Title: The Competition
Author: Mizz Nikki
Pairing(s): Advanceshipping/Amourshiping; implied Contestshipping
Note: Dare from matthew11.
Serena could feel her jealousy rising up.
Just who was this 'May' and why did she think it was okay for her to just come in and try to steal Ash away from her.
Okay, that might be a little harsh because Ash is not actually her boyfriend. While she wanted him to be more then anything, he wasn't. He was allowed to hang out with other people who were not her, regardless of how much she dislikes it. She doesn't have any claim over him.
But her crush on Ash was obvious and she could not stop herself from feeling jealousy whenever Ash was hanging out with May, even though she knew she had no right to be getting jealous.
Because, like she said before, Ash is not her boyfriend.
Serena kept her head down and as she walked, she bumped into someone and the both of them fell to the ground. "Oh my gosh, I am so sorry." She apologized to the person and she looked up to see May. "May, I-" she started but never got the chance to finish that sentence.
"Serena! Just the person I was hoping to see." She said and smiled. "I'd like to talk to you for a minute, if that's okay with you."
The blond haired girl just looked at May, surprised. Why does May want to talk to her? What does she want to talk about? Serena had no idea. May seemed friendly but Serena was debating on whether or not she should chat with her.
"Uhh sure," Serena said and followed May towards a table. "What do you want to talk to me about?"
"Ash," was all May answered with.
"Wh-what about him?"
"Serena, I can see you're crushing on him."
"How can you? If he's your-"
"Serena, relax. I don't even like Ash like that. I never did tell him this but after I parted ways with him, I met up with my rival, Drew, in Johto and we talked." May found herself saying. "And well, now we're dating."
Serena didn't mean to give a relieved sigh, it just sort of came out and she felt guilty about that.
May didn't seem too concerned though. "So yeah, you don't need to worry about me getting in your way."
Serena could not herself from smiling. "Thanks May."
"No problem. I think you and Ash would be perfect for each other."
"I doubt it'll ever happen between me and Ash. He's so dense and he can't see how I feel about him."
"Give it time, Serena. You both are still young and he's so focused on his dream. After he wins a league and becomes a champion, I'm sure he'll be starting to think about love.
Serena nodded sadly. "I hope so."
"Trust me, Serena."
"I do, May. And thanks for telling me about this. Say, are you busy right now? Can you show me some of your contest moves? I'm thinking about becoming a coordinator myself."
Title: Follow My Eyes Author: Moonlight Amaryllis Fandom: Pokemon Pairing: Black/Hilbert/Touya x N (gameverse) Rating: G Notes: From the Shipper's Truth or Dare Thread, dared by matthew11. The criteria was "any pairing communicating wordlessly", so if you're wondering, that's why there's no dialogue. Hope I did well!
Spoiler:- Follow My Eyes:
N gently pressed his finger against the window glass, eyeing Black warily. The Unova Trainer didn't seem bothered by his sudden appearance, but people were so hard to read anyway.
Black frowned at the older before gesturing to the other, as if asking the purpose of N's arrival.
N tilted his head to the side, as if thinking. After a few moments, he just pointed at Black. You.
The Unova Trainer rolled his eyes to hold back the flush on his face.

Title: Spot On Assumptions
Pairing: KindSoulshipping (Bugsy x Lyra)
Note: Dare from Bubchan
Spoiler:- Busy x Lyra:
Lyra. The second he met her, he knew there was something about her from the moment he met her. He didn't know what it was about her either. Perhaps it's the way she truly cares for her Pokemon. Or maybe it's the way her Pokemon seemed to trust her with their lives and how they have their all for her in battle. Bugsy just didn't know.
But either way, he knew she had potiental to become a strong Pokemon Trainer from the minute he laid eyes on her. It was his job as a gym leader to observe challengers when they come to the gym to challenge him for the bage.
And most of the time, his assumptions about trainers are completely incorrect too. But Lyra was just different from most of the trainers who had challenged him.
She was someone who would accept any challenge, regardless of them being a higher level then she is. But she and her Pokemon were always in sync with each other and they would put up one heck of a fight too. He knows because he saw it first hand when they battled and Lyra won.
It was a close battle too but Lyra won.
That's how he knew she was different from the moment he first met her.
Title: Ladies and Gentleman Author: Moonlight Amaryllis Fandom: Pokemon Pairing: Iris x Cilan/Dento x Burgundy/Cabernet Rating: PG Notes: Dare from BubaChan at the Shipper's Truth or Dare thread. Prompt was supposed to be "Wishful vs Sommelier and something with a sandwich".
Spoiler:- Ladies and Gentleman:
Iris ran a nervous tongue over her lips as she stood in the kitchen doorway. Here she had thought everything was in the palm of her hand, and then she had to be here.
Of course, Cilan, ever the gentleman, was willing to let her in. That was just his way. A gentleman could never refuse to offer hospitality to a proper lady.
Lady. The word made Iris shiver. It also made her feel sick. Would Cilan snub her in the end, because Burgundy was a better example of a young lady than she was?
Iris grimaced at the thought, and turned her attention towards the girl in the kitchen with her.
Burgundy was busy making a sandwich for herself, cursing under her breath about, "That idiots, making me feel lowly, is he, well, I'll show him..."
Does she think that food will make her "feel better"? Does she just not realize how much Cilan cares about her?!
Glaring daggers into Burgundy's back, she found herself urging the other girl to take a bite. Go on, prove to me that it'll make you feel better. Prove to me that you don't care.
Burgundy was still cursing as she took a bite. " Ugh, so stupid...I'll give that boy what for when--"
She choked, suddenly. Iris just smiled as she did. Thankfully, Cilan was out, so no one but the Connoisseuse and the Dragon Trainer would witness it.
Burgundy should have felt her throat swell up, and the world seemingly tilt on its axis. The herbs were supposed to have that kind of effect, after all. Iris made sure if that before she swapped it for the lettuce. Too much causes death, too little only caused mild discomfort. She needed the right amount. And the Dragon Trainer measured right.
As the Connoisseuse collapsed, gasping, Iris smiled, like a dragon before the princess it captured before eating her whole. Jealously was vile enough a beast to play such a role, after all.
...wELL THAT ESCALATED QUICKLY
Title: All That Is Red Author: Moonlight Amaryllis Fandom: Pokemon (anime) Pairing: Drew/Shuu x May/Haruka Rating: PG Notes: From the Shippers Truth or Dare thread, from Glory. Prompt was simply, "write a ContestShipping drabble", so I had a lot of freedom. Enjoy!
Spoiler:- All That Is Red:
May sighed as she twirled a finger around a single strand of her hair. The overhang she sat under supplied little shelter from any rain that might come her way, but underneath was shadowy and dark. Hidden and never touched by moonlight.
And that was exactly where May wanted to be.
Life just isn't fair... she thought to herself, biting her lip. It just makes things worse and worse.
May had been feeling that way all day. She had just stumbled today, over one rock to the next. It took only a few tumbles to make her upset, normally, but today had very nearly killed her, in that sense. You fall, you bleed, you stand. Then again, it's just easier to bleed, right?
As she mulled over this, she didn't notice the person standing on top of the overhang, clutching a basket. She also didn't notice when they twirled the basket upside down to release the contents below.
However, May did notice that, due to the flamboyant way the person tipped the basket, the red rose petals that seemed to swirl around her before touching the ground. She surrounded by red.
Hell, it may be okay to just sit and bleed for a while, but certainly not alone.
Drew jumped down from the overhang, tossing the basket as he did so. Turning to face May as he landed, he smirked.
"How long are you planning to stay depressed, anyway?"
May tried to roll her eyes, but a smile was forming on her face anyway.

Title: Devastating Decisions Author: xEryChan Fandom: Pokemon Pairing: BlueClothesshipping (Black/Sapphire) Rating: PG Note: This was a dare from shadowmilotic. I wasn't sure of which pairing to make this so I went with BlueClothes. I hope this counts.
Spoiler:- Black x Sapphire:
“Where have you been?” Black said, catching Sapphire by surprise when she walked back into the apartment they shared.
She turned around to look at him. “Out.”
“Out?” Black could not stop the frown that appeared on his face. Is that the answer she could come up with? He stood up, not about to let this blow over. “Is that the only thing you're going to tell me? You didn't come for three days, Sapphire, and all you're going to tell is you were out? You did not bother to call me once.”
“Does it matter?”
“Are you serious?! I must have called over a hundred times and you never bothered to pick up and tell me where you were?! Do you have any idea how worried I was, thinking something might have happened to you and there was nothing I could do because I had no idea where you were?!”
“I'm sorry, okay? Is that what you want to hear?!”
Black shook his head. “I don't know if I can do this anymore?” He had been thinking about this for a long time and maybe this would be the right thing to do.
“Do what?” Sapphire asked, curious about what he was trying to do this anymore.
“This,” was Black's answer. “I don't know if I can marry you anymore.”
“You can't be serious.”
“What do you expect me to do? How can you expect me to stay with someone who I can't trust.”
“You can trus-”
“Don't even try that. If I could trust you, you would have at least called me and told me what you were doing.”
“Don't, Sapphire. I'm leaving.”
And that's exactly what he did. He packed his bags and left, not once did he bother to look back.
He did wonder if he made the right decision to just walk away. They had been together for a very long time and he did love her with all of his heart. This decision was a devastating one but Black felt he had no other choice but to leave. How is he supposed to trust someone who did what Sapphire did?
Title: To Relive a Memory Author: Moonlight Amaryllis Fandom: Pokemon Pairing: M16!Mewtwo x M16!Genesect Rating: G Notes: From the Shipper's Truth or Dare thread. shadowmilotic's prompt was, "Mewtwo ship of your choice", and because they didn't say which Mewtwo, I went with the M16 over the M01. I DO WHAT I WANT.
Spoiler:- To Relive a Memory:
"Is there something wrong?"
Genesect was unresponsive. He was staring up into the sky, gazing at the moon, returning the cold glare.
Shaking her head, Mewtwo zipped over, hovering in front of his face. "Are you alright?"
A tilt of the head before the response. "I suppose so."
"Can you tell me what it is?"
"I doubt you would understand."
Frustrated, Mewtwo floated over and sat on his head. "Why not?"
Genesect made a noise that could be likened to a snort. "I was just dreaming while I was awake about the way the world used to be."
"Huh, funny, there's a word for that." Mewtwo commented dryly. "It's called remembering."
"In my time there was no such thing."
"Well, get used to it, old man. The world waits for no one, so you'd better become comfortable with the present times. No matter what you wish, the world will go forward, not back."
"You're always so loving..." Genesect grumbled wryly, scratching his other claw absentmindedly.
"So they had sarcasm in your day, but reminiscing was foreign to you?"
Title: Early morning shopping Author: Dragoniss Fandom: Pokemon Pairing/s: Ash/Satoshi x Gary/Shigeru Rating: G Notes: A dare from Mizz Nikki involving Ash forcing Gary to go shopping with him.
It was the best sleep he ever had. There was no waking up every time he rolled over, no getting kicked in the middle of the night, and certainly no snoring in his ear. So why on gods great earth was Ash trying to wake him up this early.
“Gary,” the soft whisper echoed through the room.
"Gary," The second one came a bit louder until finally.
“Nnnhggg....go back to bed Ash, ’s six thirty in the mornin’...”
“Can’t, ‘m hungry.”
“Well th'n make somethin’ t’ eat.”
“Were out of eggs.”
“Th’ grocery store’s like five minuets away, go bike down ‘r somethin’. ‘M tryin’ t’ sleep.”
“I’m not goin’ unless your comin’ with.”
“Uhhhggg!” Gary let out an exasperated groan. Why did Ash have to be such an early bird. As a matter of fact, why did he have to have a bottomless pit for a stomach. He swore they had to make a grocery run every two weeks. “Ash ‘m tired ’n ‘m tryin’ t’ sleep. Jus’ take my wallet ’n go pick stuff up.” The groggy professor made an attempt to roll onto his stomach and curl back into his blankets, an attempt that was thwarted Ash as he plopped his weight onto Gary’s waist. A light groan escaped Gary's throat as he realized he was pinned.
“The earlier you get up the better you’ll sleep at night. Come on, up! I’ll make you some food as well.” It was as if he was bribing a stubborn pokemon, poking at Gary’s cheek in an annoying fashion.
The brunet in question couldn’t help snort at the small lecture he was given. “Christ you sound like Delia. No wonder your her kid.” He let out another reluctant groan and pulled open his emerald eyes, staring up at Ash’s pouting face. Brows knit together, cheeks all puffed up, and a small frown rounded everything off. It was a sickening sight, he looked...looked...a bit too cute for his own good.
“Mmmhg...I could say the same thing about you and your Grandfather.” Ash grumbled, glancing towards the window as the sun slowly crept into the sky. Only glancing back when he felt the professor below him sit upright.
“And what do I get if I go with?” Gary cocked a brow, running a hand through the rats nest he called hair. “I’m not gonna get up if there’s nothing in it for me.”
“Umm...” Ash had to think about that for a second, what would Gary get out of it? Nothing really. It wasn’t like he was the hungry one. The only thing he’d get is a lighter wallet. “The... comfort in knowing that your keeping your boyfriend happy and well fed?” He let out the cheesiest of smiles, not even giving Gary time to refuse before grabbing the brunets arms, dragging him out of bed. “Come on, let’s go before it gets too busy. Maybe after we eat we can go to the mall. I hear this new video game’s coming out and I want to preorder it. I also want to get a new shirt at this one store I seen-” and there he went rambling, dragging the young Oak behind him.
“Ash! I didn’t agree to - Oh fine whatever.” It was best not to fight it, or rather he didn’t have the energy to try and fight. Once Ash set his mind on something there was no turning back. Yet in a strange way Gary liked him for that. Maybe a shopping trip wouldn’t be as bad as he thought. “At least let me get out of my pajamas.”
Title: Something A Little Different Author: Moonlight Amaryllis Fandom: Pokemon Pairing: Cilan/Dento x Trip/Shooti Rating: PG Notes: From the Shipper's Truth or Dare Thread, requested by Dragoniss. Prompt asked for "learning how to slow dance for an important event", so I HAD TO MAKE IT ÜBER CUTE AND ÜBER STUPID AND ÜBER GAY PLEASE FORGIVE ME.
Spoiler:- Something A Little Different:
"Is there something wrong? You're shaking."
"I'm not trying to humiliate you. I'm only trying to help you, so don't be embarrassed. No one's around, anyway."
Trip just sighed and brushed his bangs over his eyes again. The stupidity of his situation was landing some stinging blows on his pride, so he was grateful that Cilan was at least trying to help him retain his dignity. Trying.
He jumped when Cilan lightly held his wrist. "Do you want to try again?"
"...Fine." he mumbled, after glancing around the empty storage room. Even though they were alone, the Unova Trainer still couldn't help but feel a little self-conscious.
Sighing, Trip turned his attention back to the Connoisseur. Relieved that the older seemed unfazed by his previous failure, he cocked his head to the side in preparation for Cilan to speak.
Cilan tapped his foot a few times to establish the beat. "Just count in your head, and follow my lead, okay?"
Trip shivered again as Cilan took a hold of both of his hands with his own, and averting his eyes to the ground, did as he was instructed. If Cilan stepped forward, he stepped back, and the vice versa.
It went like that for a while, Trip stumbling to keep up with the Connoisseur (Why does he have to be so goddamn tall!?). Cilan was surprisingly patient, dropping quiet advice or slowing down when need be. It became almost comforting, really; I guess dancing like this isn't so bad...
"Do you want to try leading, now?"
Startled, Trip jerked his head up to face Cilan, only for the pair to suffer painful crashing of their foreheads against each other. The Connoisseur had knelt his head lower to suit the shorter Trainer, but hadn't expected such a violent response.
Hissing swear words under his breath, Trip felt a harsh spark of embarrassment. Damn it...
Still reeling from the pain, he didn't notice Cilan's hand on his side until he was pulled into an awkward embrace by the Connoisseur.
Trip suddenly felt very dizzy. And small. "I...yeah."
"Maybe I should just lead for a little while longer?" Cilan asked, with a light laugh of embarrassment. Running an seemingly absent hand through the younger Trainer's hair, he failed to notice the blush on their face. Or maybe he was just being polite.
With a sigh, and a cuss mumbled into the Connoisseur's shirt, Trip straightened himself. "For now, but maybe I'll try later."
Title: Unique Abilities
Author: Mizz Nikki
Pairing: Abilityshipping (Ash x Anabel)
Note: Dare from matthew11. I'm honestly am pleased with how this turned out though. I do kinda support this pairing, to be honest. It is really cute.
Ash had quite a unique ability.
It was not like Anabel's, he could not sense his Pokemon's feelings and talk to them. He also could not communicate with his Pokemon telepathically like she could. Nope, his was definitely more unique then hers.
He had the ability to sense aura.
The minute she met Ash, she knew there was something different about him. She could sense it and that just made him a more interesting trainer and human to her. She knew from the second she met him that he was going to go far, his determination and his ability made her realize that.
Perhaps Ash had a lot more in common with Anabel then he originally thought. They both were strong Pokemon trainers, who loved and cared for their Pokemon and they both had a special ability that made them different from the rest.
That's right, Anabel definitely does have feelings for Ash. Right after she met him, she knew there was something special about him. He was just unique and different, he was not like most of the challengers that challenged her. She could not stop herself from developing some feelings for him after she met him.
It's too bad that Ash never picked up on that.
He may be able to sense aura but picking up on someone else's feelings? That was a completely different story.
Title: Jumping Into Conclusions Author: matthew11 Fandom: Pokemon Pairing: Amourshipping (Ash/Satoshi x Serena) Rating: G Notes: Dare by Mizz Nikki from the Shipper's Truth or Dare Thread. Criteria: Amourshipping in vacation or similar to that. So, by 'similar to that', she means taking a break or something. So here it is. I hope I did it right
Spoiler:- Jumping Into Conclusions:
We are at Restaurant Le Wow here in Miare City. The League was finished a couple of days ago, and Satoshi came into the finals. Unfortunately, he was beaten by Alan who had a Mega Lizardon, but Satoshi was happy that he came very close, and promised himself that he will win next time. I suggested to him that we should go back here to go sight-seeing since we didn't have the chance to do so before and take a break from all this traveling. Citron and Eureka are spending time with their father, so it leaves only the two of us.
I watch as Satoshi munch each and every bit of food he ordered in the menu. I wasn't surprised when he ordered everything. I mean, he is Satoshi, after all, and to me, he's really cute when he eats. I see Pikachu eating my Pokepuffs happily beside him.
After a while, Satoshi lifted his head, facing me and said, "Serena?"
"Yes?" I said.
"I… umm, uh." He mumbled, scratching his cheek, looking to the left, his face turning red. Oh my Arceus! Is he going to confess? But, but what should I say? Noooo! I'm not yet ready!
"Well… umm, are you… uh." Satoshi said. Is he going to take me on a date? But, but I don't have any dresses now! If he is, I need to buy some later. But for now, I'm nervous as to what he's going to say.
"Y-yes?" I said, nervously
"Umm, are you… going to eat that?" Satoshi finally said. I mentally smacked myself for jumping into conclusions. Oh well.
"N-no, you can take it. I'm full." I said, disappointedly.
"Great, thanks!" Satoshi said, taking my food from the plate and began munching. I sighed, and continue watching Satoshi cutely munch his… my food.
"Typical Satoshi." I thought. He's really oblivous, but that's one of the many reasons I find him really cute though.
Title: Only You Author: xEryChan Fandom: Pokemon Pairing: Luckyshipping (Red x Blue) Rating: G Note: Dare from Glory.
There's just something about Red that makes him different from all the rest of the guys I've met in my life.
I can't quite tell you what is but I have it bad. I can't stop thinking about him, he's always on my mind. There is just no one like him. He is the only person who truly knows me for who I am now and he never judges me based off of what I have done in the past.
But he will never know just pathetic I am. I will never tell about my feelings for him, ever.
That is something I could never do to Yellow. She is like practically my sister, I love her to pieces.
I know first hand that she has feelings for Red as well. After I sent her on a journey to find Red after he disappeared, I realized that. It wasn't hard to see that, especially after she told me that he saved her life.
And I'm pretty sure that Red has feelings for Yellow too. He won't admit but I'm sure he does.
I could never interfere with their relationship, I'm not as heartless as some people think I am.
But only Red has that effect on me.
Title: Author: xEryChan Fandom: Pokemon Pairing: Cheekyshipping (Max x Mira) Rating: G Note: Dare from darklord18 I have to say, this is a really cute pairing yeah, as of right now, this is untitled. I have nothing for you.
"You should have told me the truth, Mira." Max complained, looking disappointedly at Mira. "I would have helped you, no matter what."
Mira felt bad. It was stupid of her to go to Max for help and lie to him about why she needed his help. But what was she supposed to tell him? 'I'm sorry, Max, I need your help but there is a good chance neither of us may survive.' Yeah, that wouldn't have worked out so well.
Oh well, it's a little late now.
"I know, Max. And I'm really sorry that I lied to you but I didn't know if you would still be willing to help me after finding out about this. It's a really stupid reason."
"No, it's not. I understand where you're coming from and I'm not angry."
Max shook his head. "Of course not, why I would I be? It would be very hypocritical of me since I did promise a Pokemon when I was traveling with my sister that I would come back for it."
Mira could not stop herself from blushing. "Thanks Max."
"Don't mention it." Max flashed a smile. "Now, lets think of a plan of how we get in there and get the Pokeball without any attention from the Pokemon in the sea."
And for the first time in a while, Mira felt very hopeful of being reunited with her Abra.

Title: Caught in the Middle Author: Moonlight Amaryllis Fandom: Pokemon Pairing: Brendan x May x Ash Rating: PG Notes: matthew11's dare on the Shipper's Truth or Dare Thread. Was to include "a portal linking the anime world with the game", and of course, the crossing ships. Here we go...
Spoiler:- Caught in the Middle:
May sighed and buried her face into her hands. Surely, she was too young to have such stressful problems like the one before her. Yet, there she was.
" What's wrong?"
Brendan's voice held concern. Seated beside her, it would be wistful thinking for him to miss her obvious distress.
"You. You, you, you. Everything is wrong." she grumbled, feeling cranky. She hadn't eaten all day due to her anxiety, and now she was paying the price. Her stomach ached, making her feel more frustrated at her issue instead of less.
Brendan set a hand on her shoulder. "What, did I say something?"
May glanced at the bluish circle a little to her left. It palpated with a sickening shade of green, and every so often, would shiver or fizzle like the screen of a TV with bad reception. It was unnerving, and the core root of her problem.
"You should go back," May said stiffly, standing up. "You wouldn't want Ash to come here and find you."
"Should I be afraid of him?" Brendan asked, sounding just the slightest bit cheeky. He didn't take Ash's feelings very seriously. He never had, since he came.
May had to swallow to choke down the red-hot emotion threatening to form words she would regret. "No, just...He gets protective, or, er, jealous, or something whenever you're around. You--I just don't want go make him mad at us--I, mean, at you. I mean, me. I mean--Oh, never mind, you get it, right?"
Brendan shrugged, and stood up beside her. "Yeah, sure! I'll be wary of the shorty."
"Sorry, love, only joking."
After giving her a quick hug that didn't last long enough to leave any warmth, he turned and walked to the portal. It was still roaring and flickering, as per usual.
May just watched as he hopped back in. Warily, she glanced behind her, relived to see that Ash was still fast asleep.
"I'm sorry..." was all she could say before burying her face in her hands again.
Pairing: Zionshipping (Jack Walker [Movie 9] x May/Haruka)
Note: Dare from BubChan in the Shipper's Truth or Dare Thread. Criteria: Zionshipping in a love/hate relationship. Here you go . Beware; a lot of why's.
Why? Why can't you understand that Manaphy has to separate from you to fulfill its role as the Prince of the Sea? Why can't you understand that I am only trying to protect that Pokemon from danger, and also... you?
Why? Why can't you see the love I give to this precious Pokemon and the love it gives me back? Why can't you see the strong bond between me and Manaphy? I know that you want to put Pokemon and nature before you and I like that about you, but can't you see that you're trying to severe a strong and precious bond?
Why is that you are very attached to that Pokemon? Is it fate? Is it destiny? Is it something else that I cannot even understand? Or, is it the bond you accidentally created with that Pokemon?
Why is that you're against strong bonds? I can't allow you to separate us. I just... can't...

Title: Sorry for stealing your girlfriend Author: Midnightmoon6o2 Fandom: Pokemon Pairing: Advanceshipping with some mention of Contestshipping Rating: G
Ash had been standing been standing in front of the vending machine for the last five minutes, pondering what on earth he would get. Juice or soft drink? He knew he couldn't stay too long as May's contest appeal would be starting any minute. Closing his eyes he pressed any of the buttons and opened his eyes once he heard a 'clonk' from the machine.
Picking up the drink a certain rival had came around the corner.
This guy, Ash thought makes me wonder about May's choices with making friends.
"Oh, its you."
"Uh, hi Drew." Ash muttered.
"Hey do you mind if we talk after May's appeal is over? There is something I want to talk to you about."
"I really don't want to. You see Drew I have this gym battle coming up and-"
May's name was suddenly called through the speakers as the cheering of the crowd were heard afterwards.
"Great, see you after practice then." Drew quickly made his way backstage.
Ash stood dumbfounded and opened his drink, taking a quick sip.
"Well that was interesting."
The rest of the appeals went by quickly and before Ash knew it he was waiting by the boy's backstage area as May was still busy dealing with another batch of her interesting rivals.
"What are you doing here?"
"I said we needed to talk, remember? You even agreed to it."
Sighing, "No, I didn't."
"Well come in and take a seat."
Irritated, Ash sighed, Has Drew ever heard the word no?
"Well I guess you really can't stay for long." Drew paused for a moment. "I really don't know how to say this."
"Drew, I really need to train for a upcoming gym battle right now. I mean I didn't have enough time this week due to May's contest and so on." Ash just wanted to hear what Drew had to say. He didn't like where this conversation was going.
"Well then I'll make it short."
Ash suddenly had a horrible feeling over the whole situation. Something in him just told him he needed to go - now. And he was willing to say anything to leave.
Title: Go Away
Notes: Dare by ~SkyHigh~ in the Shippers' Truth or Dare Thread. Criteria: Serena getting jealous of Satoshi and Hikari's bond. Here you go
Spoiler:- Go Away:
“Serena, Wait!” Satoshi said, running after Serena who, minutes ago, suddenly screamed at him and Hikari for behaving that people could assume they were a couple.
Serena continued to run away from him, with tears running down on her cheeks like raging waterfalls from the intense feeling she had felt.
When she first met Hikari, she knew there was something fishy about this girl. It seems her fears were confirmed, when she witnessed multiple times when both Satoshi and Hikari gave each other high-fives. She assumed that Satoshi’s bond with Hikari is much stronger than her bond with him. It is true and, sadly, the truth hurts. Her fears were far from what she had seen minutes ago.
“Go away, go away…” Serena thought. After what it seemed to be an eternity, Satoshi finally caught up with Serena, grabbed her arm, and turned her around to face him.
“What do you want?!” Serena screamed, with pain in her voice.
“What’s wrong with you? This isn’t like you, Serena.” Satoshi said.
Serena didn’t answer as she turned around from facing Satoshi.
“Is it about me and Hikari?” he asked. Satoshi already knows about it. He just wants to confirm it.
Her eyes widened when she heard him ask that. She didn’t turn around to face him to answer, but instead she nodded her head.
“Don’t think like that, Serena. We’re just friends.”
“Friends?! What kind of friends lean their heads towards the other?!” She screamed.
“Why are you so bothered about it?! Do you have-“ Satoshi cut himself off.
Serena’s heart started to beat at a rapid rate when she heard his half-question. It seems that Satoshi picked it up at the right time. A moment of silence passed, and was broken by Serena.
“Y-yeah…” Serena said, looking shyly at the ground below her foot, cheeks are crimson red.
“Serena…” Satoshi said, causing Serena to lift her face up to face him.
“Hu-mmmh!” Serena was cut off when he embraced her in a tight and warm hug. She was surprised at the gesture Satoshi gave her, but her instinct caused her to return it. It felt to her that the terrifying moment she saw didn’t happened.
“I’m sorry for making you feel jealous…” Satoshi said soothingly.
“I forgive you…” Serena said, immediately forgiving him as she was enjoying their moment together.
They went back to the Pokemon Centre where they are staying.
“Umm… Why are you holding hands?” Hikari said, and gave a wink to Satoshi which went unnoticed by Serena as she was looking at the ground, blushing.
“N-nothing, I just like to do it.” Satoshi said, and gave a thumbs-up to Hikari.
“It looks like our plan worked.” he thought.
Pairing/s: Hoennshipping (Brendan/Yuki x May/Haruka)
Notes: Dare by shadowmilotic from the Shippers' Truth or Dare Thread. Criteria: game protag x game protag ship involving a vacation in their home region's beach city. Enjoy
“Aaahhh… Relaxing vacation… Just like I wanted…” Yuki said, stretching his arms and lying on the soft sands of Slateport City’s beach in his blue swimming trunks.
He had quite a challenging time in the Hoenn League; battling the strong Elite Four and eventually battled the Champion. Surprisingly, he came out being the new champion, thanks to his Pokemon’s hard work. He knew he needs some time off, so he went on a vacation, but this didn’t go unnoticed by Haruka, so she went with him.
Yuki breathed the smell of ocean air, feeling that this vacation will be relaxing, until…
“Yuki!” Haruka said, standing in front of Yuki, whose eyes are closed but were opened as he heard her.
“What do you think?” Haruka asked, showing off her red bikini by posing.
Yuki thought how Haruka was shy towards him back then, and now here she is, bursting with confidence, and being annoying.
“Yeah, looks great on you, and can you give me some time to rest?” he said, going back to sleep.
Haruka didn’t want her… his vacation to go boring with him always resting.
“Oh, come on! You could have slept in your house if that’s the only thing you wanted. Don’t be such a killjoy and let’s have fun!” Haruka said, taking Yuki’s hand and dragging him towards the ocean’s waves.
“Ugh…” Yuki thought, though she’s right. He could have slept back home, but he also wants to enjoy his vacation once in a while. He thought that Haruka’s annoyance was bugging him, but it didn’t, and he liked that.
“All right, race you there!” Yuki said, sprinting from her.
“Hey! No fair! You got a head start!” Haruka said, catching up to the new Hoenn champion.

Title: Picnicing in the Forest Author: Mizz Nikki Fandom: Pokemon Pairing: Fortuneshipping (Lucas x Dawn) Rating: PG Note: Dare from BubChan. Criteria: Fortuneshipping drabble involving water.
Dawn could not stop herself from sighing as both she and Lucas found the self laying on a blanket.
It was a warm afternoon in the Sinnoh Region and the two were making the most out of it. They don't get to see each other that often, he is the champion of the Sinnoh Region and he always gets challengers left and right, and she is a top coordinator and would be a judge in the Grand Festival.
They were currently having a picnic in the Eterna Forrest and both of them were enjoying it. There were just no better feeling then spending some quality time with the one person you don't get to see that often.
Both of them knew the risks the second they started dating. He knew that, being the head of Pokemon League, he would be very busy with all of the challengers who kept showing up, hoping to steal the title of Pokemon League Champion away from him, and she knew the second she agreed to judge the Grand Festival, she would not be able to spend as much time with Lucas as she usually does.
It felt good to have some time to spend with each other and they just could not be any happier.
"Thank you so much for today, Lucas." Dawn smiled, looking at her boyfriend. "I haven't had this much fun in the longest time."
And it was true, she really could not remember the last time she got to enjoy herself like she currently was. Lucas planned everything out, he packed lunch for the two of them, he brought along some water balloons, and etc.
"No problem, I'm glad you had fun."
Dawn rested her head on Lucas's shoulder as the two of them looked up at the sky. She wished this day never had to come to an end, it was perfect. How she wished they could stay like this forever.
She was sure of one thing, she has the best boyfriend in the world.
Title: I don't care Author: BubChan Fandom: Pokemon Pairing: ComaShipping (Ash/Satoshi x Paul/Shinji) Rating: Everyone Note: Dare from xEryChan, a ComaShipping Drabble involving a Candle

– I don't care about Satoshi, Serena – He said with a voice full of rage
Serena, looked at the Candle in the Cake and a had an idea:
– I know that you don't care about him, but i think he will get burned with this candle on the cake, right?
The boy with purple hair, with a nervous face, started run toward the birthday boy, pushing him away from the Candle:
– Are you alright Satoshi?

Title: Currently Untitled
Pairing: NewBlueshipping (Calem x May)
Note: Dared by shadowmilotic in the Shippers Truth or Dare thread. Criteria: a drabble pairing a Hoenn character with a Kalos character.
"How did I manage to get myself into this mess?" May asked herself, looking around at her surroundings.
"Torchic tor." May's partner, her Torchic, said, looking up at its trainer.
The two were currently in the Kalos Region and in order for them to get to the next town, they ended up getting themselves in the Reflection Cavelost while looking for the exit of the cave. May had no idea where she even was and her PokeGear was doing nothing to help her find the exit of this cave.
May looked down at Torchic, "don't worry, Torchic. I'll get us out of here, I promise." She tried to assure the little Fire type Pokemon but slowly, she found herself doubting her own words. The cave was huge and she had no idea how to get to the exit.
If only I knew where I was going.
May's eyes immediately snapped open, she could have sworn that she heard the sound of footsteps behind her. But when she turned around, there was no one there. She turned back around to look at the map she was holding in her hand. A couple of second passed before she heard the same sound again but this time, there was an unfamiliar voice asking, “is someone there?”
“Yes, can someone please help me?”
A young boy came into her line of sight. He was about the same age she was, he was slightly taller then she was, and he had short brown hair that reached his chin. “Are you alright?”
May nodded. “Yes, but I ended up getting myself lost. Can you help me find the exit. Please?”
The boy stopped and nodded. “Of course,” he smiled at the lost girl. “Follow me.”
“Thank you, uhh...” May realized she had no idea what this boy's name was. Heck, she didn't even know who he was.
“Calem.” He smiled briefly at her. “My name is Calem.”
“Well, thank you, Calem. I'm May.”
“No problem, May.” He said and gestured for her to follow him.
Pairing: TransceiverShipping (Nate x Yancy)
Note: Dare by xEryChan in the Shippers Truth or Dare thread. Criteria: a Transceivershipping drabble dealing with them having a picnic.
Spoiler:- Nate x Yancy:
Yancy was really nervous about this, he likes pecha barry? He likes Oran berry juice? He likes cute pink dresses? Those questions were going through her head, she wanted to make a perfect picnic for Nate.
She prepared everything, it was a beautiful, Yancy is great in stuff like that, she needed to wait for the boy. The girl started to look at her reflection in a puddle, scared, she screamed:
– I-I'm fat! And my hair is horrible, Nate will think that i'm ugly!
– Why i would think that you are ugly? – The boy appeared in her front – Hello Yancy!
Yancy started to blush when she saw his face:
– N-no, i didn't said ugly, i said.... hum...
He ignored her awnser because he saw the beautiful picnic that the girl made for Them, it was beautiful, sandwhiches, juice, berries, and more yummy stuff:
– This is beautiful Yancy!
– R-really? – her face was red like a tomato
– Yes! I'm happy to see that you care about me! many yummy food, i could hug you right now
"Nate is... Happy?"
She started to cry, she was so happy that the boy that she loves was happy with the picnic, she wanted a perfect picnic, and she did it:
Pairing: TransceiverShipping (Nate/Yancy)
Note: Overdue dare from Mizz Nikki back in May... =P
Spoiler:- 982 words:
Well, this was painful and…strangely anticipated. Who would’ve thought he’d actually get stuck in one of the Ferris wheel cars with Yancy? Not to say this was his first time riding with her (they’ve had plenty of Ferris wheel ‘dates’), but being trapped in the car due to a power outage was definitely new… Was this even a possible phenomenon for Nimbasa City to experience?
…Then again, rumor has it that Elesa’s friend—a foreign Gym Leader participating in the PWT—got his hands on the roller coaster in order to make it more ‘electrifying’. Nate didn’t like gossip, but Elesa did seem like the type to have eccentric friends…
“I guess we’re lucky the power outage only affected the theme park.” Snapping out of his thoughts, Nate looked at the girl sitting across from him. Yancy had her eyes out the window. “Could you imagine if the entire city went out? Then again, seeing the stars would be much easier without all the light pollution.”
Yes, being stuck at the apex of the entire Ferris wheel gave you the best feeling as if you were on top of the world, but all Nate could think of was ‘stars’—it is, after all, why he felt awkward since the ride started. Maybe it was just him, but Yancy was…acting distant. Her smiles were forced; Yancy avoided any and all mentions of work; but most of all, not once has she looked at him directly. A part of her was naturally shy—Nate would give her that—but this was completely different… And it was all because of one video call on the Xtransceiver.
Nate called Yancy about a possible trade meet-up (he thought she’d like a Skitty this time around), but instead, he received a big shock by accident: Yancy was really celebrity idol, Nancy. The Trainer was so dazed that all he did was aimlessly stand in front of the Rondez-View Ferris wheel until Yancy shook him out of his trance hours later. Things—awkward things—just snowballed from there: they entered the Ferris wheel for one rotation; small talk was close to nonexistent; Pokémon were traded like a business transaction; and finally, the power outage. He can’t remember how much time has passed since then, but Nate really couldn’t handle this stale atmosphere anymore…
“Y-Yeah?” He sat with attention; back straight and eyes on the pink-haired girl. “Uh, what’s up?”
She remained quiet, lowering her gaze from the window to her lap. Yancy’s hands balled into fists as she whispered. “About what happened earlier with my job…um, I wasn’t trying to hide it because I didn’t trust you to know. I just…w-well…” From the way Yancy still refused to look at him, Nate believed talking about her job had an adverse effect on her overall self-esteem. “I just…find it hard to be two different people, so…”
“But you’re just Yancy, right?”
Her eyes—blue and normally bright—are practically glowing in the dark. It wasn’t eerie; it was ethereal. A smile made its way on Nate’s face when they finally made eye contact. Standing up (and perhaps making Yancy more nervous than before), Nate walked over and plopped down beside Yancy. He let out a happy sigh, leaning back on his palms before glancing at the girl again; replying. “Nancy’s nice and all, but deep down, she’s still just a part of you, Yancy. Besides…I know and prefer Yancy than Nancy to be honest.”
“You…do?” Her face took on a bright shade of red, only adding to the fact that, yes, Nate definitely preferred this persona. There was something about Yancy he found more appealing than he did Nancy; and that said a lot because he always had a celebrity crush on Nancy.
…Kyurem in Plasma’s freezer! The whole ‘Yancy-Nancy’ connection suddenly just hit home!
“Nate, what’s wrong?” Yancy gasped in surprise when the Pokemon Trainer abruptly turned away.
“It’s nothing,” he mumbled, hiding his face within the flaps of his jacket as he shoved up against the wall. “Uh, you don’t have to worry, Yancy—I won’t tell anyone your secret; I promise.”
If she had answered, Nate didn’t hear her; much too distracted with swallowing down his blush. However, his progress was interrupted when a weight pressed against his back. He wasn’t sure what to do at this point, but thankfully, Yancy filled in the silence. “Thank you.”
“Y-Yeah, no problem. I know what it’s like when someone blurts out your secret so—”
“No.” She giggled, pressing her forehead against him as her hands touched his shoulders. Yancy was undoubtable warm… She continued. “I mean, for choosing ‘Yancy’… That means a lot.”
His shoulders relaxed before he turned in his spot. Seeing Yancy’s smile was honestly the best part of the day and it was contagious too. However, his reply was cut off when the Ferris wheel car jerked, causing Nate to instinctively grab Yancy’s upper arms to steady her. Music filled his ears; theme park lights were alit below; and the Ferris wheel was beginning to move again.
“I guess they fixed the electricity,” Yancy pointed out, glancing through the windows and paying no mind to where Nate was touching her.
…She was really, very pretty under the glowing theme park lights…
“Hey, Yancy…?” He swallowed, starting to lose his resolve when Yancy’s big, blue eyes locked on with his again. “Does this mean…I can call you at work? When you’re on break of course…”
Nate wondered what it was that got this girl to pay attention to him. He didn’t see himself as something special—Nate was always just a simple Trainer since day one of his journey. Whatever it was, he was definitely counting his lucky stars because for all the smiles Yancy gave him, the one right now was truly special.
“I’d like that, Nate… I’d like that a lot.”
Title: Simply Watching
Pairing: LuckyShipping (Red/Blue)
Note: Another overdue dare from SilverLining554 back in May... I'm sorry! xD
Spoiler:- 834 words:
“What are you doing?”
“Well, yeah, but…” Red blinked; the polite smile on his face beginning to falter.
“Yes?” Her tone was hitting a singsong note; highlighting her teasing personality.
Red struggled to answer because Blue was just so…close. He leaned back slightly; hands on his shins as he sat cross-legged on the grassy terrain. His eyes never left Blue’s. “Well…aren’t you actually staring?”
Blue giggled; the kind that meant she was amused. Thankfully, the girl decided to lean away, sitting on her lower legs in front of Red. Her long, hair fluttered in the breeze, causing Blue to brush away strands from her face. “Technicalities—you’re just using another word for ‘watching’.”
But common sense dictated that she was staring instead of watching, right? …Right? Then again, the Battler had to remember that this was Blue he was dealing with—she had a funny, roundabout way of saying something while doing the complete opposite. Red theorized that everything the brunette did was merely distraction—it was hard for anyone to actually look at Blue without being swindled…
“O…kay…” he replied, noting the twinkle in Blue’s large eyes.
When the Evolver said Professor Oak requested him to come back to Pallet Town immediately, Red saw no harm in answering the call. However, an early detour to Viridian City shed light on the real truth. According to Green (after a friendly Pokémon battle of course), his grandfather was in Goldenrod City for a radio show! Puzzling… The Viridian Gym Leader even warned him that Blue was probably planning something since she bothered Green earlier that week; bored out of her mind. Not even Yellow’s company warded off Blue’s moody rut!
Now, Red wasn’t that gullible (despite what everyone says!), but he did wonder about the brunette from time to time during his travels. He hadn’t seen her in a while, so even though she might pull one over on him, he still wanted to see her.
…Red just didn’t know they’d have this staring contest on one of the rolling hills outside Pallet Town.
“This is a little… How about we actually do something?” the Battler asked when an (uncomfortable) period of silence took precedence.
“But I’m already doing something?” Blue tilted her head. If it was done out of cuteness, she was succeeding. She hummed—pretending to think—before locking gazes with him, crawling closer to Red and leaning after him when he inclined backwards. “I’m Red-watching.”
Blue was too close to his face! Red could almost count Blue’s every eyelash and her breath was warm against his skin. He’d been close to her before, but this was different—Blue had never been ‘up in his face’ like this as far as he could remember! “T-Too close, Blue…”
“Are you uncomfortable?”
“Anyone would be!”
“Ohohoho!” There it was: Blue’s trademark laughter. She pulled away to chortle against the back of her hand and Red felt an all too familiar feeling: she made a fool out of him. Just as he started to recover from his…gullibility, Blue joked. “You haven’t changed at all, Red!”
Rolling his eyes, Red scratched the side of his face, replying in a deadpan. “Yeah—thanks.”
“Silly, you—that’s a good thing…” Blue whispered so softly, Red almost missed it. He was surprised to find Blue looking across the distance with a sincere smile. It wasn’t teasing nor was it part of her playful mask… It was charming. When was the last time he’d seen her like this?
…Strange—Red thought she looked prettier with this kind of smile…
Without even realizing it, he spoke out in awe. “I think you changed plenty, Blue.”
As the Battler slapped a hand over his big mouth, the Evolver’s lips slowly curled after a curt moment of confusion. “My, my—you’re being really honest today.”
“N-No, that’s not what I meant! Well, you have changed, but not by much! Or…wait—”
He shut down—literally: brain dead. Red had no time to process the few seconds that passed by and what little feeling he should have felt didn’t click until after Blue pulled away from him with a smile—a devious smirk. She dropped her hands from his face before tapping his nose once, sitting comfortably beside the Battler while humming nonchalantly.
Red continued to stare forward, reaching for his lips with one hand. It was warm…and he soon matched the color of Green’s Scizor!
“Blue, did you just—”
“…Then do you—”
“Maybe; maybe not,” Blue sang, achieving a desired result…again. Winking, the brunette’s chirpy voice was carried with the breeze. “I guess you’ll just have to stick around longer to find out, right?”
This time, he stared at her before resigning with a content sigh. Blue really did have something up her sleeve to keep him here, but in actuality, it didn’t bother Red as much as he thought it would…
He liked this change in Blue—and Red was going to make sure she knew that.

Title: Sickly Days Author: xEryChan Fandom: Pokemon Pairing: Amourshipping (Ash x Serena) Rating: PG Note: Dare from Mizz Nikki on the Shippers Truth or Dare thread. Criteria: Amourshipping Drabble involving tissues somehow.
"Are you sure you'll be alright while I'm out?" Serena said, looking at Ash worriedly. He looked so comf
Ash nodded his head. "Don't worry, Serena. I'll be fine."
Serena still looked unconvinced. If there's anything that anyone knows about her, it's that she hates leaving her boyfriend home alone when he's sick. He needed some medication and some tissues. He couldn't run into town to pick it up so she had to do it and she really did want to leave Ash home alone either.
She always tends to be a little over protective of him. Ever since they first started dating, she always tends to loom over him. It does Ash a little crazy but it also does show him that she truly does care about him.
"I don't know, Ash." Serena looking down at him, "you don't look so good, Ash."
Ash couldn't help but to mentally roll his eyes. "It's just a cold, Serena." But the dirty blond haired girl still really unconvinced though. "I'm not dying, okay? So just go."
Title: Failing Friendship
Pairing: Negaishipping (Ash/Satoshi x Iris)
Note: Dare from BubChan in the Shippers' Truth or Dare Thread. Criteria: NOTP in a love/hate relationship.
Spoiler:- I suck at this :(:
“You’re such a kid…” Iris said. She eats a Pecha berry from a nearby tree to forget what Satoshi did a while ago by savoring its flavor.
“Just so you know, I’m a more experience trainer than you.” Satoshi retorted.
“Yeah, you have more experience in battling, but no experience in coming up with a strategy.” Iris retorted back.
“What did you say?!” Satoshi shouts from rage.
“Are you also deaf?” Iris sealed the deal.
“Why you…” Satoshi mumbles in defeat.
"Humph!" They both turned their backs to each other.
They went their separate ways to have some time alone; Satoshi sitting on the edge of a cliff and Iris sitting on the branch of a tree.
Satoshi sighed and thought, “Why does she always call me a kid? I’m not a kid. I’m mature; mature enough to… What was that word again? Come to think if it, why did she say 'also'?”
Iris sighed, “Why did it come to this? I never expected this to happen. All I wanted is to have Satoshi’s attention by teasing him. I never thought that my teasing would be that hurtful…” she whispers to herself, her eyes glassy.
Title: The Meaning Of Love
Pairing: Pearlshipping (Ash/Satoshi x Dawn/Hikari)
Note: Dare from xEryChan in the Shippers' Truth or Dare Thread. Criteria: Pearlshipping involving a word search somehow.
Spoiler:- Best drabble I've ever written so far:
“Hmmm… Uhh… Aha! Oh, uh… Hmmm…” Satoshi said. He was in his room, in front of his laptop, working on his assignment for Okido Hakase’s poem class. It’s been 30 minutes since he started, but to no avail. Why? He was searching for a fitting word. He’ve heard it before, though he didn’t know how to spell, or even know what the meaning of the word is.
*Knock knock* He heard someone at the door. He came up to the door, opened it, and found Hikari standing there.
“Hi! You called me?” Hikari asked.
“Yeah. I’m stuck on a part of my poem assignment. Can you help me search for a word?” Satoshi asked.
“Sure! What’s the word?” Hikari asked. She came and sit in front of his laptop to search the word for him.
“Love” He said.
Hikari’s eyes snapped opened. “E… EHHHH?! Love? You haven’t searched that word? How long did you sit in front of the laptop before I came here?” Hikari asked in surprise. It was unknown to her that Satoshi didn’t know the word love. She wasn’t surprised though that Satoshi can speak the word, but still. She was aware that Satoshi is dense as planet Venus, but she didn’t think he would be this dense that he doesn't even know the meaning of love or how to spell it.
“Y-yeah. I know it’s embarrassing for me. Ok let’s go back to searching. What’s the spelling of the word?” Satoshi asked.
“Oh… my… Arceus…” Hikari thought.
“Ok, I’ll type it in. L-O-V-E” Hikari typed in the letters of the words and pressed enter.
“Oh. I thought there is a silent Q there hehe.” Satoshi chuckled in embarrassment.
“Oh Satoshi…” Hikari sighed.
After 10 minutes, Satoshi finished his poem. Hikari got up, and began to walk through the door.
“I’m leaving now. Call me if there’s really a problem you’re dealing with.” Hikari said in disappointment that Satoshi couldn’t even search the word himself
As she turned her back to him, she felt his hand grabbed her arm and she turned around.
“Thanks for helping me out today. I really appreciate it.” Satoshi said.
For some reason, Hikari saw and heard him speak in a really hunk-ish way. She felt her cheeks heat up.
“Uh-No problem! Good-bye!” Hikari said, and walked swiftly to the door. She knew she had feelings for him, but she would have to get through his denseness first before he could learn the meaning of love.

Title: The Time Between Us Author: The Prince of May Fandom: Pokémon Pairing: CavalierShipping (Dawn x Gary) Rating: PG Note: First drabble in a long time... I hope it won't be too bad. Sorry if that's the case! '
Spoiler:- The Time Between Us:
4 years had passed since she talked to him for the last time. Well, maybe not exactly 4 years. There were always those little calls that kept them in touch. But other than that, it's been 4 years since she saw his smile. His real smile.
"Hey there Dawn. It's been a while..." he said gently.
"Hey, Gary...", she simply added.
She was too shy to say anything right now. She was looking at how he changed. He got taller and obviously turned into a fine young man. She was slightly surprised by his new musculature, but she was really unable to get her eyes away from his own; they were as deep and cold as the sea, yet captivating as a sunset.
He, on the other hand, was probably noticing her new curves and the reasonable breast that were giving her a whole new charm. Charm that he just recently saw in her.
Finally, she got her voice back.
"It's so good to see you again. A lot has changed since we last saw each other. We should definitely meet more often."
She wasn't too sure if she said that because she wanted to get to know him better, or if she got interested by this handsome young man in a more complicated way.
"I would be happy to. Sometimes I need to get my minds off of researches. I think you're a pretty effective distraction..." he answered with a surprised yet timid tone.
She, too, needed to get her minds off of something. Contests.
"I still haven't been crowned Top Coordinator yet... I'm actually taking a break this year. That will leave me plenty of time to catch up with you!" she said with a innocent grin.
"Why don't we start now ?" he said while taking her hand.
She then looked at him in the eyes. She tried to hide her joy as much as she could, but Gary knew that she only had him in mind now. And she had no doubts that he had only her in mind, too.
"I would love to."
Feel free to comment! I would love to hear what you have to say about this "catching up" drabble! I'll try to post more often here, it's pretty cool. :3

Title: Those Crazy Shippers Author: ~SkyHigh~ Fandom: Pokemon Pairing: Advanceshipping (Ash x May); implied Contestshipping (Drew x May) and Comashipping (Paul x Ash) Rating: PG Note: Dare from matthew11 on the Shippers Truth or Dare thread. Criteria: an Advanceshipping drabble involving Ash and May reading the discussion in the Advanceshipping thread.
Excuse me for this crap I'm sorry but I cannot stand Advanceshipping
Shippers are crazy, Ash thought as he found himself scrolling through the Advanceshipping thread on the Serebii Forums.
He found all sorts of topics in there that made his head spin and he could not stop himself from rolling his eyes. Perhaps his favorite one was the picture of him, May, and Pikachu that people were captioning. Some of the stuff they came up with were really funny too.
"May?" Ash called out to his friend, who was visiting from Hoenn with Max.
"Yeah?" The young girl answered, looking back at him.
"Come here for a minute," he said, his eyes glued to the screen. "You have to see this."
May stood up and made her way over to where Ash was sitting. "What did you want to show me?" She asked. Ash said nothing but moved aside so she could see the screen and her eyes widened when she saw what was on the screen. "Wow."
"Some people have too much time on their hands, don't they?"
"You would think they'd know that I'm with Drew, right?"
"And how about the fact that I'm not into girls that way. Paul is going to be so jealous when he sees this."
It makes me wonder if Comashippers are as crazy as Advanceshippers.
