This is my updated shipping list, since my last one was getting seriously outdated.

PearlShipping ***** OTP
Now, where do I begin? It's a totally adorable ship: their hints aren't the most obvious, but if you dig down deep enough you know that they care about each other very much. In my opinion, they share that kind of special bond where they don't need to hint on their feelings that much; their feelings are just present in their interactions. It's evident that they have a mutual relationship with each other, and I love it how they both stick up for each other.

WishfulShipping ***** Former OTP
I'm a bit behind on this shipping, but I still love it to bits. They're parallels, you know, but they're like a jigsaw puzzle as well; it might not be very obvious, but I believe that they do match up with each other. It's a bit hard to explain, really... I'm mostly fuelled by the fan works, but still, it's an awesome ship.

ContestShipping *****
This shipping has a truckload of hints, I tell you. Seriously, the list goes on. And even if there weren't very much hints, you would still be able to tell that they have something going on between them by the way they act: they pretend to be rivals, but they're still a bit supportive of each other.

LuckShipping ****
I find it rather adorable that Lucy loves his squinty eyes. And I like the way Brock asked her to actually travel with him, not to marry him or whatever the heck he normally does. I think that that shows how he really feels for her. Plus, the guy supported Lucy instead of Ash. Naughty, naughty =P

DualRivalShipping ****
This shipping seriously needs more love. It's a gameverse shipping, so there aren't really that many hints, but it's nice to see how Cheren finds Bianca a bit annoying but still puts up with her and helps her along.

TwinleafShipping ****
Another gameverse shipping. I don't know why, I just think that they click together. And they're childhood friends, which is awesome. And really, I think Barry just wants to prove to Dawn that he's a strong trainer so that she respects him, and therefore likes him. Poor old Barry.

HeartsoulShipping ****
Oh, this DEFINITELY needs more love. Childhood friends all the way, people! Ethan is always willing to help Lyra out (and vice versa, really), and it's nice to see how they're supportive of each other.

OrangeShipping ****
I like the hints shared in the Chronicles episodes, how Tracey was almost always around Misty and helping her out. Plus, I think they shared a fair amount of hints - enough for the dubbers to deny the relationship between them, anyway.

LagomorphShipping ****
Buneary has such a cute crush on Pikachu, don't you agree? Saying no to the ever-so-smexy Phione who, in my opinion, likes her more than Pikachu likes her.

WhiteKnightShipping ***
A nevermet shipping, I know, but there are a billion possibilities as to how they'll end up. I can see the two of them helping each other out, for example, Hilda teaching Lucas how to battle better and Lucas teaching Hilda about various information about Pokemon. The thing with nevermet shippings are that the hints are endless.

MascheraShipping ***
It's been influenced by a fanfic I read, really (though it didn't actually contain MascheraShipping). Yay for shipping between serious people =P

This will be quite short I think as I don't ship that much... but here it is anyways! ^-^

Pokemon shippings list:

Wishfulshipping: This ship is my former OTP and I absolutely adore it! From the cute interactions, to their bickering about science and spirits/magic, it's all very entertaining for me to watch and listen to. Plus, I think they compliment each other perfectly; everything that Cilan seems to lack in - confidence ( not so much in the anime...), faith and some forms of creativy, Iris weighs out with her wild-child persona. Plus, I'm all for the opposites attract thing!

Ikarishipping So they didn't have that much interaction at all during the anime, but the brilliant fanfiction (that happens to be, alongside Pearl of course, one of the largest fandoms including Dawn) and the artwork is enough to keep me fully involved in the ship. Also, because there weren't many hints and Paul was not developed much since he was only a recurring character, it leaves plenty to the imagination and makes for believable interpetations of Paul as far as fanfiction goes.

Contestshipping Drew and May, for me, had many humourous moments, and complimented each other well. Plus, I like the fact that May showed some signs of attraction in the anime - like when the girl in the contest (forgot her name...^^;...) asked if she liked him and she sort of paused and stuttered. Also, Drew trying to show that he "wasn't interested" just showed how much he was into her, in my opinion. Sure, it's only an interpretation, but it still makes me feel that tingle warm feeling inside! ^-^

Imaginationshipping In my opinion, Ash and Bianca suit each other well - I don't ship this seriously or anything, but I'd much rather those two pair up together and go together than Ash ending up with the main girls - as far as I'm concerned, that's just cliche and a little predictable, though I have nothing against any of the cast, either from now or before! I like the fact that they're both quite dense too; it makes room for light hearted fanfiction and fluffy situations. Also, Bianca always goes to run into him and shove him into some form of water!

Pikachu/Bunaery Probably one of the only poke-couples I like. The crush that Buneary had on Pikachu since she ever entered the show was so obvious, that at first it was painful for me to watch, but who doesn't love an adorable bunny spinning in constant circles with an electric mouse? >///<

Yeah, like I said, quite short. I didn't really ship any of the main girls with anyone. I would say Poke-shipping as well, though I didn't watch the series; I've only seen a couple of hints up o youtube, so I'm not really all that interested... ^^;

Dawn and Ash are the two characters that I ship with almost everyone, so naturally, I ship them together as well. Their interactions are cute. I love the high fives, and the tag battles I also like how neither of them was over the one. Like, there was no mentor, they both learned from each other.

TwinleafShipping:
I adore Barry! It's impossible for me not to ship him with one of my favorite characters. I know this ship didn't that many hints but I think it had a lot of potential. I ship them more in the game than I do in the anime, though.

ContestShipping:
OTP. Always. This ship was just so obvious and cute! May is one of the few people I can't ship Ash with just because I'm such a hardcore Contestshipper >;] I loved the roses, the rivalry, and the teasing! Despite the teasing, when it came down to it, they really seemed to care about each other. And Briana even mentioned how May is the only female Coordinator that Drew respects <3

Negaishipping:
Because I'm a sucker for pairings that pick on each other. I know some people think Iris is a little harsh on Ash, but I don't think she really means any harm, and she's actually shown to be really supportive of Ash sometimes.

Pokeshipping:
My first ship ever. Honestly, I'm not really a big Pokeshipper anymore since it's been so long since we've seen Misty, but part of me is always going to ship this.

Penguinshipping:
I don't really like Kenny, but I think his crush on Dawn is cute. He seems really determined on letting Dawn know his true feelings and I thought it was cute when he challenged Ash to a battle just to try and get Dawn to travel with him..

CavalierShipping:
Because I loved it when Dawn fan-girled over Gary! 8D

PokeSilverShipping:
Because I think Lyra and Ash's personalities would go well together. They're both straightforward and kind of energetic and I think Lyra obviously admires Ash, which is cute :3

Here are my Pokemon/Sonic crossover shippings that I came up with and support! Also, I give all of these a 5/5!

NuvemaHillShipping (Hilda X Sonic), currently my OTP! Sonic is a teen just like Hilda, so they would be the best of friends. Also, It would be cool to see Hilda perform the Spin Dash, Super Peel-Out & have a Super Transformation where her hair color is light blue!
ChaosEmeraldShipping (Mei X Sonic). Sonic would compare Mei's adorableness to the preciousness of a Chaos Emerald!
DarkHallMatronShipping (Argenta X Shadow). Shadow would teach Argenta how to use Chaos Control. In addition, Shadow would be good friends with Argenta.
DeviousProfessorShipping (Aurea Juniper X Dr. Eggman). It would be funny to see Prof. Juniper telling Eggman that his plans for beating Sonic are shortsighted, but Eggman would use Mind Control to make her join him in his attempts in defeating Sonic!

Every shipping except the last one are special
friendships! The last one is a Crack Pairing, but it is definitely for laughs! I don't know if ANY fanart exists for these. These crossovers need some support, too! It feels like i'm the only NuvemaHillShipper in the world!

Okay, I have no idea what some of these ships are called, so I'll just have to put their pairings up instead.

pearlshipping(AshxDawn)- this ship introduced me to the shipping universe and is the one I defend the most fervently. Ash and Dawn click better than any other pairing with Ash, and both have supported each other more than the other ships. Their relationship is also incredibly easy to see in DP, whereas the others were harder to dissect. The relationship also seems to be beyond a surface level passion, thanks going to the writers for putting such intense danger in the form of J and Team Galactic

contestshipping(MayxDrew)- I've always liked May, and was even leaning to Advanceshipping before I saw Dawn and Ash for the first time. I think May is better suited to Drew than Ash because they are both coordinators. Dawn at one point fought a Gym Battle, and Ash has competed in a contest, so they can relate to each other's interests. The same is true for May and Drew. That aside, both are hopeless romantics, even though Drew is rude (I mean what guy uses a rose as his trademark unless he's a romantic?)

[LinkxMidna(not transformed)]- I don't even know if this ship has a name, oh well, I support it anyway. The way Midna and Link's relationship gradually became more passionate throughout the game seemed so natural and sincere, I cried at the game's crappy ending. Midna is brusque, but loveable for it, something I think endears her to the warrior Link. I support this ship so much, I wrote a fanfic to continue it, altering the game's ending to support my view LOL! (maybe I'll post it sometime)

(Fox McCloudxKrystal)- again, no clue if this ship has a name. Anyone who knows the StarFox saga will be like oh, yep, no duh. I mean, when Fox first sees her, he gets all glassy eyed and loopy(lol!) The way he wants to look after her while at the same time she wants to be more involved with the team's action lends itself to perfectly portraying the difficulties of growing in a relationship. The best part of the ship, Command left cannon ambiguous, so I was able to combine, modify, and continue the story however I saw fit.

(SpyroxCynder)- this is becoming depressing, not knowing the name to any of these great ships (sigh)...I will not even try to validate this one, as it is canon (imagine that) but by the way they interact, it is so clear even before Cynder's confession of love that they care deeply for each other. Any confusion you may have concerning these two can be answered in Legend of Spyro: Dawn of the Dragon.

Anime Ships:
Contest-Shipping - When I first watched the Anime series (Started in the Hoenn seasons), I really adored Drew for giving May those roses. From there I just took note of every Contest-Shipping hint without realising it (Shh, I was 7 at that time and didn't know what a ship was). Anyway, after that I couldn't really change my view on this ship. I love it to pieces.

Poke-Shipping - Then I went to check the Kanto seasons. The Ash/Misty signs were really cute, like they were made for each other. I believe that it was almost canon until she left Ash's group, sadly.

Ikari-Shipping - Mainly because I got converted. The mini-hints got me, however. Also, I have a small liking for pairings like these sometimes.

Pokespe Ships:
Gold/Everyone. Just Gold/Everyone. - At first I only shipped MangaQuest because I was a huge fan of GSC, and kept re-reading it. Didn't like BL then, so only saw PreciousMetal as rivals. Then Amber showed up, mainly for the scene that Gold managed to get Yellow to take off her hat. Then I finally started liking BL and PreciousMetal got me, and I started seeing it as more than just rivals. It just continues.

Frantic-Shipping - This pairing is like opposites-attract, mostly. And that confession. And their arguments, I like them for some reasons.

Special-Shipping - Same reason as Poke-Shipping. "Original" and all.

AG was probably my favorite season, because in a sense ash finally grew up! his role as mentor to may forced the writers to make him competent for once, and the show became 10x better for it. in this way i see may as the person who is able to bring out the best in ash (and vice versa of course, since he was the one who guided her through her own journey). their interactions were cute & simple but never, ever boring, and i just see them as two very compatible people. (:

altoshipping (ash/latias)

i don't usually support human/poke ships but this one is so, so precious. admittedly they're both very innocent souls, but if latias were to still have the same feelings years later then i could definitely see "couple potential" so to speak. The Kiss still stands as the most blatant ash-related romance moment in pokemon so far - melody's kiss in movie 2 was more of a "let's make misty jealous" thing imo.

appealshipping (dawn/zoey)

f/f pairings where one girl is the "prince" and the other the "princess" a la shoujo kakumei utena get me every time, man... but tbh they are just sweet together and really quite compatible. zoey doing dawn's hair in that one episode... HNNGH

there's that one scene at the beginning of the orange islands where ash calls oak and tracey has this ridic blush on his face as he talks to his ~idol and i'm just like "welp, there's no way i CAN'T ship this." BUT it was that part in the credits of movie 4 that really sold it for me, when (if my memory serves me) tracey finds some of oak's old sketches from when he was younger... wow. too cute.

bastilleshipping (reggie/hunter j)

ok well i think j definitely survived after the whole "sinking into lake valor" thing. and i love the idea of someone (aka reggie) finding her & helping her recover, only she has amnesia & doesn't remember who she is, eventually does remember but feels conflicted because she's basically become a different person/has learned to love, etc. etc. very silly and fanfiction-y, i know, but i can't get the idea out of my head :c

cometshipping (brodie/tabitha)

team magma has some attractive people in its ranks, i must say. (; i feel like these two wouldn't really get along, just because tabitha seems like kind of an a**hole (lots of love tabby) and brodie is so over the top and ~fabulous. however i still ship them pretty hard. they would definitely have a "begrudging" type of relationship - an "i can't stand you but i'm attracted to you" kind of thing. hehe

convenienceshipping (prof. birch/joshua)

honestly, this has less to do with any canon interaction (there's not much to go on) and more to do with my personal tastes. person who is very passionate about their work (perhaps to the point of being a bit flighty) x their assistant who is maybe just a bit harried and long-suffering? SIGN ME UP. |D

i find this ship adorable. maylene is a very earnest person who, because of her lack of experience, is prone to doubting herself. reggie, on the other hand, is the "wise beyond his years" type. he has experienced a lot & has learned valuable lessons from it. i feel like maylene would definitely come to him for advice and perhaps develop a little crush along the way. c;

diamondshipping (giovanni/delia)

this ship reminds me of an old noir movie~ it's just so very classy, with plenty of potential for angst and sadness. i do quite like the idea of gio being ash's father - he decided it was better if delia & his son weren't tied to team rocket since it might put them in danger, and so he left them behind. (but he still puts money in her bank account every month, and sends gifts in the mail without a return address...) ;_;

ღ egoshipping (gary/misty)

it's interesting to me how different gary & misty's journeys ended up being. gary grew up majorly after his loss at the league in the original series, and he began to concentrate on a new, successful career as a researcher. whereas misty started the series without a concrete goal to speak of, and even after several seasons hardly changed at all. she never confessed her feelings to ash. she never found a real "dream" to aim for. in the end, she was still subject to her sisters' whims that forced her back to the cerulean gym without any other options in sight. and that is precisely why i think gary & misty would be perfect for each other - if anyone could inspire her to focus more on herself & her wants, it would be him.

"opposites attract" has never been one of my favorite romance cliches, but for some reason i really love this ship. i think paul needs someone not to soften him up, but someone who will simply be straight with him and let him know when he's being rude. and dawn is a girl who isn't afraid to speak her mind & would never be dissuaded by his gruffness. the scene where he talks to her about ash is technically a small one, but it speaks volumes imho. he is only willing to open up to her b/c he recognizes how tough she really is under the happy-go-lucky exterior. if he didn't see this toughness in her, he would have never given her the time of day.

steelshipping (bashou/buson)

it's all about that casual relationship, man. clearly these are two people who know each other well & feel comfortable in each other's presence. they complement each other nicely - one aggressive, the other a bit more on the passive side; one planning, the other doing. it's a very yin/yang type of thing, although they definitely aren't polar opposites. overall i'm just a huge TR fan and these two are so fab together omg~

so cute! no angst here; just preciousness. iris' deadpan responses to cilan's fanciful habits/whims is really adorable to me. in my opinion she probably finds it all terribly endearing, but forces herself to play the straight man so as to uphold her "mature young woman" image. (; a little bit of tsundere goes a long way, especially when dealing with a flamboyant personality like cilan's!

norman is the cutest. :> but he seems like a pretty straightforward guy. probably keeps things simple, probably has a set schedule he lives by every day, never does anything too crazy or over the top, etc. etc. wallace, being flamboyant & fabulous, is like the exact opposite of that. them together would be sooo interesting because i feel like it would take them a while to understand each other (but once they did it would be a v. adorable relationship).

i found a cute fanart of this ship and fell in love with it tbh! hachiku seems so serious & a bit sad - he could use a freespirited person like skyla to soften him up and make him smile. <3 also she seems like she would be utterly oblivious to his past as a movie star, which would probably be a plus for him. i think it's a time in his life that he doesn't like to recall D:

hmm, this is a hard one to explain. steven has always seemed like the kind of guy who gets a little too wrapped up in the things he loves. rambling on excitedly about rocks, vanishing on round-the-world expeditions for months on end, getting caught up in sudden whims, etc. etc. i feel like he would need someone a little more grounded, someone who could be his lifeline to reality so to speak. ;p may doesn't have much in the way of a canon personality but she could easily be that person. (mostly i just think they look good together aesthetically, heh)

ignitionshipping (flint/volkner)

"no love lost," eh volkner? yeah right. ;o it's obvious that they've been friends for many years (and in the anime of course this is indisputable) and know each other well enough to tease good-naturedly. i'm not normally into "best friend" ships but this is definitely an exception! volkner can be a little too serious at times, & he needs someone like flint to help him chill out~ (flint/volkner/jasmine OT3 is fab too)

hnngh so adorable. i have a ~thing for m/m ships with an age difference where the younger guy is obviously the one initiating things. byron definitely isn't withdrawn/stoic, but i still think he would be kind of awkward and tsundere in such a situation. >///< (lol oops, my "middle-aged men being cute" bias sure is showing on this list)

Final Fantasy

Cloud/Aerith (FFVII) - Hands down, number one OTP of all time! Their relationship is so beautiful and sad at the same time T_T. I love how they have a spiritual connection and how they can understand each other without even talking. Also, I think that opposites attract and that their personalities correspond well ^.^.

Tidus/Yuna (FFX) - Omg, another sad pairing T_T. Also, they are probably Square Enix's most canon couple ever ^.^! I mean they kissed in a lake under the night sky, how romantic is that? OK, they more like made out in a lake under the night sky, but if that doesn't show how in love they were with each other I don't know what does xD. And I looove Yuna and Tidus is perfect for her >u<. Plus, I looove Tidus and Yuna is so perfect for him ;u;.

Soulsilvershipping: This shipping is actually what brought me into the fandom. I just find the idea of them adorable - Silver who is a thief and can't accept his father, his past, and himself and Soul/Lyra/Kotone who is willing to accept everything about him. It makes me squeal every time they interact in the game! ; u; I'd like to this of this as a pairing where Soul sees through Silver and pretends to not notice until he's ready to talk about it. I'd also like to think that Silver finds Soul comforting because she's just always there.

Advantageshipping: I ship it because of the one chapter where Sabrina and Bugsy battled during the G/S/C arc. It's such a weird pairing because I don't think Sabrina is capable of loving (just yet), but Bugsy would just keep chasing her even though she is 3-4 years older than him. I like to think she eventually develops a soft stop for him.

Alexandrianshipping: This pairing is adorable. I think Volkner and Jasmine would go well together. They would be one of those super awesome I-can-understand-your-actions-and-what-you-are-trying-to-say because they can read each other so well. As a couple, I imagine as a really peaceful, and one that doesn't require "I love you"s to express their feelings. And she's gotta be in Sunnyshore for a reason, right? ;D

Slushshipping: I've actually never considered this pairing until I've read a fic by chandelure on ffn about it. But when I think about it, I can totally see it. (One-sided at least, on the behave of Flint.) I can totally imagine Flint who is looking longingly at Candice, who is looking longingly at Volkner, who is in love with Jasmine. I don't know, something about this pairing just really draws me in. Though this is a pairing I hate to love because of the lack of fics, it just gives me feels.

Jetlagshipping: Another pairing that I hate to love because the lack of fics and fanart. I stumbled across the only fic on ffn about them a while back, and while I never saw them together before, when I think about it, they would be totally cute. Appearance-wise, they are both hot, and put them together, it's like double the sexiness. I can see Cress as a gentleman, and Skyla as a happy-go-lucky person and idk, I just really like it because I think their dynamics would work well together.

Chessshipping: I've been shipping them ever since their designs came out. I had such high hopes that they would run into each other in the game only to find out you only get to met the other playable character ONCE. TT___TT I imagine White as a fun, party girl, and Black as the calmer of the two who keeps her in place. She brings fun into his life, an he teaches her patience and such.

Grantedshipping: They're both children of the Viridian Forest, and they love just love pokemon so much. They both want to protect their pokemon, but they just have different ways of doing it. I think this is a cute pairing!

Gracefulshipping: THEY WERE CANON GUYS. They're both amazingly graceful, and I think they would be like the image of a perfect couple. Wallace might love his contests and his fans, but I think when it comes down to it, Winona is the person who matters to him the most. Winona constantly try to perfect herself to match Wallace, and it kills her inside. She really loves Wallace, but she's insecure so she breaks up with him. But I'd like to think they end up together again!

Candlestickshipping: I can see Steven as someone who Flannery doesn't have to act tough around. Flannery is a new gym leader, so she puts on a tough front when in reality, she's just a girl who's scared of spiders or something, and Steven sees that. They both don't have to put their acts around each other and let their walls down when they're together, is what I think.

Darkcastleshipping: Something about this just draws me in. You have Grimsley, who is a vampire gambler, and Caitlin, who is literally Sleeping Beauty. I think somewhere between their awkward conversations, something just click in them that they would actually work. I'd like to think of them drinking tea in silence with the occasional glances.

Layton x Claire: Anyone who's played the third game in the series should know that this pairing screams "adorable". Every single scene with them together makes me go "d'awwwww". It's just amazing that there was someone who could make Layton smile and blush like that. It's pretty much the canon, non-Pokémon version of PearlShipping for me.

Layton x Emmy: This pairing is mostly fuelled by fanart for me, but I still find them really cute together, and since I kinda view Layton, Emmy, and Luke as one family, they would go together well. And then there's the fact that an affair between them would cause DRAMA, which I luuuurve. >=]

Layton x Descole: The chemistry between them is just unbelievable, really, especially in the movie (Layton seems to have no qualms about getting physically close with Descole =p). And then there's the fact that Layton seems to recognize Descole when he first meets him, and that he recognizes him straight away just by looking at his castle... looks like someone's done a lot of research.

Luke x Flora: They'd look just so cute and adorable and fluffy and sweet and adjrshdhcjdw >////< Also, I loved how Luke tried to save Flora in the third game so bravely like that. It's just do sweet of him. OwO

Vaughn x Sabrina: Apparently this is a pretty unpopular ship (Vaughn x Chelsea pretty much dominates the fandom), but oh well. In my head I picture Vaughn to be cold and emotionless (which he is), but Sabrina to still care about him and never give up on him, and Vaughn eventually realizing his true feelings for her. Or something. =p

Kana x Georgia: They both love horses. They can go on rides up the mountain and enjoy the view from the lookout! Plus, they'd look cure together. (Yes, "looking cute together" is my most common reason for liking a ship =p)

Ash x Lilian: Aside from the fact that I named my character "Dawn" and tried to woo Ash, the fanfics and fanart really make them seem like a cute couple, and my headcanon is that they get married and their farm gets merged, and they start a nice big family.

Cam x Georgia: I have a whole web of headcanon for this pairing. One-sided love from Cam, one-sided love from Georgia, Cam finding Georgia's overly-cheerful attitude annoying at first but realizing that he actually enjoys her presence, Cam giving flowers to Georgia claiming that it's for her horses, Georgia bringing Cam some horribly-cooked lunch... Pokeshipping: Its so cute, they're so perfect for each other. Its great Not my favorite Ash ship (that would be Pallet/Originalshipping but I still like it.

Orangeshipping: I think Misty needs a guy like Tracey to keep her calm. I really like Orange Islands and they were cute during that arc. Now that Misty's back home, its definitely possible too.

Contestshipping: To me, this is the most canon Pokemon shipping. May and Drew clearly have a thing for each other, those flower's definitely weren't for Beautifly! I like to think that they've become a couple in Johto/wherever they are now and that they travel together.

Game/Manga
Originalshipping: This is a game shipping but its so perfect! Red and Green (male) are just hot together. I mainly ship it because I think its funny and attractive. I like the game version better than the anime version because they're not 10 years old anymore. This is a headcanon of course, but I pretend the game trainers are older than 10. They are for sure in the manga



Non-Pokemon

Hiei/Kurama (Yu Yu Hakusho): Its so perfect. Kurama is so girly but a tough fighter and Hiei is just... awesome. The two of them really understand each other and seem to have a special connection that no one else understands. And for the record, I do like Mukuro. Hiei and Kurama just harbor a secret relationship and Mukuro thinks its hot so she isn't bothered. Plus it helps keep Hiei sane knowing he can go insane with Kurama ;D

Yusuke/Keiko (Yu Yu Hakusho): Its adorable. The way Yusuke is so confident and smooth and the way Keiko waited 3 years for him. The joking marriage proposals, its all so cute .

Holmes/Watson (Sherlock Holmes): The original yaoi if you ask me. Reading the books confirms to me that Watson is in love with Holmes. And in the movies they're just so flirtatious and coy, its hard not to love it.

Harry/Draco (Harry Potter): I obviously love yaoi pairings where the characters hate each other. Except they don't hate each other really and they have more in common than it seems and they're perfect and hot and its great.

Sly/Carmelita (Sly Cooper): These two have a witty, saucy relationship for most of the series that just oozes sexual tension. I'm glad they were canon for a while and will be again in the end. They're too perfect for each other.

Tomoya/Nagisa (Clannad): This is true love. The bond they share is beautiful and trusting and just so pure. Everything they went through together and everything they will go through in the future is presented so nicely and its such a real relationship. I don't actively ship this but I support it because how can you not really.
