I'd like to know this, too- I just look up the Nidoran pages on Bulbapedia and copy them from there.

If you use a keyboard with a number pad, you would need to look up the code to type it on the Character Map. Hmm...looking on mine, it appears there's no keystroke, but you can copy them ♀♂ and paste them.
