If not then they'll be able to actually see it when this thread is updated with a list of recently approved clubs. If you can't see it, then it's either a) disapproved or b) awaiting moderation. If it's been 3 days and your club hasn't shown up, you are free to PM the Clubs mods and ask of its status. (but please check yourself first)
