Your concepts are quite good, but the vibrance and saturation level is bothering me. Your style liberally uses many blending options (Shadows, Strokes, etc) but sometimes they tend to spoil the effect.

Specifically speaking about the banners in post #122 (Qouted)

    Thanks Azure, I know that i tend to do that quite a bit, usually i like to make either vibrant or bold banners, often, as you said, i end up killing it -_-;
I'll try to make some more subtle ones

    EDIT

I have to agree; the colors are just sometimes overbearing and sometimes you cover everything with a filmy, saturated layer of colors that doesn't hold the integrity of the original image. It needs contrast. Nothing has to be subtle, but it can't be one color or one spectrum of colors over the whole thing. What I do appreciate is that you are probably one of the only people who executes more techniques. For me, I just don't really do much but keep it simple all the time.

I try to diversify, however, this means i'm not particularly skilled in any area; contrast is indeed good, and i have tried to improve on that - but sometimes, what i think is contrast is open to speculation.

I really like this one NL. I love the starkness of the image and nice use of C4D =)

Also I'm curious how you make your badges. Do make them from scratch in PS with the pen tool/tablet? Do you have refrences when you make them? Sorry, I'm just really curious as to how you make them. Another great area of your work =)

^ they're made via Tablet, pen tool, straight into Photoshop =]

Watched Alice in Wonderland on Friday, i must say i was impressed - Stephen Fry was a really great choice to voice Chesire Cat, so as a tribute i made this.

Then i made this out of boredom today.

The layout on your Ninetails and Dragonair banners are so stylish and awesome looking!

I also love your Twisted Corruption banner. I've always said that purple and green can go great together... and people have disagreed! But you've really proved it there

You're dragonair and ninetales banners really highlight your creativity, aweomse layout style the banners themselves are very simplistic, but they have that certain class about them =]

That's a pretty sweet layout for Pokebanners. One suggestion for the three sprite-snapshots: how about you use different sprites for each of the three boxes? (i.e: Use the D/P, Platinum, and HG/SS sprites if at all possible.)

    Thanks for the Comments Guys

Luxrayness - I don't particularly like the older sprites, and i do the sprite snap-shots like that to highlight different parts of the pokemon, i know i could still do that whilst using different sprites, but then they wouldn't match up.

Been messing with some animation techniques.

    Again very nice ^^

Can i just ask how do you achieve that rough paper-style outline around the pokes- the bold white one. Is there a tutorial anywhere or is that just something you do?

    It's called the Sketchbook effect.

You simply place a blank layer beneath the image, and cut around the image above it with jagged straight lines.

It's quite simple, but effective in most cases =]
