Title: Buzz Author: Moonlight Amaryllis Fandom: Pokemon (game) Pairing/s: Magnemite/Jasmine Rating: PG-13 (because Pokemon/Human) Note(s): This is a dare from Skiyomi. I’ve never written Pokemon/Human, so it may seem…ehh…
Pokemon were quite capable of expressing jealousy. Jasmine learned this rather abruptly, when she intending to text her latest, well, boyfriend (whose name had slipped her mind at the moment…they had just barely started their relationship, right?), when the reception became wayward and the text didn’t send.
The young Gym Leader blinked, because usually her reception wasn’t this bad. In fact, her reception was usually tippity-top perfect. But not today. Not now.
Behind her, a soft crackling buzz hummed. Startled, she turned around and looked at the culprit, and found herself blinking more frequently than normal.
Her Magnemite was emitting a powerful magnetic field, and it was disruptive. The sort of disruptive that made you jump and the disruptive that explained why her cellphone’s text had flopped.
She raised an eyebrow, and in an instant she understood. Her Magnemite’s odd behavior the last few weeks suddenly made perfect sense.
So she gave the Steel-Type a smile, and the buzzing stopped. She embraced it, and understood that jealousy was part of a certain want and need for attention. Though today, she sense it was different. It was more than simple love, and it true love. Despite the bizarre vibe the thought would give off to most, she found herself not caring. Love was love, after all.
So she tossed her phone aside. She’d deal with him later.

Pairing/s: alexandrianshipping (volkner/jasmine)
Note: Dared by Auaria~ Eeek, I don't think I do them justice. I love them a lot, but I can't ever write them ;;
Spoiler:- I'm in shock:
"You're quite different from how I imagined you to be, Mr. Shocking-Star-of-Sunnyshore," she smiled and offered him her hand for a handshake.
A ghost of a smile formed on his lips, "Oh? And how exactly did you imagine I would be?" As he placed in hand in hers, shocking blue eyes met soft brown ones, and he unconsciously held his breath.
She didn't look away; instead, her glaze never faltered from his, and he felt like it was piercing through his soul. "A much, much colder person, I suppose," she muttered, feeling the shock that came along with the contact of his hand.
"So, you believe otherwise now?" he replied, eyes still locked on hers.
"Yeah," she answered airily after a few seconds. It was as if her heart was struck by thunder - it was restless, electrifying, fearless. "Yeah."

Title: Paint Me
“Grimsley, you’re going to have to stand still.” Burgh shot him a playful glare as he looked up from the canvas in front of him.
“But, it’s so boring. There are so many other things that we could be doing instead,” Grimsley sat at a card table in front of Burgh. His dark Pokémon sat around him. Burgh had convinced him to be his new subject in a line of artwork based on the Elite Four. Grimsley’s Liepard nuzzled against his leg. Absentmindedly, he patted its head. “I could be playing card flip or something.”
“Shh.” Burgh pressed a finger to his lips and motioned for him to get back in his pose. “I’m almost finished. Only a feeeew more touches.” He used his thumb to smear the paint across the canvas.
Grimsley laughed at the intense look on Burgh’s face. “This better have been worth a whole day of sitting.”
“Shh its finished.”
"It's about time."

Spoiler:- Drabble Dare:
Houndoom sulked through the forest; his owner had just released him back into the wild. He couldn’t have been angrier. He lost one battle, to another trainer. He worked so hard to please his trainer. He didn’t really know that he was making his trainer mad. From a little Houndour, he pushed himself to get better.
He was huffing and puffing so much that he didn’t notice the faint cry of a Pokémon just across the path. He stopped dead in his tracks and listened for it again. “Purrrr.” He followed the noise, which ended up leading him to an injured Purrloin. She cried out again, “Purrrr.” He nudged her with his nose, catching the slight smell of blood. Houndoom noticed that her back paw was cut open. He figured that it was from a battle with another wild Pokémon. Purrloin continued to cry out in pain, causing Houndoom to panic. He picked her up with his teeth and set her down on his back.
He carefully walked back through the forest to the PokéCenter that his former trainer was staying in. As he walked through the doors, his former owner began barking orders at him again to leave. He didn’t stop yelling until Purrloin cried again. He rushed to Houndoom’s side and tried to scoop her up. Houndoom growled and walked away from him, to Nurse Joy. When Nurse Joy took Purrloin back for examination, Houndoom waited right outside the door for his new travelling companion.
Title: You're So Pretty
Pairing/s: Clefable x Wigglytuff
Dared by 00poke_maniac
When Wigglytuff was with Clefable, she went out of her head. She felt as if she had floated away into another dream world. She just couldn't get enough of Clefable. Her black beedy eyes contrasted her big green eyes, and they held so much mystery.
She was attracted by the way Clefable used metronome with her tiny hands. Wigglytuff wanted to sing and dance for her. She wanted to give the perfect fairy a lullaby and take her into Wigglytuff's dream world.
She saw Clefable on top of a rock in Mt. Moon. Wigglytuff took a deep breath and marched forward until her belly flopped on the rock.
"Hey you're such a pretty thing," Wigglytuff said in a deep soothing voice. "Hey you're such a pretty thing. Hey you're such a pretty thing." With a smile, Wigglytuff rolled herself on top of the rock and kissed Clefable on the cheek. "You're so pretty."
Title: Infuriatingly Elegant
Pairing: OriginShipping (Steven/Wallace)
Note: Dare from neocontester.
His harness held him well away from gravity’s needy attentions, but in a light grip—one that suggested that Steven should not lose his hold on the sharp, slippery wall of rock. Expertly tied in or not, he was only a rope slip away from climbing completely unprotected. The water of the fall streamed into his face, nearly drowning him five hundred feet above the level of the sea. It cloaked his jacket in mountain tears and clouded his vision. This was no place to find oneself suddenly without a safety line.
Wallace stood on the ground and watched. As gritty, sweaty and sometimes even bloody as climbing could be he had to admit there was something elegant about it. There was the man, striving against the powers of nature, to reach new heights. The glass-like river flowed over Steven, making him a part of the watery free-fall, but yet he strove against the flow. As the sun glimmered from beyond the clouds and into the valley, a rainbow appeared in the misty, refracted air around the fall.
It was breathtaking. It was elegant. It was infuriatingly elegant.
…But why infuriating? Surely there could be nothing but praise and admiration for this act of determination and bravery. It wasn’t as though Wallace could profess to any desire to match Steven’s achievements. This was no battle that he had been bested in. So why did the scene prickle something within his pride—within his heart?
Perhaps it was because the thing Steven was so single-mindedly seeking was not him.

Hide and Seek.
As far as Ash was concerned, Iris was cheating. She was dressed as a death eater from the Harry Potter fandom. Ash was dressed up as knight. The armour dragged his body down as the cloak flew carelessly around Iris. She looked exotic like a princess running to freedom.

Spoiler:- toy planes:
It sat there mocking him. He didn't really understand why he had purchased it, yet he had. The little remote controlled plane was perched atop the table in his room and it irritatingly mocked him. A sane person would've passed it up, but it reminded him of her. The way she loved flying was admirable to someone who understood very little of the mechanics involved; all Hilbert knew was he would never get himself into an airplane-deathtrap. He'd leave that to her.
Title: Unspoken Words

Note: Dared by Flareakairu. Also, they might be ooc? This is my first time writing them orz
Spoiler:- i will wait forever if you needed me to:
While the both of them might be quiet most of the time they spent together, they always had an unspoken understanding of each other. Morty always noticed the little things - Falkner's emotions, the way he talks, the way he smiles - and Falkner always pointed out the big things - when Morty was forcing himself, when he was pretending, when he just isn't himself. And as they stood on top of the Bell Tower on a spring morning, Falkner pointed out the awkward smile on Morty's face.
"You're pretending again," he said, softly yet firmly, leaving Morty no room for argument.
"Maybe," Morty ambiguously replied with a half smile.
"You should stop that," Falkner tried again. "You always lock away too much."
"Yeah," Morty admitted, "I know."
Knowing how stubborn Morty was, he sighed and understood his silence. "Alright," he smiled, "I won't pry into it, not right now, at least, but someday, when you're ready to drop the act, I'll wait. I'll always be here to listen." He softly tugged in the tips of Morty's fingers, and in a smooth motion, their fingers laced together comfortably.
Morty smiled the Morty smile that he knew and loved, "Thank you."

“I was bored, so I looked for a new place to nap,” she replied droswily, a yawn escaped her mouth.

Title: Highwood Backscares
Pairing: Konpaku Youmu x Minamitsu Murasa x Reisen Udongein Inaba
Spoiler:- For once Ery wasn’t the one to give me an impossible dare -_-:
A half-ghost and a lunar rabbit, the two were walking through the Bamboo forest of the lost, after finishing a nice dinner (well for Reisen, avoiding being dinner). Youmu was unarmed, and Reisen was too scared to do anything, or it could be her shyness was overloading. The two were able to hold hands however, something they really got to do.
Murasa watched them from afar, preparing her anchor. Everyone knew she was the ship sinker, even the romantic kinds she normally broke up. She jumped up, and landed right behind them, creating a loud thud that echoed through the forest. The loud noise made Reisen scream, and Youmu jumped ot see Murasa
“Oh it’s just you Murasa. Shouldn’t you and Parsee be cohorts by now?” Youmu asked calmly
“Parsee? You mean that jealous girl who lives underground? I tried partnering up with her once but she kept on touching my anchor...” Murasa sighed
“Well, once Reisen recovers her hearing you can join us, if you want,” the half-ghost replied
“Aren’t you afraid of ghosts though?” Murasa asked bluntly
“Oh... Yea... And you’re a ghost... Well, you can still come, if you want...” Youmu sighed
“I swear whatever Yuyuko did it wasn’t pretty. Let me guess, after years of torment you got use to her and got afraid of every other spectral being, and Udonge is afraid of her as Yuyuko wants to make a meal out of her?” Murasa conjectured
“That’s right,” the lunar rabbit responded before cowering behind Youmu
“Well then let’s go then. I heard that Oni’s having a sake festival,” Youmu told the group, and the three went into the night
Title: A flower-studded sake dish
Pairing: PrancingShipping (N x Whitney)
Natural looked that the wobbling column of the tower, watching it carefully. He felt a giant being living in the column, but he couldn’t exactly put his finger on what it was. He looked around aimlessly, to see traditional tables set up around the column, and a sort of festival atmosphere was what he registered in his mind due to the lanterns hanging and the barrels, not to mention the smell of food
“N! I’m glad you could make it!” A flightly, bubbly voice of a young teen called out, and he could see a young woman with pink pigtails and a kimono covered with sakuras running towards him the best she could
“The way you described Sprout tower did intrigue me Whitney, but why did you want me to come here?” Natural responded hazily, being lost in the formulae and algorithms that might be surrounding the pillar
“Didn’t you know? Today’s a special festival for a couple. They say if they drink from a sake dish together, they’d find eternal happiness,” Whitney exclaimed happily, almost dragging Natural with her towards a table
“Whitney calm down, let me just sit and relax before going for yet another whirlwind ride, alright?” Natural asked her rhetorically, before sitting down and studied the sake dish. It was flower studded, kantoen make. It had bright scarlet paint, and had a small amount of sake in there.
He looked at Whitney, who was happily chomping down on some food and looking at the tower. She was certainly Miss Personality, but Natural felt a sort of calm with her. An understanding to him. Looking at her, he grabbed the sake dish and took a small sip
I'm just a wandering spirit, dead and gone

“I can’t believe you’ve never been fishing before,” Nate’s cheery voice commented as he helped her into the row boat.
“Is it really so hard to believe?” Yancy asked with a flush of uncertainty as her sandaled foot touched down on the wood interior of the boat. She struggled not to lose her footing on the drifting little foothold. She didn’t want to make a fool of herself if fishing was really as common a pastime as Nate made it sound.
“I just meant because you’ve traveled to so many places,” Nate sitting down easily on one of the sturdy wooden slats that made up the boat’s skeleton. He moved as though it was easy—natural. There was no clumsiness or disorientation about him. Perhaps that was one of the things Yancy admired most about him amidst the chaotic business of her own life. There was Nate: strong, stoic and calm.
“I guess I never had the time,” she managed to say, sitting beside him.
He grinned, rowing them away from the shore. “That the nice thing about fishing,” he said after some thought, “all you have is time.”
She let him neglect his own fishing rod to place his hands on her arms in what she hoped was not a purely instructional act. She fought back a blush. “Just like I showed you before,” he said, helping her send the flying line out to a spot in the calm waters in which colorful shapes hinted at underwater activity. Her lure, an adorable thing shaped like a pink bow that she’d picked out when they’d gone to buy bait and gear, drifted with the movement of the water.
She let out a sigh, relieved that she hadn’t messed up as he cast off his own line from the opposite side of the boat.
They sat in silence for several minutes, but their silences couldn’t have been more different. Nate’s was peaceful and quietly content; Yancy’s was tense and hesitant.
Finally, she managed to ask what was on her mind. “A-am I doing this wrong?” she asked. “Nothing’s happening.”
He reached back to give her hand that wasn’t holding the rod a companionable squeeze. “That’s fishing for you,” he said fondly.
“Oh,” Yancy said.
And then they lapsed into it again: the silence. Nothing but some light chirping from the bug Pokemon hovering around the banks and the lapping of the waves against the boat. Their lures surfed the waves in a motion that was almost hypnotic. She felt Nate’s back reassuring leaned against hers. There were no pressing tasks to get to—no loud demands or stresses or people to please. There was nothing but the lake, the two of them, and time.
“I think I could get used to this,” Yancy said with a soft smile.
Title: It Takes Work
Note: Dare from Auaria.
Spoiler:- burn baby:
It takes work to become anything more than just another piece of **** trainer trying to make a name for themselves when all they were was destined to crash and burn. Leaf knew the desire to become something she wasn't; part of the bigger picture. It consumed her life like a wild inferno. She wanted to achieve greater heights, so she decided to take the Kanto Battle Frontier challenge.
But even after winning, she still crumpled under his gaze.
Title: Two Roads
Pairing: VisorShipping (Nate/Rosa)
She placed down the tube of lipstick, carelessly letting it roll across the vanity. She didn’t bother to watch its path across the polished wooden surface. Her eyes were on the figure reflected behind hers in the light-ringed mirror.
“You came,” she breathed in an accent that wasn’t hers. She had to stay in character, though, for when she was called in front of the camera. “I thought you’d be too busy… being champion and all.”
Nate adjusted the brim of his cap. “Things are pretty hectic, but I didn’t want to miss your screening, Rosa. I hear this part might be your chance at an Oscar.” He smiled warmly. “Though, then again, most people say it’s just a matter of time until you get one.” He put a hand on the top rail of the chair she was sitting on. “Sometimes you just have to make time for the important things.”
“I wish I could,” she said in that put-on southern accent. She smoothed out her expansive skirt speculatively. “I used to think there’d be time enough for everything. Time enough for Pokemon battles; time enough to be in the movies.” She shook her head. “There isn’t. These are careers you have to give your everything to… and before I knew it I was knee-deep in hackney scripts and silly costumes. I realized then that I’d already made my decision.”
“Rosa…” Nate began.
“I was good,” Rosa insisted, with an audible lump in her throat. “When we first met we were on par as trainers. I had potential back then. Now I’ll never know if it could’ve taken me all the way through the league.”
“But you’ve achieved so much as an actress,” Nate reminded her.
Rosa waved a lace gloved hand. “I wanted to be a trainer first, but I let this life distract me. You didn’t make that mistake. You starred in the first Brycen Man movie, but that was enough for you. You didn’t lose your focus on your quest and just quietly let them replace you for the sequels as you traveled on. That’s why you’re the champion and I just read lines in front of a green screen.” She turned around, for the first time addressing him directly and not through the mirror. “Do you understand how it feels to know that you’ve settled?” she asked, her false accent melting away into something that was pure Rosa.
“Of course I do, Rosa,” he practically whispered.
“Really?” she asked, reaching up and putting a hand on his arm.
“Yes,” he said, quietly taking her hand. “Because… I’ve lost count of the times I’ve woken up in the middle of the night wondering what I could’ve accomplished if I hadn’t quit back then. If I’d had the guts to really try to make it as an actor the way you did.”
Title: Kids and Grown-ups
Pairing: NegaiShipping (Ash/Iris)
A kid. That’s all she saw him as.
And it was… more than a little grating. He wanted to deny it, even though he couldn’t say with certainty that it wasn’t true.
Who would he be kidding anyway if he pretended to be a grown-up? He was ten. He didn’t own a house, he wasn’t paying bills, couldn’t cook for himself and his chin was defiantly stubble-free. He was a kid. Was there supposed to be something wrong with that?
But he knew she meant something bad by it—or at least mocking. It was the tone she used and the way she called Cilan a gentlemen or marveled that others they met along the way were more mature than she perceived him to be.
It… it really came down to the high-handed barrier that word put between them. When she called him a kid, she was saying that she herself was not a kid. That she was something above him.
His dislike of the term, he realized, had less to do with its implication and more to do with the fact that he wanted the two of them to be on the same level.
Needed them to be on the same level.
And so he was determined to prove to Iris that she was a kid as well—someone like him. And if that proved impossible, then he realized with some trepidation that he’d have to do something even more challenging than becoming the Pokemon master he’d always dreamed of being in order to right this wrong.
Cilan watched with a look that flickered between bemusement, admiration, and genuine unease as Ash shoveled an entire tray of deviled eggs into his mouth. He only seemed to be chewing this batch at all in order to make room for several fork-speared green olives that he was already pushing toward his gullet.
“My goodness, Ash, you must really be starving,” Cilan commented.
Ash swallowed forcefully and patted his stomach. “Gotta keep my strength up for Pokemon battles,” he announced merrily.
Sometimes it seemed like most of Ash’s life revolved between battle-time and meal-time. Sure, there would be breaks in between to help people out or enjoy the sights, but food and conflict made up most of Ash’s appetites. The more Cilan was with him, the more extreme this ravenous desire for battles and food became to him. It was unusual.
After all, he and Iris both enjoyed a good battle as well, but even they could stop to think of other things, or get sick of fighting and want a break to engage in other activities—unlike Ash who never tired of it. And Iris was a pretty big eater as well, though she’d hate to hear him make that judgment, but her hunger paled in comparison to Ash’s bottomless stomach. …Unless of course the subject of love came up, in which case she could beat any competitive eater easily. But Cilan was pretty sure that that was just a case of…
He blinked thoughtfully and looked at Ash, tearing into a cheeseburger with his teeth.
“Ash…” he tried carefully, “have you ever heard of sublimation?”
Ash swilled down some lemonade, more to lubricate his throat to allow the food to go down faster than out of thirst. “Is that some kind of Pokemon move?” he asked thickly.
Cilan shook his head. “No… not really,” he said, picking at the bowl of carrot sticks. He was starting to feel rather unusually hungry himself.
Title: So Cool
Pairing: SommelierShipping (Cilan/Burgundy)
Burgundy threw back a swig of the red, sugary liquid in her glass. The violent movement was more about anger than thirst. She set down the half-empty glass on the bar. “That Cilan just thinks he’s so cool, doesn’t he?” she railed bitterly.
Georgia raised an eyebrow and took a sip of her own beverage. To put it mildly, she found Burgundy’s behavior a little melodramatic. First of all, they were at a juice bar. No need to toss back grape juice like it’s something alcoholic. Next thing she knew Burgundy would probably trick herself into thinking she was drunk…
But that oenophile-envy wasn’t the end of the ridiculousness. “Does he even?” Georgia countered sharply.
“Tu plaisantes!” Burgundy scoffed, breaking out the French for no reason that Georgia could see other than ego. “Of course he does!”
“Nah,” Burgundy said, shaking her head and taking another sip, glad at least that Burgundy was paying for drinks, “it seems more like you’re the one who thinks that.”
Hugh broke his staring contest with the campfire and turned to Nate, who was eyeing him deliberately. In the darkness, Hugh could only see the light cast from the fire on him, outlining sections and edges and leaving the rest in shadow. A sliver of light against the side of his hand flexed in the shadows as though he was clenching and unclenching his hand—grappling against a thought or a fear or a daunting task.
Hugh blinked, his eyes clouded with distortion from his extended flame-watching. “Sorry, I zoned out there for a minute,” he apologized. “What did you want to say?”
“I just wanted to ask you about something,” Nate said carefully. “Do you remember when you told me that you trusted me?”
Hugh jerked himself into a more upright sitting position. Where had that come from? Yes, he’d said it but it had been just a quick moment… “Yeah,” he said, deciding for a conservative response.
“…Did you mean it?” Nate asked.
“Of course I did,” Hugh said, adopting the position that it was best to be casual about this in the face of Nate’s serious deliberation on the subject. “I don’t say things if I don’t mean them.”
For a moment neither of them said anything. The kindling they’d collected earlier that day crackled as the fire ate into it, leaving ash to settle in its wake. Darker shapes passed over the dark sky—perhaps a Swoobat on the hunt for its evening meal—and a scritchy scurry of wings followed the moment.
Finally, Nate broke into a smile. “I’m glad,” he said. “It means a lot, you know? To have someone who really trusts you, I mean.”
Misty sat up in bed, glancing down at the figure next to her who was already letting out heavy snores. Even after ten years he still had the same perpetual bed-head and dirty face. He’d grown up in all the superficial ways, but he was still so much that oblivious kid that had once wrecked her bike.
She pulled her nightshirt closed with a sigh. She really didn’t know what she’d been expecting. After all, romantic or not, she’d always known that Ash was a fighter, not a lover.
…Was it selfish of her to want more? She loved him and now he finally knew—finally could understand enough to reciprocate. Wasn’t that enough?
It wasn’t the way she’d imagined this encounter going all those years minding the gym and thinking about him, off adventuring in some distant region. Now it all seemed so silly to put an elegant dream upon that awkward boy who had become an awkward man.
Had she been wrong all along?
She looked at him—breathing contentedly and hugging the pillow close to him, a smudge on each cheek and a wild amber flame hiding beneath each eyelid. His spirit had drawn her to him even back before she’d known much of anything worth knowing about life or love.
She reached out tentatively and patted the top of his head where the hair had been smoothed out permanently from a lifetime of hat-wearing. “…We’ll work on it,” she said.

Misty cupped the frothy water in her hands and lightly blew, and the clear, delicate spheres pirouetted upwards into the sky. They captured the moonlight, and sent silver bullets of light everywhere.
Gary’s eyes reflected the light, and they almost glowed in the dark. The waterfall’s roar, and the frothing waters underneath…It all seemed to rumble softly in their very being.
“Daaaamn…” was the only words they uttered simultaneously.
May sighed as her newest combination had failed on her once again. There was only one week left before the Grand Festival would begin. Looking over to the stands she noticed her friend just as disappointed as she was. She could see her younger brother and Brock cheering her on as Ash rose to his feet and jumped over the barricade that kept the seats and the stage from coming together. Unsure what his trainer was doing Pikachu continued to sit on Max's lap.
The brunette titled her head to the side as Ash came closer to her. She had never seen him so serious since they started travelling together. Placing his hands on her shoulder May continued to stay still as their eyes fixed onto each other, causing May's face to light up brightly.
"You have to focus May." She could barely hear her mentor speak due to how close their noses were touching.
"I-I, um, right." All she could reply after were simply stutters that were not understandable.
Ash pressed his forehead onto May's as their other two companions watched in confusion. Now they were reaching to the point were they could feel their warm breath crashing into each other and the nervous beats May's heart was making. Having May's face light up even more she quickly cupped her hands over her lips before Ash could reach them. Irritated she pushed her friend from her seconds later, her face still flustered.
Ash burst into childish laughter before rubbing his eyes and smiling at his friend. "At least you were focused there." He smiled. He swallowed hard when he saw his female friend catching and throwing an empty pokeball in her hand. "Um, May?"
"Let's now see who the more focused out of the two of us now." May grinned greeted Ash with an empty pokeball to his forehead, causing him to fall onto the ground. She smiled.
She got her focus back on.

Title: Back rubs Author: Dragoniss Fandom: Pokemon Pairing: Cafemochashipping [Ash/Cilan] Rating: PG Notes: This can be taken so out of context in so many parts. Hee hee, I didn't mean for that to happen. Idea from the Drabble Ideas tag on tumblr.
Spoiler:- Back Rubs:
Cilan groaned lightly as he shuffled himself into his small apartment. He lived on the top floor of the Striation Gym The floors below him delegated to Cress and Chili. Praise be to Arceus the elevator was working today. He tiredly let the door close behind him, causing a rather loud kathud. Not like he cared, no one was going to yell at him anyway.
He turned around, eyeing a spot on the living room couch, just waiting for him to sit down and relax after the hard day of work. The gym leader tripped out of his shoes, his bow-tie being tossed in a heap on the floor. His body ached, yelling at him every time he took a step, begging him to sit down.
Finally the waiter plopped tiredly into the chair, letting out a deep sigh of relief as he closed his eyes. He lazily reached down, patting around for a few moments until he managed to grasp the lever he was looking for, giving it a forceful tug as the foot rest snapped up from below him, forcing his legs up with it. The connoisseur let out another small relaxed sigh as he nested himself further into the cushions.
It was peaceful, almost to peaceful. He enjoyed the quiet but it soon began to bug him. He could hear his slowing heart-rate in his ears, and could now feel his feet throbbing. “Any moment now...” Cilan spoke to himself, tilting his head to listen towards the back of the apartment where his bedroom was.
As if right on cue, a door opened, followed by heavy footsteps against the carpet as whatever it was made its way down the hall. A raven haired trainer soon poked his head around the corner, a big, cheery smile on his face. “Hey!” Ash grinned, walking up next to the other.
The trainer assessed the damage the gym leader sustained during his battle with rush hour. His hair was a total mess, his shirt was creased and ruffled, and his socks were no longer pure white, but a light grey. “Hard day?” He asked, sitting on the couch next to the other.
“Yeah...” Cilan half chuckled, taking in the figure beside him. Chocolate brown eyes meeting forest green ones. He didn’t know how Ash managed it, but he always had on a bubbly smile, and just the sight of it made his worries and pain slip away.
“You want a back rub?” Ash quizzed, tipping his head to the side, as if he wasn't already cute enough.
“Mmhmm...please...” Cilan pivoted himself around in his spot so his back faced the other, chucking his black vest onto one of the other chairs in the room and leaned slightly forward.
Ash cracked his knuckles and put his hands on the others back, rubbing his thumbs in circular motions until he found a knot, proceeding to press the weight of his hand into it.
Cilan cringed, a sharp pain veering through his neck and down his arm. He let out a small whimper, gripping onto the arm of the couch for support.
“Ahh, s-sorry...” Ash flinched, stopping what he was doing. “Do you want me to stop...”
“No no, please, continue. I didn’t mean to scare you like that.” Cilan chuckled, relaxing himself as Ash went back to his ministrations.
The trainer tried to keep up his work, managing to find a second knot on the other side, rubbing them until his hands gave out. “Uhg...I think that’s all I got.” He chuckled, jumping lightly on the cushion as the connoisseur leaned back into his chest. His eyes drifted over the others face, so calm and relaxed, it made his cheeks turn a soft shade of pink.
“Thank you, Ash.” Cilan mumbled softly, cuddling up closer into the other.
Ash sheepishly diverted his eyes from the other for a moment. Praying to Arceus Cilan couldn't hear his heart thumping in his chest. He set his chin on top of the others head and looped his arms around his waist.
Even after living with Cilan for a few years he still got shy about the smallest things. He looked back down at the other and pushed his lips against the top of his head, nuzzling into his green locks. “Your welcome.” He whispered, letting the silence settle back in.
Title: I want to tell him. Author: Dragoniss Fandom: Pokemon Pairing: Cafemochashipping [Ash/Cilan], hinted Negaishipping [Ash/Iris] Rating: PG Notes: Felt like writing a more depressed one. It's a bit rhymey-whymey.
Spoiler:- I want to tell him.:
'I want to tell him, I truly do.
I want to tell him how special he is. How he always makes me smile when i’m feeling down. He’s the light in my dark, angel guiding me down the path of life. Like a little guardian. No one could ever make me feel the way he does.
I want to tell him how amazing he is. That every little thing he does is perfect, the way he talks, the way he walks, the way he battles, even the way he brushes his teeth in the morning. The way he always starts out the day with a smile and an ambitious attitude.
I want to tell him how beautiful he is. The way his chocolate eyes shimmer when he’s happy, or how soft his jet black hair is. The cute dimples he gets when he smiles, and his perfect figure with his perfect clothes.
I want to tell him how kind he is. He’s always looking out for everyone else, even if it puts himself in danger. He’s so kind to his Pokemon, and he’s always complimenting me on my cooking, even when I mess up.
I want to tell him just how happy he makes me.
I want to tell him how much I wish I could hold him and never let go.
I want to tell him I want to share my life with him.
I want to tell him that he’s all I could ever ask for and more...
I want to tell him...I love him.’
“Ash come on! Lets go!” Iris grinned, taking the trainers hand and pulling him up from the bench he was sitting on.
"Ahh, Iris! W-wait! Where are we going!" Ash yelled as he stumbled behind the dragon trainer. Leaving Cilan to watch them run off down the streets of Castelia.
‘I want to...but I can’t.
For you see, you're to good of a friend to me, and I don't want to loose what we have.
So for now i'll leave my emotions in the dark, and forever hold my true feelings inside my heart.
And hopefully one day you shall see, the real, and true, side of me.’

Pairing: IsshuShipping (Yandere!N x Black/Hilbert)
Rating: R (Because of Suicide)
Spoiler:- This should be interesting:
“N! God damn it you idiot, why did you have to do this!?” Black yelled at his friend’s body through the tears, which was delicately hanging from a makeshift noose. The room was dark, and the smell of N’s rotting corpse wasn’t helping with the mood of the room. By the looks of it, the green haired man went into some sort of rampage before his demise. Black quickly say the telephone
“911! Yes, I have a problem! MY FRIEND JUST COMMITTED SUICIDE! HOW IN ARCEUS’ NAME CAN I BE CALM AT A TIME LIKE THIS!? AFTER YEARS SEARCHING FOR HIM HE’S DEAD! DEAD! Wait; a suicide note? Why would that be relevant!? He’s already dead! A motive? Who cares about the motive! Even if we found out why he did this to himself, nothing would change right!? You’ll be here soon? Thank you,” Black quickly hung up the telephone, pacing around the room in an erratic manner. Of course it was worse for Black that he was going to confess to N today as well. It seemed too cliche, way too cliche.
He started to look around the room for the suicide note, if there was one. It wasn’t like N to do this at all, Black of all people should know that. He was a friend to all pokemon, and the people who could understand him. The boy just couldn’t understand why N decided to do it. Was it to finally escape from all the torment he had obtained over the years? Black didn’t care about it, he was more focused on finding the note. He finally found a slip of paper in N’s hand, while it was small N was able to fit everything on their, somehow.
Black jumped back in surprise how it was specifically addressed to him
“Did N foresee me being the one to find him?” Black muttered to himself before continuing to read.
By the time you see this I’ll be gone from this world, once again. Each time this happens it seems I remember the last times more and more clearly, but I don’t know how many times I’ve had to do this. I was still lonely after you befriended me, I guess it’s what’s called depression. I started to notice it more and more as I grew older, my depression. I guess being locked all alone and being with pokemon who only had hate and agony started to affect my own psyche. Though, you always gave me a warm smile and reached out a hand to help me back up when I was down, both physically and emotionally. Even if you come off as silent, you’re still one of the better people in this horrible planet full of lies and suffering. I’ve noticed that the more I see you, the more an unknown emotion kept on tugging at me. It was telling me I needed you, I needed to protect you, no matter what the cost was. You’re still innocent, but of course I just soiled it if you’re reading this. I got jealous of your other friends, I just wanted you to myself, all to myself. I know it’s selfish, but this feeling never goes away. I think it’s called love, I guess that’s why I kept on pressing that button. Kaiba-Sensei kept on telling me to stop using the button, but I wouldn’t listen. How many years have I lived my life I wonder? Or more correctly, lives... Anyways, I failed in getting you, in reaching my own goals. I guess I might have already wrote this message to you in a past life, but you never got it, or so Kaiba-Sensei tells me. I guess it’s time once again press this life reset button, until I finally get the most desirable results.
“Who’s this Kaiba-Sensei person!? What are you talking about N, life reset button, lives, this just doesn’t make sense! It just... doesn’t make sense. Life reset button, that sounds too good to be true. Unless, it’s really suicide... Then I guess it makes sense now... I guess I was too late, how many times I’ve been? I guess every time. At least I know you love me back, no matter how it is N. I guess I’m going to finally press this life reset button, so I can finally save you!” Black swore to his friends body through the tears, and found the closest sharp object, scissors
“N, I love you! I’ll see you soon and save you! May this Kaiba-Sensei help me!” Black added before pressing the life reset button, the police just barging into the door...

“Can you please keep that racket down?” A young woman with long, white hair with a matching, white kimono with flame that complemented her eyes asked bitterly. In the position she was sitting in, it looked like she was meditating.

“Ray, I’m trying to meditate,” she calmly replied.
“Resh, that’s no fun! How about we go pillage something!?” He almost commanded her after retaliating.

“We could flower viewing...”
“Or we can go mess with Kyo!”
“Or we could just do this...”

“Winner gets to order around Loser for a day?” Zeke asked.
“Yes! I wonder what to have you do...” the groudon pondered in reply.
“I’m not going to lose to you that easily!”
“Even if you do every time?

Title: Way of the Sword
Pairing: SwordsmanshipShipping (Gallade x Samurott)
Spoiler:- Sword fight:
The green samurai kept on parrying the blows from his opponent, a beautiful, blue haired kunoichi. His twin blades were somehow holding up against her giant shell blade, her boobs jiggling with each swing.
“You’re a worthy opponent,” The green samurai silently muttered as he jumped back, preparing to rush in and strike.
“And you’re a cute one,” She replied in a mockingly flirtatious voice, but he could sense any lies in those word. He jumped forward, set on hitting her. She quickly reacted by using her sword as a shield.
“This is a duel, not some date,” He bitterly replied, taking a step back.
“Really? I thought it was Mr. Samurai. You know what would be really fun?” She asked in an alluring voice before leaping forward. “Us ending this little skirmish,” She whispered in his ear, stopping him from stabbing her.
“I follow the way of the sword, ninja, I must defend my honor!” He slashed at her.
“Isn’t there another way to defend honor than just mindlessly killing?” She asked him, now sitting on a tree branch hanging overhead.
“What would you know?”
“I lost my brother to the way of the sword, and the rest of my family... It’s just mindless killing, at least if I have to hurt someone that it’s not fatal” She responded distantly.
“Fine then, let me teach you why I follow this path,” he offered.
“And in return I’ll help you create a new path.”

Meowth was a Pokemon who felt love was his second nature. It always came naturally, and always seemed to leave as swiftly as it came.
But Meloetta was different. He practically feel his love pulse across the earth, out through the ground, rivers, and trees, and up into the sky, the clouds, and through space. Hell, he could feel it wrap around the stars, moon, and sun, and flash it back towards him, and when it caressed his soul, oh, it was a great feeling.
His pulse would quicken at the sight of her, too; her bright, beautiful eyes, her gorgeous voice that pulsed inside his very bones, and her wonderfully generous personality. The kindness emanating from her made his heart race.
Oh, Meloetta, Meowth purred to himself, sending his thoughts out in one great pulse of pure adoration, sending it out in every direction, You are loved so much more than you know…

The Purrloin was meowing profusely at the green haired man, tears flowing down it’s cheeks. THe cat was never good with good-byes, especially from a human as kind as sweet as him.
“It will be okay, you’ll be free name from my control. You will be back to the wild in no time, living a happy life! You’ll not be a slave to me, or humanity anymore, just go and be free,” the man told the cat, giving it a soft pet on the head before walking off.
Though, the Purrloin still called out for the man wanting the care and compassion that the man was always giving it. He started to chase after the man, but soon realized it was hopeless he started slinking back into the shadows.

Title: She Felt Him
Spoiler:- She Felt Him:
One minute the sky was blue, the next it was a miserable shade of grey. Before Iris knew it, it was pouring down with rain. Ice cold droplets that sucked all the heat away. It was ever uncomfortable, especially since Iris was wearing a yellow dress and because the sunset was a gorgeous orange, she didn't bother to pack an umbrella.
She sighed as she saw Cilan skip around the trees as he grinned. He allowed the water to drip on his head and flow from head to toe until he was drenched.
"Get over here," Iris cried out. She had found a small cave to keep herself out of the wet. She thought Cilan was acting silly and was going to end up with a cold if he just stood there.
"This is fabulous," Cilan shrieked out.
"Cilan you're going to make yourself ill," Iris called out. Her voice was louder this time. She had watched so many people come and go from there life, but Cilan made her the most curious. Cilan always seemed to have a burst of energy and he didn't care what anybody said. He though life was full of opportunities, but as soon as Iris said something negative, he was on the floor and often on the edge of tears.
From the distance she saw Cilan sigh, but in the end, Iris got Cilan to see her point of view. He dashed over under the rocks with Iris and she pulled him into the dry areas. "That was so spectacular!"
"So where are we going to go now?" Iris asked. They had planned to go the beach, but in this weather, the plan would have to be buried under the sand.
"I'll take you to where the kingdom comes."
"Huh?" Iris was confused. They couldn't see the sun, but her sun was still shining even through the drenched clothes and messy green hair. "I wish you would stop talking in riddles."
"I'll lead you to paradise," Cilan responded as he wrapped his arm around Iris' shoulder. She felt him and Cilan's precious soul made Iris' heart whole. She didn't need anything else and she stayed in his arms with a content smile.

Title: The Sweetest Perfection
Spoiler:- Sweetest Perfection:
In Cilan's darkest hours he was as sophisticated as The Phantom Of The Opera. His soft soothing voice spoke of her name ever day and painted her dreams at night. Cilan bit Iris' hand as they were both engulfed by the sound of the organs. The violins in the corner were on high speed and through it all, they could still feel hear movements. The sound was boombastic and the riffs shook Iris' stomach.
She knew Cilan was loving it. His hips were loose as they succumbed to the rhythm. As the romantic symphony continued, they threw themselves closer to the edge of paradise. Until the dark they would remain playful in an innocent way. They'll turn to each other during the night. The music was perfect, they wouldn't ask for anything for.
Or can they?
Title: King Of The Ghosts
Spoiler:- King Of The Ghosts:
In Cilan's eyes, the world was a stage where everyone had a role to play. The scripts engraved our destinies and it was our duty to fulfil it. He was King of Unova for only a short amount of time. Even though he went though a lot, he still didn't regret it. It was the best moment of his life. On the day he married Iris, he felt this his world was complete.
On the day he was arrested, his heart shattered. He was accused of hundreds of people including his brothers, but there was only acceptable evidence to charge him with two pregnant maids and his brothers. But it wasn't what killed him inside. Cilan had promised Iris the world, but he couldn't give Iris what she wanted the most: a baby girl. He found out on that day that he was infertile. He thought the worst was over when Lord Xemnas was arrested for treason because he always knew that he and his gang with the exception of Larxene wanted him dead.
Larxene grew closer to him and Iris found a new friend called Kamon. Their friendships lead to jealousy and rows. There was no flavour so bitter than jealousy as far as Cilan was concerned. And he hated it. Larxene was suppose to be Cilan's friend; and she betrayed him. Lord Xemnas' crew wrote letters to Pope Mickey. One of them even suggested that he raped two people and that he was an incubus.
Yes, there was a plague, but no, it had nothing to do with Cilan. It was just a coincidence that it happened after Iris and Cilan met and again after he was king. But if Cilan was fertile, than Larxene would have gotten away with it and it would have been harder to get his name cleared. But Cilan was at the point where he didn't want to live anymore. The pope declared his marriage to Iris illegitimate because she divorced Lance without Pope Mickey's consent.
Out of ideas, his brothers Cress and Chili bought a potion from a witch and gave it to Cilan. Meanwhile, Cilan's friend, Ash had ordered an attorney to travel all the way to Unova to clear his name. His name was Phoenix Wright and was considered the greatest defence attorney in the world. As much as Cilan wanted to be proven innocent, it meant nothing to him. Because Giovanni had tricked Iris by luring her to be with his son, Kamon. Ash was Giovanni's eldest child and he was furious at what they were trying to do .
Cilan heard that Iris and Kamon were engaged and he was instantly in hell. Cilan drank the potion that his brothers gave him. He found himself in a state if madness before passing out in the courtroom. Cilan was presumed dead, and he thought he was dying too. He woke up in a tomb and a letter on top of his stomach. After he read the letter he found himself in tears.
That was when he knew the truth.
His brothers had faked Cilan's death and spent their lives so he could go back to Iris. Kamon was King of Unova, but karma will deal with him. Cilan would have to live like a ghost and keep a watchful eye on Iris. The castle was filled with secret corridors that only he and Iris knew. Even though Cilan still felt dead inside, the chance to see Iris, and to love her cheered him up. Cilan was all over the place. He used to tell Iris that where was no such things as ghosts. So he was curious to how Iris would react if she saw him now. He knew that deep down that Iris still loved him. She was a part of him, and he had to put the pieces together one way or another.
Cilan tiptoed down the secret corridors until he found Iris' hidden bedroom. The door slided opened and he closed it as quietly as he could. It was by far her favourite bedroom that was located underground. Fountains served as bedroom walls and the hot spring beside her bed provided warmth. The large bed on the left side of the room was the same cozy mattress and sheets she remembered Iris having years ago.
Iris was on her own and fast asleep. He thought of a song to sing to her. It was her favourite song. He knew he could sing, Iris said that his vocals were smooth and charming just like the man himself. He hid behind the bushes where Iris couldn't find him if she woke up and began to sing loud enough to wake her up and low enough for others not to hear him.

We still left our footprints behind
Paradise swept away but it will be back.

His skin needed a drink—so dry and crusty and ill-fitting it was now—but Dratini knew that a swim in the water wouldn’t hydrate his parched pores. No, the problem was that he was growing. His adolescent scales were bursting, flaking away against his adult body. He dragged his serpentine form across the shore of the swamp, hoping to pull away the detestable dead cells in favor of the fresh, new ones that had grown underneath.
He worked carefully so as not to pull away the new scales with the old. It hurt in places, but it was so delightful to cast off that itchy, dried-out husk that he did not mind it so much.
Having finished his work and admiring the bright blue of his new scales in the water, he turned backwards along his path and fought off surprise. The old skin had come off so perfectly and in one piece that it was almost frightening to behold. A pale, desiccated version of himself—like the hollow cast of a corpse.
Dratini relaxed his breathing. That was no corpse. Just his own discarded skin.
“No… corpse is not a bad word for what it is,” a voice whispered in the human language.
Dratini looked wildly around for the source of the voice in case he needed to dive into the protection of the water. But there were no humans around… only a purple sort of fog rising from the water. Swamp gas? No. Swamp gas doesn’t have a face.
“Rather, you could call it a down payment on your eventual corpse,” Gastly continued in rich tones.
The pin-pricks on Gastly’s wide white eyes turned to the shell of the Dratini. “Does it not make you think, little dragon-to-be? That what was formerly the largest living organ in your body lies motionless on the ground—discarded? This was once a part of you and now it is dead.”
Dratini quivered, unsure of what the ghost was getting at.
“Just consider it,” the Gastly went on. “Not a single particle that makes up your body is the same now as it was when you were born. Everything is replaceable and nothing lasts. Another season down the line and nothing—not your skin, not your bones, not the cells that make up your serpentine mind—will be as it is now. There is no continuity.” The gas floated closer to the little dragon. “Doesn’t that make you wonder if what you’ve always thought of as ‘you’ is little more than a collection of impermanent space dust that will eventually collapse leaving nothing but the broken illusion of an identity? Doesn’t that scrap of skin test your faith in your sense of self?”
Dratini stared up at the grinning black hole, haloed in clouds of purple. He had only just barely grown to his adult size. He didn’t have the mental tool kit necessary to comprehend vast questions of the soul.
Gastly’s grin changed ever so slightly—moving from smugly knowing to some level of compassion. “Well, I am here to be your witness to the fact that there is something in you that is eternal—a core that won’t fall away no matter how many times your outward appearance shifts. And, when your mortal body can finally take no more, it will still be there. And the you that always was and always will be will move on.”
Gastly drifted back toward the waters over the marsh as the eyes of the Dratini followed it in confused wonder. “And when you do,” it promised, fading into whatever ghostly realm only its kind had access to, “you will not be alone.”
Title: Hyde and Jekyll and Me
Fandom: Layton Brothers: Mystery Room
Notes: Contains spoilers for Layton Brothers: Mystery Room. DO NOT read if you haven't played the game the whole way through. And if you haven't played the game at all, then what are you waiting for?!
It’s a funny ol’ world when you think about it. You take things for granted, like. And back then… I were such a fool about so much. And there we were solving mysteries! You’d think I oughtn’t have missed something so basic.
There was nowt I could do about it, though. I trusted first impressions—a rookie mistake if there ever was one. But knowing now… makes for an even bigger mess.
Potty Prof… well, how could you blame me for assuming he were the Hyde to the Prof’s Jekyll? It’s always about evil twins, innit? Whoever heard of having a good one?
When he went all nicey, Hilda couldn’t stand it. Should that have been my reaction when I found out the bad one were the default? You’d think I’d want nowt to do with him knowing that my Prof weren’t the true one. Me and the Prof had always got on so well, after all… and Potty Prof… Well, I couldn’t imagine any person I’d want to know calling murders “inspired and beautiful.” That’s not the copper way. At least, that were what I thought then.
But now I think… he were the one who came through for us in the end. When even Placid Prof were thrown for a loop, he came in and saw the right things—asked the right questions. ‘Cause he could get inside their heads—the criminals, I mean. But… that don’t mean he weren’t on the right side of the law. We proved that in the end.
Placid Prof were the one I knew from the beginning… and Potty Prof scared the living daylights out of me at first, I don’t mind telling you. But now I think… I think no matter how different they are, there’s room for both of them in the same head. And I think… I’m not like Hilda. I wouldn’t want to part with either of them.
