so the only times she appeared were in flashbacks and at the end of Volume 3).

Miscellaneous

Morticia x Gomez from The Addams Family
Rating: ***
Why?: They are a classic couple who compliment each other perfectly and share excellent chemistry. Overall, I greatly enjoy watching them together.

Jack x Sally from The Nightmare Before Christmas
Rating: ***
Why?: Who does not like this ship? They are adorable and sweet together. Need I say more?

Sprusilla/Spru (Drusilla x Spike) from Buffyverse
Rating: ***
Why?: If it were not for Spike, Drusilla, and their relationship, I would not have bothered even watching Buffy the Vampire Slayer. Whenever they were on, it was a completely different show. The rest of the characters were awful. But enough of my rants about how much I hate the Buffyverse. Overall, I felt Spike and Dru had amazing chemistry and shared a tender, loving relationship that was also delightfully twisted. Their personalities were also opposites that went well with one another (he was a charismatic, sarcastic bad-*** and she was endearingly psychotic) and they were very funny together. I was not that upset when they broke up, since I figured they would eventually get back together (from what I understand, Juliet Landau was busy working on movies during Seasons 3 and 4, which is why they broke up in the first place). However, I was furious when Spike fell in love with Buffy right in the season when Dru re-entered the series. Overall, I hated Spuffy (Spike x Buffy) and felt it ruined Spike as a character.

Joan x Roger from Mad Men
Rating: ***
Why?: Both are exceptionally cool characters who share highly amusing interaction with one another. I believe they love each other, though I doubt they will ever get together in the show. Still, they are a great match.

Ivy x Harley from Batman: The Animated Series
Rating: **
Why?: As much as I love Harley, I feel she deserves better than The Joker, who clearly does not care at all about her. Ivy may be a cold, cruel person, but she at least appreciates Harley and occassionally shows her affection. That said, I feel she is better for Harley than The Joker. Plus, their personalities compliment each other and they share good chemistry.

Mai x Valon from Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Monsters
Rating: **
Why?: Valon loved Mai deeply and was willing to do anything for her. Overall, I thought his dedication to her was touching. Mai rejected Valon for the majority of the Doma saga, but I think she still felt something romantic for him. After all, she was rather upset when his soul was sealed away and left him one of her Harpie Lady cards at the end of the Doma saga to remember her by. From the way the Doma saga ended, I doubt that they will ever become romantically involved (nor will she and Joey). Regardless, I still think they would make a good couple.

Lila x Dexter from Dexter
Rating: **
Why?: Season 2 of Dexter was the only season of the show that I liked (I prefer the novels over the show). Overall, I thought Lila was a unique and interesting character. She understood Dexter better than anyone else and still loved him despite the fact that he was a murderer. As for Dexter, he must have felt something romantic for Lila, since she was the first woman he was sexually attracted to. It is a shame things did not work out between them. Unlike Dexter and Rita, Lila and Dexter shared great chemistry and completed each other well.

UlquiHime (**): Someone on deviantArt turned me on to it, but really, I can't really see the point of these Stockholm pairings. Of course, I've never been kidnapped, so I don't really know.

HitsuHina (****): Because love is going into an uncontrollable rage after realizing you impaled the object of your affection instead of the one who hurt her. Truth.

GinRan (*): I never really liked the doomed romances, especially when one of them knows he's damned himself to a life without her.

Yaoi:

IkkaYumi (***): They're complete opposites, yet they stay together through a common bond despite their differences.

IchiHitsu (***): I dunno, something about them just... clicks in my mind. Of course, Momo's the one Toshiro loves, but if he was gay, I'd say Ichigo.

Yuri:

RukiHime (****): I maintain, to this very day, that Rukia would have kissed Orihime if not for Hiyori's interruption.

TatsuHime (****): We never really saw much of the Karakura Town people during Orihime's captivity, but from what I gather, Tatsuki was the most desperate to see her again.


Fairy Tail:

NatsuErza (*****): Tower of Heaven arc + IchiRuki elements + a willingness to go to extremes for each other = a pairing that's even more canon than NatsuLucy.

GajeelJuvia (****): They know each other better than anyone at the guild, having both been Phantom Lord mages. The fact that Juvia recommended Gajeel for the guild shows that there's a little something there.

Yuri:

LucyCana (*****): I can't say anything without spoiling anything, so I'mma shut up now.

Why?: Not my favorite, but Mario saved Daisy's life in Super Mario Land. They both have warm colors, and at least Mario doesn't have to save Daisy in every single game.

Ash X Dawn (Pokemon Anime series):

Why?: Even though I hate the anime (especially after Johto), I felt they had a kind of click together. They both share similar goals, and they both have a Pikachu-like Pokemon.

Goku X Bulma (Dragon Ball series):

Why?: First of all, I grew up mainly on Pokemon Johto and Dragon Ball. When I saw Goku and Bulma, I just felt an instant connection between the two. When I saw Goku and Chi-Chi in DBZ, just "WTF?".

Hilbert X Hilda (Pokemon Game series):

Why?: First, they're the two people in BW. Secondly, they pair up in the Battle Train.

Cilan X Iris (Global Pokemon series):

Why?: I just don't feel any connection between the two. Plus, I hated Cilan. So... meh. :P

Because uhm.. I can't really explain, they're always together since the Kanto series and they always hug and cry together in the Anime. Also when Jessie makes James wear gurlie outfits, haha! So cute :3

I honestly didn't know couple existed until I heard the song 'Misty's song' so cute!
I wish they became a couple, but sadly Ash cares more about his Pokemon than Misty >.>

~I wasn't really one of those people who ships for a lot, at least not until Pokemon came along. They were first couple I ever loved because I genuinely felt that they loved and care for each other in ways that was beyond the love that friends have. The episode Misty Meets Her Match is proof enough for me.

Rocketshipping (Jesse x James) ♥♥
~I feel that Jesse and James really care for each other and their Pokemon. They would never abandon one another no matter what, which is proves the strength of their love.

Penguinshipping (Dawn x Kenny) ♥
~This is a really cute pairing. I really love childhood couples and it's obvious that Kenny likes Dawn. Their goodbye was so beautiful and heartfelt.

Very popular, as probably everyone knows. I'm with the majority of shippers on this one in that I find it to be an obvious pairing (though I'm careful not to be obnoxious about thinking so), and I love their relationship whether romantic or not but think it definitely makes sense for it to be romantic. They're just so sweet together; to this day my response to being squicked or freaked out is, "Excuse me, I need to go read childhood Phoenix/Edgeworth fluff."

Adrian/Franziska ♥♥♥
Yes, I'm with the majority on this too. I truly do think that Adrian is a lesbian, and while I don't think Franziska showed her as much affection as some fans see, I do think it says something that Adrian was possibly the first person Franziska truly warmed up to. She saw her as a person rather than a useful tool when she took some responsibility for her well-being, and they clearly did get closer in any case, as shown in the credits of the third game.

Lang/Shih-na ♥♥♥♥
Ace Attorney investigations was fantastic, and Lang was my favorite character. His devotion to his men no matter what may have been played for laughs first, but boy did it end up being important. His character became extremely interesting to me when he showed how important that trust was, and though it would never truly work out, I love exploring their relationship and how it would have progressed.

Nothing much here – I just think it's adorable. Vera was so sweet, and Trucy seems the perfect person to help her get out into the world again.

Beautiful and tragic, this will always be my favorite Bleach pairing. As nice as the main characters are, I love delving into Byakuya's character and seeing how much of a step outside his comfort zone Hisana was – and how much he doesn't regret it, no matter what pain it caused him. Hisana herself is rather interesting; her dying words show a great deal of regret, and I love sifting through all of it.

Ukitake/Kyouraku ♥♥
So obvious, so awesome. These two are badass incarnate, and they've been around so long with each other that they're clearly very close. While I love their relationship however it comes, I can't help shipping them. Hey, I'm a crazy shipper, okay?

Rukia/Orihime ♥♥
Cuuuute. They're two great characters who don't get enough chance to shine, I very much enjoy their bond – Rukia telling Orihime that she can be strong and taking her to train so she can be was something I really liked, and I think they can grow much stronger as people together.

When I heard about this, I really thought it was crazy shipper stockholm syndrome. And while there are always going to be elements of that in this pairing, it really does make much more sense than I'd expected. Ulquiorra's last scene especially showed how tied together their characters had become through the circumstances that brought them there.

I'll say right now that I don't truly like Buffy with any of her boyfriends, just because I think it all really illustrated the point that she's not that capable of a relationship at all. Still, psychology-wise these two are fascinating; Fool for Love in particular is a great episode for them. I honestly do feel bad for Spike, when all is said and done – he really does love her and changed everything for her, but she can never really love him back. The last scene with the two of them (“I love you.” “No you don't, but thanks for saying it.”) was the absolute best.

Willow/Tara ♥♥♥♥
The most adorable canon I have ever seen. Willow and Tara were such a wonderful, healthy, normal couple, and it hurt so much when they went through hard times. They were something good and stable in a world of things going wrong and heartbreak and death happening, which is why those things hit so hard, and it says something that I could be so affected by it.

Willow/Faith ♥♥♥
Crack pairing, yeah, but I'm quite attached to it. Willow and Faith had a few great scenes in Season 3, and I wish so badly that they'd been given some interaction in Season 7 after Willow had gone through being evil. It would have been incredibly interesting to see how they related to each other after that. In any case, I really love any interaction between these two at all.

Buffy/Faith ♥
Not my favorite, but it's a pretty clear ship – two Slayers who understand what each other have been through but have blindingly different views and methods. The way they clash is beautiful to me; I loved the episode Who Are You? more than you can possibly imagine.

Xander/Cordlia ♥♥
As far as Xander couples go, I do definitely like Xander/Anya, but these two back in their high school days hold a real place in my heart. They snarked perfectly at each other and had plenty of chemistry, but what did it for me was the speech Xander gave her along with a necklace. They were funny and oddly sweet, and that always works for me.

Wesley/Lilah ♥♥♥
Lilah was one of my absolute favorite Angel characters, and so was Wesley. These two getting a relationship? Absolutely fantastic. All their scenes were pure gold, particularly at the beginning of their relationship and after its end; their final scene together was touching in a way that you wouldn't expect at all.

I know, I know, incest. I honestly don't see these two as having much of a sibling bond, however, when it comes to that. There's also the obvious evidence of Lelouch calling Euphemia his first love, which I definitely think she was. In the end, Euphemia loved Suzaku romantically and probably didn't have quite those kinds of feelings for Lelouch; whether one-sided or not, though, this pairing has beautiful tragedy and will always be a favorite.

Lelouch/Shirley ♥♥♥♥
Shirley was a normal, shoujo-type anime character living in the world of Code Geass, and we all know that can't end well. Still, these two had a very compelling relationship, not despite that but because of it – Shirley was something normal and precious to Lelouch in a world that was quite honestly crazy, and it's obvious how much it hurt him to let her go. I will always nitpick her death scene and say it would have been far better had Lelouch found her dead; however, I can't deny that she had some very good dying words. Someone as romantic and sweet as Shirley just couldn't live in Code Geass.

Kallen/Lelouch ♥♥♥
A pretty clear pairing, and not one that needs much explaining. Kallen loved Zero and loved Lelouch, and their relationship had perfect closure unlike many of the others in the series.

It always tugs at my heart when I see Angel plead with her to stop during a particular scene. They're both strong women who still care about each other, and I wish it could have worked out.

I can't wait for more interaction between Jade and her patron troll.

I'm with most of the fandom on this one – these two are adorable. Karkat's hatecrush on John was funny and cute, but it's mainly the rest of their interaction that sells me. I can totally see them being completely dorky buddies and/or boyfriends once they meet, and I love all the fanfiction out there for this pairing so much.

While I'm more into them as friends, I think Vriska's gotten some great development through John (I'm one of the fans who doesn't hate her, too), and I love their interactions. Despite Vriska being basically a monster, she gets to be deeper than that through her manipulative yet at times very true relationship with John, and his optimism is a great foil to her.

My first Homestuck OTP; it always got me when they fell for each other during Hivebent, amidst all the chaos. While this hasn't gotten much attention since then, I still do like it greatly. They're cute, and they get each other. What more could I want?

Snarky broads ahoy! Kanaya's learning about human culture through Rose and cautioning her against the direction she takes is wonderful, and I gotta admit, I love all the beautiful fanart for them. I really hope they get more interaction.

Sollux/Aradia ♥♥
Simple, sad, and sweet. While I'm aware that the true nature of their relationship, matesprits or moirails, is up to interpretation, I've gotta go with the former due to Aradia's reaction (or lack thereof) to Vriska calling him her 'boyfriend'. I truly love the scene where Aradia hugs him and says goodbye; it means so much that after everything, despite being dead, she still cares.

Redglare/Mindfang ♥♥♥♥
Canon pirate femslash? Count. Me. In. These two are a refreshing bit of fun, and I can't help but ship them greatly. Mindfang's narration is fun to read, and I think she and Redglare would have had an absolutely brilliant kismesis had it worked out that way.

Ryoji was a truly tragic character, and he didn't deserve what he got. I think his relationship with the main character brought them both, but him especially, at least some peace of mind about the whole situation, and I wish the male character had also gotten a social link with him. Still, I'm happy with the amount of interaction they had, and my happy-ending-loving mind likes to think of them chilling out together somewhere after the game's end.

MC/Aigis ♥♥♥
So obvious, and so well done. Aigis was a very good character, and the last scene of the game made me bawl my eyes out. For all that the “robot becoming human” may be cliché, I thought it was handled very, very well in Persona 3, and it certainly tugged at my heartstrings. As with the former, I don't care whether the protagonist is Minato or Minako for this.

Yukari/Mitsuru ♥♥♥♥♥
Sexual tension and a half, oh my god. I didn't think they would get much interaction together at first, but I was proved way wrong. Their relationship grew into something very real, and the scene at the hot springs was just more romantic subtext than your body has room for. I think if Mitsuru could leave her engagement for Minato, she could leave it for Yukari too.

Mitsuru/Akihiko/Shinjiro ♥♥♥
I like any combination of this one, but especially all three together. The upperclassmen have been through so much together, and I think they're the best ones to truly understand each other and provide a shoulder to lean on when things get terrifyingly dark. And let's face it, they all have a lot of issues, especially Shinjiro. I see them as having such a quiet but understanding of each other that it almost makes up for what they've been through.

Junpei/Chidori ♥♥♥♥
Man, I love Persona 3's canon pairings. Junpei presenting himself as the leader of SEES to Chidori and showing his weaknesses in the process really got to me; Junpei was my favorite character anyway, and that just cemented it. As obvious as it was to see coming, they really worked out well together, even if they got a very unhappy ending. Chidori fearing attachment was heart-wrenching, and I loved her sketching Junpei.

Actually a popular pairing for once! It's a cliche rival ship, and Red hardly has any real canon characterization. From Green's characterization, however, and what one can gather of Red, this can actually be a very deep, interesting relationship with more conflict than you can shake a stick at. Blame RP and amazing fanfic in part for this one.

Pikachu/Eevee ♥♥♥♥
Red's Pikachu and Green's Eevee, specifically. I love them as a foil to Red and Green's relationship, because they innocently and openly care about each other, to the frustration of Green of course. There are also never enough cute pokemon snugglings, and these two are so sweet and fluffy that you can't dislike them.

Green/Leaf ♥
I don't really know why I like this; it's just a nice, fun pairing. My fanon characterization of Leaf makes them an amusing couple, and a nice break from more dramatic ships.

Red/Kris ♥♥
You can partially blame RP and partially my fanon characterization of Kris for this. I feel Red and Kris are very similar in my, and in most widely-accepted, fanon – I think they'd get along quite well. Both serious about pokemon, and the Mt. Silver confrontation is nothing if not climactic between two determined trainers with ambition.

Red/Ethan ♥♥
A contrast to Red/Kris, in my opinion. A friend got me into this one, I'll admit. I see Ethan being a bit of a fanboy, and that's just plain amusing to me, considering Red's general fanon characterization.

Ethan/Silver/Lyra ♥♥♥♥♥
Johto OT3! Like all threesomes on this list, I'll also ship any two with each other. But seriously... do I have to explain? While Silver isn't as tsundere as most people make him out to be, he goes nicely with either player character and I can definitely see him developing a crush on them when his character's started to develop. Ethan/Lyra is also just adorable, whichever one is the childhood friend, and the three of them together I feel would mean Ethan and Lyra keeping Silver from being unhappy whether he likes it or not!

Morty/Falkner ♥♥♥
What gets me into this one is how traditional they both seem; it makes me see both the similarities and differences between them pretty clearly, and while they've never been seen meeting, I do love how their personalities would likely go together if they did.

Morty/Sabrina ♥♥
Sabrina interests me, and I think they'd have fascinating interactions if they got to talking at length – Sabrina seeing the future, and Morty's visions of being chosen by Ho-Oh make for a cool combination. I'd like to explore this more.

Morty/Jasmine ♥
Just plain cute, not gonna lie. Jasmine is shy and adorable, and the idea of Morty taking her on dates or whatever makes me squee. I've also RPed as Morty with a Jasmine, and I greatly enjoyed it.

Whitney/Jasmine ♥
If the one above was just plain cute, this is just plain adorable. Whitney is so outgoing, I think she'd drag Jasmine out of her shell very nicely, and I can see that being very sweet. I just like the idea of Whitney dragging Jasmine around by the hand and whatnot, too.

Lance/Clair ♥♥♥♥
Oh look, incest. The truth is, I love interactions between these two whether it's romantic or platonic, but I can't get over shipping them even if they are cousins. Lance is a good foil to Clair, and I've always wanted to see more of their interactions – he's very good for her, I think.

Cynthia/Dawn ♥♥♥
Did someone say cute? Someone said cute, and it was me. Cynthia is so peppy and cheerful, I just see her and Dawn becoming great friends and adorable girlfriends despite the age difference. I can imagine Cynthia giving Dawn so much attention that it embarrasses her, and plenty of other cute things. I also love the name of this pairing – GirlPowerShipping! Heck, yeah.

Dawn/Barry ♥♥
They're my favorite best friends to ship, I'd say; I like platonic relationships being platonic, but these two would progress so naturally into growing up and getting together or at least crushing on each other that I like it that way too. They have a wonderfully friendly rivalry, and I love how supportive they are of each other.

Cheren/Bianca ♥♥♥
Wow, best friend ships abound. Cheren and Bianca are great foils for each other; Cheren is meticulous and well-presented, while Bianca is clumsy and often late, and it shows how close all three main characters are that these two put up with each other so well. In the end, I see them as having very different strengths and weaknesses, and I think they balance, in a way. They're very cute as a couple.

N/Zekrom or Reshiram ♥
I know everyone's about Hilbert/N or Hilda/N, but I just can't get into those. Instead, I look at this, because of N's bond with pokemon and the fact that he truly believes he's doing the right thing. Whichever legendary he goes with would not have chosen him if they didn't see something right in what he was doing, and because of that, they have a great bond as hero and pokemon. N was truly a hero as much as the player character; he was just a misguided one.

Ghetsis/Hydreigon ♥♥♥
Oh, man. I'm a horrible person for this, but I don't care. It's a weird pairing because Ghetsis so clearly doesn't care about pokemon, but I see his Hydreigon as being very devoted to him personally, whatever his goals might be. (I also see Hydreigon as being a derp, haha. I'm so silly.) I love the idea of Hydreigon being blindly loyal to Ghetsis no matter what he does, and the two sharing a strange sort of bond.

Many do see them as sharing a brother/sister bond, and to that I have no argument. I personally honestly don't think it's like incest to ship them, though; what can I say, I just see the two of them always being close, growing up, and their relationship rather naturally becoming romantic. In any case, I adore this pairing quite a lot – the deep love they have for each other is heartwarming.

Gold/Silver ♥♥♥♥
Another favorite Special ship. Gold and Silver grow from strangers to semi-rivals to friends to absolute best friends so naturally, and I love all of their interactions, period. While they'd never under most circumstances admit to how much they care about each other, they obviously do, and it makes me happy.

Crystal/Eusine/Suicune ♥♥♥♥
Again, any combination of two is just as good. Crystal/Eusine seems like a no-brainer to me, or maybe that's just how my brain works, but in any case I found that their teamwork to capture Suicune flowed nicely and had some very, very cute moments. Crystal/Suicune is also just plain lovely – I really liked how Suicune chose Crystal in the end, and how they served each other well. I see this almost as a love triangle more than a straight-up pairing, but whatever works.

Falkner/Janine ♥♥
They only had a little screen time together, but I loved their interactions. I'm a sucker for Special!Falkner in general (police officer, eeee~) and his battle and conversation with Janine were a nice, understated kind of lovely. I hope they get to know each other.

Ruby/Sapphire ♥♥♥
While I'm not at all a canon stickler, I love how they worked out in canon – it was perfect. They're cute kids, and their backstory was cliché but great at the same time; Pokemon Special pulls those kinds of clichés off so well that of course I liked this one too.

I do like Ruby/Sapphire, but I can't help also loving this. It's a fairly obvious one if you're open to human/pokemon, and it gets a great story throughout the RS arc. I teared up when Mimi came back for Ruby, I'll admit.

Great side character shipping, and let me make this clear: I really love side character shippings. Wallace and Winona had just enough development and backstory to make this a great ship to write, expand on, and just ship in general. I love both the characters, and I really think that they work well together, in addition to having a great storyline.

Pearl/Platina ♥
I know a lot of people are for Diamond/Platina, but I honestly don't see it quite as much as this. Pearl is a great coach/friend to Platina, and their relationship always pulled me in more than her and Dia or him and Dia. I especially love all the times he tries to call her out on things – e.g., laughing at their jokes – and she just denies it.

People call this a crack pairing, I think. It's really nothing of the kind. Do they get canon hints? No, not really. Would they be likely to get together? Again, no. Do they relate to each other perfectly and would they make a wonderful couple if they did get together? Oh yes. The two of them have so much hidden beneath the surface, and they're the perfect ones to dig it out of each other. Takes one to know one, after all.

Zelos/Lloyd ♥♥♥♥
The first Symphonia pairing I got into, and it still has a special place in my heart. After going through Zelos's route, I was struck by how lucky he was to have Lloyd and how good they were for each other, and it spiraled from there. I wrote my first ever pairing fic about them, so even though they're no longer my favorite ToS couple, I still love them dearly.

Colette/Presea ♥♥♥
Please tell me I wasn't the only one who thought this was obvious when you rescued Colette. Please? Presea working so hard to save her and smiling for the first time once she did... well, my heart just melted. They've been through many similar things, too, with the Cruxis Crystals. Overall what sells me on this pairing is just how sweet it is, though – I mean, Colette and Presea! Come on!

Yuan/Martel ♥♥♥♥
Oh hey, is that canon? Yes, it is. Yuan is one of my favorite characters, and the fact that he chose not to bring her back for the sake of really following her last wish showed, to me, how deeply he loved her – enough to let go because she would have wanted it that way. It's not just his side, either; Martel I think must have been very good for him, considering how prickly he can be. They balance each other.

Mithos/Tabatha ♥♥
Crazy pairing alert. A friend got me into this after misconstruing a comment I made as me saying I shipped them. We talked about it, and soon the psychology of it got me very interested. While in the end, their relationship is just plain platonic, I do now love toying with the idea of onesided Tabatha/Mithos. It's built on so many misunderstandings, and that's the kind of thing I like.

A very well-executed canon pairing that I truly cared about. I cried at a few points during Luke's storyline; I really don't think he was unnecessarily angsty at all, despite what most people say. Tear isn't the most interesting character to me, I'll be honest, but she came alive in her relationship with Luke and I enjoyed every moment of it, including the epilogue.

Luke/Guy ♥♥
Simple, really. Luke and Guy growing close despite Guy's initial plan to kill him, and their ensuing friendship, is a high point of the game, and it always gets me how Guy goes back for Luke when the rest of the party abandons him. While I see this as more platonic, I don't mind it being shipped either.

Asch/Natalia ♥♥♥♥
Asch I didn't like for quite a while. While now I do, even when I didn't like him, I liked this pairing. It may have been cliché and possibly forced on the players a bit, but I did enjoy it – the obvious scene to cite is Asch's repeating her promise to him, and that is in fact my favorite one. I think they were a bit of a star-crossed couple, and it's very sad for them, because in their own different ways they truly cared about each other.

Anise/Ion ♥♥
While I'm not a big shipper of this as much as some other pairings, Anise and Ion were cute. Very cute, and there was a truth in their relationship that I didn't see in most of the other pairings. It's hard to describe, but I think Ion made Anise truly a better person, and I cried when he called her his most cherished.

Guy/Van ♥
A slightly unexplored relationship, Guy and Van always intrigued me greatly, particularly Van's lasting loyalty to Guy. While I don't ship them, really, I love anything that explores this, so there you go.

Cecille/Frings ♥♥♥♥♥
Probably my favorite Abyss pairing. Like Wallace and Winona from Pokemon Special, they're side characters, and what side characters they were! Cecille and Frings had one of the most compelling plotlines in the game, in my opinion: they were two adults with everything standing between them, struggling to make things work out happily in a fast-changing world. I wish things had worked out well for them; it makes me very sad that they didn't.

This pairing just wows me, and I like them as friends too. It's just so realistically developed, and The World Ends With You has the most relatable teenagers I've ever seen in any video game. Neku and Shiki grow a great deal as people during one week, and their developing friendship throughout is heartwarming. This is a favorite.

Neku/Joshua ♥♥♥♥
Also a great and well-developed pairing, Neku and Joshua have a completely different relationship than Neku and Shiki, but it shows just as well how good a friend Neku is to people provided he lets them in. I cried at the ending narration of Neku speaking to Joshua, and I will always relate to both of them a great deal, so this pairing will always be there, whether as friends or something else.

Shiki/Eri ♥♥
Cute, and it makes sense – it was a wonderful touch that Eri turned out to feel jealous of Shiki the same way Shiki did of her. I'm sure they went on to become great friends again, and I hope Shiki helped Eri through what she went through during the Game.

Uzuki/Kariya ♥♥
Wonderful partners and best friends. Uzuki and Kariya are clearly an important constant to each other no matter what happens in the Reaper's Game, and I enjoyed the development of their relationship greatly, particularly Uzuki explaining why she didn't want to hold Kariya back. Whatever her ambitions are, I really want them to stay partners forever.

I love this. I know it's pretty much just the opposite of FerrisWheelShipping, considering you need to make up Touko/Touya's personalities, but I prefer it. Touya (I am SO not calling him Hilbert!) seems like a strong fighter, but the kind of person to get easily annoyed by N's constant 'hippie talk', as I like to call it. What really got me into this is the excesive fanart of these two! I constantrly run into some featuring Black smacking N with something because he's annoyed. They are perfect~

PokeShipping (Misty/Ash)

The only reason I don't love this pairing is because I'm a ComaShipper, but oh well. This is almost canon. I like how Misty always gets angry at Ash for his stupidity. Despite his dense-ness, she still put up with him and stuck to him like glue. Heck, she was even thinking about them getting married! I specially LOVE that Misty lure Ash has. He knows she's the best (no mean to bash)!

ContestShipping (May/Drew)

Roses, roses, roses! Drew always has roses for May! I love how much these two argue. The fact that they're also huge contest rivals gives it a boost, two. An episode in particular made me start loving this, and it's the one when Drew and May fall into a river and she saves him(GIRL POWER FTW!). They would be perfect for each other! Not to mention, I think Drew tagged along with her in Sinnoh, lol.

FranticShipping (Sapphier/Ruby)

People, people. This is cannon. THIS is the ULTIMATE opposites attract pairing! The way Ruby begs Sapphire to wear clothes is HILARIOUS, considering most boys like naked girls. He is such a sissy and she's so wild! Not to mention, he's protected her many times, and it's because of her that he doesn't like battling. And it's because of HIM tha Sapphire is so tough! And they confessed! What annoys me is that Ruby seems to be avoiding a relationship with Sapphire, even though she bugs him about it. It's still cute.

OldRivalShipping (Green/Blue)

This is just great. I prefer this shipping for the manga instead of the games, though, because whatever interaction Gary/Blue/anyothernameyou giveyourrival has with the female protagonist, he also has with the male protagonist. In the manga, however, Blue (girl) has a Blastoise, which rival's Green's Charizard in typing. He also has his own nickname for her, it being 'Noisy woman' or 'Pesky girl'. These two are a perfect fit, him being so quiet and her being, as said above, a noisy woman. But, you know what I also like? Blue's older than Green. PWND!

PreciousMetalShipping (Silver/Gold)

THIS! IS! SO! AWESOME! These two so want each other. Gold wouldn't stop chaising Silver, even after he confirmed that Croconaw wanted to stay with Silver, and that SIlver hadn't stolen his bag. Gold lied to the police about Silver's appareance (fake wanted poster ftw), and
defended him gainst Mask of Ice! I've always loved these two. I nearly cried with Silver when he thought Gold had died. OMG! Poor Silvy! These two would make a great couple. They stand out amongst all manga pairings! (no mean to bash)

SacredShipping (Morty/Eusine)

Fanart got me into this pairing. It was after then that I realized how many hints there were. I mean, Morty helps Eusine in his Suicune research, even though he admitted he doesn't like Suicune and prefers Entei! No, seriously, that pokegear call made me laugh for so much time. And in the anime, even though Eusine is such a huge as-I mean, a huge jerk, Morty still puts up with him. It's like they've been together for a long time! WHo knows? They might already be dating! Oh Arceus, please!

HelsingShipping (Grimsley/Marshal)

I just recently got into this. I'd been looking to pair up Grimsley with someone until BAM! I spotted some fanart. Marshal has a type advantage over Grimsley's dark pokemon. They are a bit opposite too, considering Marshal would be honorable and stuff while Grimsley, being a dark pokemon specialist, would be sneaky and a cheater. I haven't developed much love for this pairing yet; I mostly like it because it's hot.

I have a BUNCH more that I like, but I want to conclude this list.

Before I list, let me be clear on this, I'm actually not much of a shipper. I used to be, but interest in shipping has since declined quite a bit. Nonetheless, I still have a few shippings from several fandoms, mostly other fandoms, that I still like or support.

But most of them are more as 'like' than 'support'. And sometimes I just like things because I do, I can't always provide a reasoning for everything. Anyway...

NidoranShipping (Nidoran male x Nidoran female) - Most of the Pokemon shippings I prefer are Pokemon x Pokemon, and NidoranShipping is one of the last few that I still like. It just... works.

FortuneShipping (Lucas x Dawn from the games) - It started to appeal a bit more to me as I replayed Diamond more. I even made a FortuneShipping article on Bulbapedia once upon a time, but it's apparently deleted now. Go figure. They seem more like good friends to me though.

TwinleafShipping (Dawn x Barry from the games) - Same reason as above, but if anything, they too just seem more like good friends to me.

ValleyShipping (Ash's Charizard x Liza's Charla) - Probably one of the first Pokemon x Pokemon shippings I've grown to like, although it's kinda faded now, what with the Charizard and Charla more than likely to never make an another appearance again.

VineShipping (Ash's Bulbasaur x May's Bulbasaur/Venusaur) - I liked this shipping back when May's Bulbasaur was a Bulbasaur... now that she's a Venusaur, the appeal has kinda left me and I doubt Ash's Bulbasaur would evolve so, not like I would want him too anyway.

Dr. Wily x Dr. Light - I just absolutely love their crazy little 'relationship' they have for each other, in all sorts of MM media. Of course it is undeniable that Dr. Wily absolutely hates Dr. Light's guts, but I suppose a fan could still view some sort of tension between the two. I've always viewed Wily as always hating the other regardless of what, whereas Light is slightly oblivious to this (as he is towards everything...). Some fans have also imagined as Dr. Light being the dominate one, with Wily actually being a weak man, which is an interesting view point.

Dan Hibiki x Sakura - While the franchise is leaning more towards Ryu x Sakura (much to my dismay), I prefer the student-teacher relationship that Sakura and Dan had shared. Poor Dan is just trying to get someone to enjoy the ultimate fighting style that is of Saikyo-ryu, and even after Sakura called him a loser, he still hangs around her. In my fan mind, I can just imagine Dan being all hopeless by trying his hardest to get noticed by her, or at least his fighting style, and going through all sorts of extreme lengths to do so, only to wind up in failure again.

Blanka x Sakura - Sort of an alternative to the above. Blanka is someone who I have always viewed, at least in fanart on DA, as secretly being a hopeless romantic, but doesn't do much about it and prefers to stay quiet about it. (All of the Cammy x Blanka art on DA would suggest that...) That or maybe he does try hard, and still doesn't get much luck. I used to kinda ship Cammy x Blanka, but then I realized that it wouldn't really work as Blanka hasn't had much interaction with Cammy, whereas he has traveled a lot with Sakura, so.

ContestShipping: I think it's a pretty cute couple it's kind obvious that Drew at least likes May... I mean look at the roses! Plus he helped May when Harley was out to get her.

GFChampShipping: I always thought Harley was gay and when I went looking for a Solidad story I found one having her paired with Robert. I didn't see her paired with any body else so it went on my list. Now I am very fond of this pairing.

EgoShipping: I was always fond of Ash's rival and his first girl traveling partner to run off together. HA! Well that's true too. I do really like Gary and I love Misty and I thought to pair them of together.

AlexandrianShipping: I went looking for a Jasmine and Flint story but I found these stories just based on Volkner and Jasmine. Unsure who this volkner character was I looked up an episode. Watched and then I started to really love this pairing.

DoubletrainingShipping: Wow I just like Nando, and who better then Zoey? I think both of them would be pretty good for each other.

James/Oc: I do like Rocketshipping too but I needed a triangle of some kind.

Paul/Oc: Now I would be an ikarishipper [sp?] But I found it kinda hard to follow when I realized that he didn't even know her name! And the have been in plenty of episodes already together to know it.

HandymanShipper: Now I normally don't like Tracey but I though him and Daisy would be an interesting pair.

Contestshipping (Drew x May): My first ever shipping I discovered and supported in Pokemon, and still probably my OTP. I love the interactions between May and Drew and how they can be have a simple conversation, an amusing argument, or an intense battle. I like the different emotions brought out in shippings like these because I find a constant lovey attitude a bit boring. Also, with so many hints, this shipping always has plenty of fans which can always make the couple stay popular.

Respectshipping (Ash x Drew): This outranks my love for Contestshipping, but since it's pretty much a crack pairing, there isn't much that can be said. I just think the dynamic between Ash and Drew would be cute; Ash seems friendly and optimistic while Drew isn't as social and doesn't have such a positive way about him. Again, I find little conflicts bring more fun. I don't really know when or how I got to liking this couple, but I have no regrets. ;D

Comashipping (Paul x Ash): My favorite shipping out of the whole DP series. Paul and Ash are very opposite rivals more than the usual "we have the same goal, so I'll beat you, Loser" that happens most of the time. Paul and Ash reject the others way of training and had different opinions, but also had great interactions. I love the League episodes because that sexyadorableamazing sunset scene Paul had opened up a little to Ash. Not a complete 180 where 'life is beautiful' and such, but enough for there to be a kind of emotional climax for the shipping. Okay, that sunset scene, too. The close ups, dramatic panning of shots, and since it was a sunset. Good things come from sunset scenes. :u

FerrisWheelshipping (N x White): After playing through Pokemon Black (as the female character) it was difficult not to love this shipping. N is my favorite game character by far, and although your player really says nothing, there's a connection between you and N. That last goodbye scene in the games got me to cry. ;-; This shipping also has absolutely beautiful fanarts, which is what really makes this shipping so popular.
(The whole game reasoning can be said for Isshushipping (N x Black) as well, and I'm a fan of it. Ferriswheel just seems to stick out more because of it's popularity.)

Ooh, a Yugioh shipping, too. :p

Thiefshipping (Yami Bakura x Marik): Yesssss~ Of course, brought on by the whole Abridged Series. I started watching the actual episodes, and I was pretty surprised, because Thiefshipping wasn't that much of a crack ship. Plus, two baddies? It's so sexy, haha. >:3
But really, the ship is pretty tragic. There's almost a guarantee that there would be virtually no actual emotions involved between them. Probably just be a mutual agreement to use each other for whatever reason. So sad, but maybe that's why I can't stop liking it. (And the fanfictions can be so dark and scary, but so utterly good that it is amazing. Fanfictions and fanarts are always a huge player in my love for a shipping.)

I could rattle off names of at least 10 more shippings I like, but really it's because I'm open to nearly all of them, and don't have much other reasoning than 'it's cute'. Although if I come up with more reasons, I'll edit this. :3

Black actually tried to be protect White when he was battling N. White said that he is pretty cute and he calls her 'prez'. Plus, he gave her his Braviary so she would be able to take on the Battle Subway. This shipping is just adorable and I love it.

Why: This has been my favoritre Big Time Rush pairing for the longest time. They go really well together. Plus, it was really nice to see Carlos have a love interest who reciprocated his feelings. I miss Stephanie and I wish she'd come back.

Why: Now, I've been a huge fan of the James/Camille pairing since Big Time Break. I think they go better then Logan and Camille do and they're super cute together. I love this pairing and I'd love to see more of them.

Why: My top BTR pairing. I love it. They'd be really sweet together, with Kendall being all calm and collected and Camille being all frantic and stuff. Camille seemed to prefer Kendall in the earlier episodes. She originally started slapping him before she moved onto Logan. It's so cute and I like it.

Why: This pairing is just UBER cute and I love it. Kelly and Carlos worked together in Big Time Jobs and Kelly got all protective of 'Sweet Carlos' in Big Time Girlfriends. I say it's meant to be.

Why: They are just so alike and it's hard not to picture them as a couple. I love it. I really do think they complete each other.

1. RocketShipping (Jessie X James) Ever since I was a little kid, I always viewed them as a couple. In fact, I was shocked the first time I saw someone mention that they weren't. I think they compliment one another really well, and have such a strong bond that you don't find very often. They also have all of their fearhugs - of which there are way too many to name. Plus, it's just cute! (Sorry, I couldn't resist! XD)

2. ElderShipping (Prof. Oak X Delia [Ash's Mom]) They're almost always together (at least, when we see them), and seem to have a very close relationship. They both seem to respect each other a lot. Plus, there has to be a reason why Prof. Oak seems just as interested (if not more interested) in Ash that Gary, his grandson.

3. BoulderShipping (Ash X Brock) Brock stays with Ash throughout most of his journey, excluding only the Orange Islands and, now, Unova. This means that Brock was Ash's traveling companion for the longest time of all his friends (excluding Pikachu, obviously). Also, the fact that Brock was willing to leave his family to travel with Ash seems to say a lot. Plus, in Grating Spaces!, they were totally in sync while battling.

4. ReformShipping (Red X Giovanni [game]) This one's a bit harder to explain. Giovanni remembers Red's name after meeting him only once, which, considering the amount of underlings he has, I doubt he remembers that well with most people. Also, Giovanni decides to completely end Team Rocket simply because Red beat him at the Gym. Also, I often take Red's silence as a bit of an indicator in the later games. Although this is purely my imagination, I think that the reason he finds Gold as a worthy opponent and wants to fight him is that he was the cause of Team Rocket ending a second time. Okay, I know I'm getting out on a limb here, so I'm going to stop. XD

5. UnderclassmenShipping (Brendan X Hilbert [game]) This is another one that's hard to explain, especially since they've never met. But, at least the way I imagine it (it's hard to establish a whole lot of canon for player characters' personalities), they seem to have very similar personalities and goals. Also, although Brendan starts out not knowing anyone in Hoenn, he soon befriends May and Wally, while Hilbert also has two friends, Cheren and Bianca. The roles of both of May and Bianca seem very similar - both give up being serious trainers to work on Pokémon research. The Wally and Cheren are both quite different, but both end up being able to be battled after beating the Elite Four at the end of Victory Road, and they both had extra areas to explore after the Elite Four. They had very similar journeys, and it's really interesting. Plus, I have a feeling they're going to make RSE remakes, so that will make them both on the same generation.

6. LittleBrotherShipping (Max X Forrest [Brock's Little Brother]) Yeah, this one is a little out there, I admit it (See a pattern? lol) This is mostly based on Grating Spaces!. In that episode Max helps save the Gym by catching Meowth with the Poké Balls. Forrest is the one to notice, and stops him. Although it's not much, it does show a good example of teamwork between them. Also, Max is very determined to become a Pokémon Trainer, while Forrest already is. Max seems to have a lot of respect for strong and experienced trainers, and the fact that Forrest is already a Gym Leader seems like something he'd truly respect.

7. RemakeShipping (Red [RGBY games] X Red [FRLG games - I tend to call him "Fire"]) They follow the same journey, with only minor alterations, being basically the same person. However, I've always pictured them with vast differences in personality, with Red being the more quiet, subdued one, and Fire being kind of... well, fiery. I picture him as more of a talker, and the kind of guy who would joke around a bit, so I really like the contrast and similarities between the two.

There are probably more, but I'll just leave it with these ones for right now. Maybe I'll add more later.

Contestshipping: ❥❥❥❥❥ My OTP. I'm completely and utterly in love with this shipping. (: The roses, the teasing(from multiple characters), everything! And I couldn't help but notice her change to a green bandana when she started traveling in Johto. I want these two to visit in Unova! I have to admit, if Drew and Misty didn't exist, I would probably be an Advancedshipper. But now that I look at them, they seem to have a brother/sister relationship.

Pokeshipping: ❥❥❥❥ Even when I was 5, I knew this shipping existed. My very first ship- And probably one of the most canon ships other than quest. Oldschool. (: I think that advance/pearl/negaishippers probably didn't grow up along with Misty, thats why they aren't as big of fans. But I can't see Ash with anyone else!

Ikarishipping: ❥❥❥❥ This ship has nooo romantic proof in the show. But I absolutely love them anyways! The whole stereotypical bad boy meets good girl things is my addiction. I still like it better than penguingshipping- even though that ship has a ton of proof.

Penguinshipping: ❥❥❥ Like I said, this ship has a lot of proof. The whole child-hood friend thing is adorable, and I can't get enough.

Okay I'm still really New to the Shipping So I may not know some of the names & Everything but I'll list the ones I know already first before my own personal One's.

PearlShipping- Who didn't feel the love here?! OMG the minute I saw how well they connected and cared for one another I had to Think something was going on! Then when I discovered PearlShipping...Best believe I was grinning! <3

ChessShipping- I always Pair my character & their Rival together in the games. But this one, I have to say I adore as much as PearlShipping. The fan art Really drew me too it as well. They look so happy all the time so I couldn't resist! <3

ContestShipping- This one like ChessShipping was bound to become a favorite of mine! I can see them taking the stage together & performing a brilliant Showcase ^__^ Plus Once again the fan art Of them together was sooooo cute. I'd have to say their personalities match really well too. <3

NegaiShipper- Okay I have to admit I do pair Ash with most of the girls he pairs up with but this one is another favorite! Iris is a bit of a wild child & she is always calling Ash a "Kid" but I think deep down she likes him a lot. As for Ash I think he notices Iris alot but never admits it. We all know how He is xD

CalvalierShipping- I like this one alot too! Dawn's eyes when she see's Gary are like how millions of girls are toward their favorite guy celebrity! Gary's face when he receives these compliments are adorable too! I just swoon at the idea of them holding hands and Dawn going on and on about him & him shutting her up with a kiss Ah! <3

TwinleafShipping- I support this alot because of the D/P Games, as well as the Fan Art. BUT I also support it because I think Dawn and Barry Would be really cute together. I think Dawn could slow Barry down alot and Barry I'm sure in his mad rush could use it! If he learned to slow down a little he could really appreciate alot...like Dawn. <3

DualRivalShipping- Cheren & Bianca ? OMG <3 not only do the games suggest they have a thing but I love, love , love the fan art!! & the Fan Fic's! I think they balance each other out. It's like a pessimist meeting an optimist ! Even though they both have different views They still mange to make a great pair. This shipping is one I fully support <3

BeaconShipping- What can I say?! Dawn & Volkner = Perfect Match In my mind! Dawn pretty much inspired Volkner again...Rekindled the passion...of course (As it always happens) he'd fall for her and she'd fall for him and the rest...pretty much falls into place! I really like this Shipping! & I def would Want to see more Fan Art & Read a Few Fan Fic's! (I'm personally going to work on a one-shot for them) <3

BlushShipping- (I heard this was the name for a Lucy & Brock Shipping if it is I Fully support that idea!) Lucy & Brock are two of my favorite characters! I love Lucy! (No Pun Intended lol) And I love Brock! As a couple ? I love it! Lucy is straight to the point, she has no time for nonsense...Brock (when he's not off being a flirt) is really smart and to the point as well...For a couple I think they would work perfectly <33

FerrisWheelShipper-This Fan art is beautiful!! I first discovered it a few days ago...& I searched the fan art and OMG it's so dreamy! And as a couple I read a few Fan Fic's with them in it. And I must say my heart Jumped at the romance ! I LOVE this one! <3

66sixShipping- Flannery & Soledad! I think they are both perfect! Flannery & Solidad's personalities are both pretty firey when Doing contests and battling. Off the stage and battle field They both are really sweet and kind. They both care alot about trying their best. So I think they'd be a perfect match! ^___^ However I'm not sure why the shipping has that name...is it the red hair? XD please fill me in.

20SomethingShipping- Cynthia & Soledad! I love how strong both of them are Cythina as a trainer, & Soledad as a co-ordinator. Personally I love the Match up! I think it's a great match up because Both Cynthia & Soledad are both excellent at their skills ! & that just makes for a killer pair!

Ursula x Paul (I'm sure this one has a name! But I can't find it!) I think personally Both Of them fit together perfectly. Being as Paul "Couldn't care less" & Ursula's personality reminds me of a over spoiled princess. Even though at times I find them both rude underneath it all they do care. Personally I think they would love being mean...together!

IkariShipping- The fan art for this is so cute! & I agree with everyone when they say opposites attract ! "When two people meet something is born" Well of course he said that while looking at Dawn! Dawn pay's alot of attention to Paul & Because Paul is a meanie (lol) he only dropped hints. Again the Fan Fic's and Fan Art Are beyond cute! & I really enjoy the idea of them together.

Okay a two of my personal favorites now!

Soledad x Brock - As a couple I can imagine that they would spend alot of time laughing and that they would support each other alot! They are both really caring and I know that they'd always try their best to encourage each other! I couldn't resist putting them together! <3 although I'm not sure what a name would be for their Shipping.


Cynthia x Lucy - Am I the only one who thinks this? Lucy is powerful and too the point and she is quick to remind everyone that she worked hard to become a Frontier Brain. Cynthia is a hard to beat champion who basically kills all the competition! Cynthia & Lucy would rule together I'm convinced!

Ikarishipping (Dawn/Hikari x Paul/Shinji - I'm a die -hard ikarishipper. I support this ship if because even though they never had any solid hints, I think they still would look good together. As they say "Opposites Attract"

Pokeshipping (Misty/Kasumi x Ash/Satoshi) - Cute shipping. I like this because they have SO MANY hints. The one tht got me the most if when Misty was jealous at the girls (dunno her name) (from tht movie with the brown haired girl). It's just something not to resist :P

Contestshipping (May/Haruka x Drew/Shu) - I like this shipping because of there rivalry. I love how Shu always gives May roses and then makes excuses saying that there for her beautifly XD (srry if its spoiling, not sure) they're just mean't to be :3

Wishfulshipping (Iris x Cilan) - Sorry not watching BW so idk that much about it. I just like it since Iris adores Cilan's cooking and they seem together all the time.
