Grotle - Leaf Storm and Sunny Day(Prob Solar Beam with this)

Monferno/Infernape - Flare Blitz and Blast Burn, Maybe Close Combat aswell

Buizel - Ice Punch

Gliscor - Earth Power/Earthquake

Monferno(hopefully Infernape soon):Focus Punch, Fire Punch, Iron Tail, Counter, Flare Blitz, Blaze Kick, Double Kick
Buizel:Rain Dance, Razor Wind, Iron Tail, Ice Punch
Gliscor:Poison Jab, Defog, Aqua Tail

Pikachu:

Brick Break: His hand begins to glow, and then a blue hand appears out of the light and hits the opponent few metres from him/her.

Monferno:

Focus Blast: Her hands goes together and forms a ball. It's brown and Monferno screams and shoots the ball at the opponent with strong force.

Buizel:

Ice Punch: Buizel takes his hand and punches a little in his hand, and then forms into a ice punch. Then he runs all he at the opponent and hits it with strong force.

I see Piplup learning Hydro Pump! In fact it stole Pikachu's role, Hydro pump can became Piplup's Thunderbolt...

Do we need more Pikachu cloning here?
Hydro Pump, Signal Beam and Drill Peck?
My guess is on Signal Beam.
Everyone is being cloned this days.
Hydro Pump is too cool for Piplup.
Signal Beam for Piplup, then I will never see Pikachu with it.
Drill Peck is just a stronger version of Peck.

Pikachu learning Signal Beam, that might be a good idea, just different type of Thunderbolt, but it's something else then Electric, so it's worth something.
Piplup should learn Brine, but do the Pokemon get blood or is it just the few scratches that is enough to put Brine's effect in place?
Gliscor learning Earth Power? YES!
Gliscor learning Aqua Tail? Nah....

Swellow:Air Slash
Corpish: Metal Claw
Torkoal:Lava Plume
Glalie: Hidden Power

Totodille: Ice Punch: Punching other with a icy punch.
Bayleaf: Ancient Power: To take down any potencial flying Pokemon.
Cyndaquil: Crush Claw: Crush Pokemon when it's not using fire attacks.
Noctowl: Night Shade: Scare every other Pokemon that is trying to battle it.
Heracross: Hidden Power: A special attack of course.
Donphan: Thunder Fang: I do also want to watch one in action, and it would be cool with the biting.

For Ash's Johto Pokemon, I'd like to see...

Totodile -- Aqua Tail, Ice Fang
Bayleef -- Magical Leaf, Aromatherapy/Grasswhistle (Wouldn't be the first time a Pokemon's learned an egg move)
Cyndaquil -- Lava Plume
Noctowl -- Sky Attack, Ominous Wind
Heracross -- Brick Break
Donphan -- Giga Impact, Gyro Ball

I mean, couldn't you just see Bayleef using her head leaf for Grass Whistle?...and Ominous Wind for Noctowl? Ooooffft!

Actually, the Johto League opening always led me to believe that they intended to give Noctowl Sky Attack, but then since the bird was rarely used they never bothered...Remember this beauty?

Grotle: Crunch (an enhancement to Bite) Leaf Storm

Ash's Johto Pokemon:
Totodile (soon to be Croconaw): Ice fang/punch, Aqua Tail, Hydro Pump
Bayleef: Ancient power (for those pesky Fire and Flying types), Magical Leaf
Noctowl: Sky Attack, if possible, Brave Bird
Heracross: Bug Bite and Buzz

Bulbasaur: Grasswhistle: Can make the other Pokemon fall asleep.
Charizard: Dragon Rush: Can be his new signature move, along with the elemental hyper beam.
Squirtle: Ice Punch: Lack of ice moves.
Muk: Shadow Punch: Something to punch his enemies with.
Snorlax: Superpower: Can be super strong with super power.
