I think that Ash and Misty will be a bit more closer, but when the moment that Ash and Misty FINALLY get some time together, Team Rocket comes to play 'Pokeball Peril' again, before Ash and Misty team up and unleash their wrath at Team Rocket for spoiling their romantic moment!

Ash will be happy, that he see Misty, he didn't see her for a long time. Of course he will be more happy than he saw May (he should be). I think he feel something more to Misty than ever earlier (seeing how he care about his lure).

I think he'll treat her the way he did in all the other cameos she's done, which is honestly way more than he did May. May was sorta just there and it was whatever but with Misty, idk, there was something special. He was a whole lot more protective and I sort of a felt a need to return to the past from both of them. They both sorta argued but they'd be ok at the same time. Like they were itching to say something
Hehe, I think it would happen again, but it would be interesting to see some changes in Misty's character. Like her realization of her developing love for Ash and her sureness for it. You know? Maybe her being more obvious about it? And Ash will be like o.0... Misty's acting weird... I LIKE IT. haha

i would think he treat her like a best friend should they both drop down some hints mostly on Ash to show he still cares about Misty like the lure also some from Misty to show she has never given up on Ash. Also i think it would be cool if they both did a tag battle that be awesome and if Ash gives Misty something before she leaves for a change like a gift of some sort like say a tentacruel jewl necklace? *Anime Stars in Eyes Face* that be perfect! Also im stilling thinking on the aguring because misty's has deloped to become extremly nice and not as hop tempered [like me] and also most agurment were about them getting lost so really im not sure.

Well, I looked at that pic you posted a while back, Misty, and here's what I could make of it:

The first part says something about a fast heartbeat being happy ("koto" makes "doki doki suru" a noun). Or that it makes you happy. The second kanji there was too small and blurry for me to even look up, but the first is the one for "one", so it may have something to do with being together... though it's not "issho". So it says "'something' doki doki suru koto ga ureshii".

And then the second part says "Kono kimochi ni riyuu nanka nai" which translates to... "There's no reason in this feeling,"? I'm not sure... "riyuu" is definitely "reason", but that doesn't sound quite right. Maybe it means that love is irrational? Or that you don't need a reason to feel something? But "iranai" isn't in there... well, whatever, that's what I got.

As nice as that would be, I don't think the writers would do it. I think it would be good, though, if they showed how much history Ash and Misty had. Like bringing back some of the teasing, which shows that they're really close. And some references to the good old days would be nice, too, especially if Dawn didn't really get what they were talking about. You know, sort of an inside joke.

Oh yeah, I almost forgot, if any of you guys out there own a PSP and is a Final Fantasy fan (like me, obviously, kupo!) then pick up 'Final Fantasy: Dissidia'. Veronica Taylor herself (credited under the name Kathleen McInerney) voices the character 'Cosmos'. She does a wonderful job as Cosmos. ^__^

I've loved Ash/Misty basically since I started watching the show when I was ten-ish. But I was a lazy Pokemon fan and my viewership of the anime waned. Then when I heard that Misty was leaving... that kinda sealed it for me and I just didn't watch anymore.

Meanwhile I've considered myself a longtime fan of the couple even though I stopped watching the show. Only recently I've decided to caught up with the (hundreds) of episodes I missed. It'll take me forever to catch up, but there you go.

Welcome to the thread, Skiyomi. Nice to have a long-time Pokeshipper join us. Yeah, many of the original viewers stopped watching the anime when 1/2 Pokeshipping was taken off the main cast.

Hmmm...I think he will treat her the same, arguing, mucking around...unless the writers gave her a dramatic make-over and she looked completely different. Then maybe he might pull a Brock (well...OK, not quite that extreme). I think he would notice though, much like in 'The Ghost of Maiden's Peak', where he noticed she looked pretty all dressed up.

Has it ever occured to ANYONE that girls are the furthest away from Ashs' mind? I mean well all the pictures here they are just little itty bitty things that people assume means something? well the thing with Psyduck that was pretty convincing but that doesnt mean Ash likes her. Of coures all the girls in the anime liked Ash but Ash doesnt like them. Ive seen the signs the girls like him but he doesnt like the girls.
