A good filler episode, Squirtle and Wartortle were so brave to save the little boy.

Although it was nice seeing the Squirtle and Wartortle, this episode was boring in my opinion. At least they managed to get the job done!

I think this episode is overrated. However, I still like it, 7/10. The puns were funny. And the idea of Water Pokemon as firemen was cool as well!

It was cool seeing Squirtle whip out the old Squirtle Squad sunglasses. I was also glad that Squirtle and Wartortle managed to save that kid from the burning building at the end. But other than that, the episode was a little boring. As soon as I saw that Aidan's firefighting force consisted of members of the Squirtle line, I was expecting the rest of the Squirtle Squad to show up...and I was a little disappointed that it didn't (which in hindsight seems like a dumb thing to be disappointed by...)

I think this episode was pretty alright - not downright awful. Just seeing the whole Squirtle tree and firefighters was awesome and the rivalry between the Squirtle and Wartortle was a nice addition to the whole synopsis too.

It was an okay episode. It was nice to see Squirtle have a rivalry with a Pokemon. And Wartortle was the perfect Pokemon for it. I liked the Misty took control of setting out the fire. Even though she didn't succeed.

The rivalry between Squirtle and Wartortle was interesting, I liked it when Squirtle and Wartortle saved the boy. It was nice to see the Blastoise team, Wartortle team and Squirtle team. Overall, this was a great episode.

It was neat to see the entire Squirtle evolutionary line in one episode.

Almost everything about this episode irked me; Captain Aidan was such a bland COTD, and the head Wartortle seemed so arrogant. Anyway, I did at least like seeing burning buildings since we don't often see those in the anime, plus seeing all of Tracey's Pokemon do stuff was rad. I wish Ash's Squirtle had been left with Aidan here though.

I liked seeing Squirtle getting some focus here even tho I kind of wish he had evolved as well ha ha. I did like seeing Squirtle and the head Wartortle team up to save the kid from the burning building at the end however.

It was a bad filler even in spite of Squirtle getting screen time. He should've gotten a new attack here.

Well since he learned Hydro Pump a few episodes before this one, I understand why he didn't get a new move here. It would've been unnecessary I think.

Ash's Squirtle helping save someone from a burning building was the best moment but the rest of the episode felt flat and didn't have potential. 6/10

Good Squirtle development episode. I will say that he should've evolved here because Wartortle is stronger, but I liked the firefighter plot.

I thought that it was ironic how the fire began seconds after Laplace was put back in its Monster Ball. Too bad it didn't get to help, although I liked when Satoshi's Zenigame met Russell's squad of firefighting Kameil. The Rocket-dan's in-fighting was rather ridiculous, but I was glad that Kenji's Strike was shown here.

Although it was nice seeing the Squirtle and Wartortle, this episode was boring in my opinion. Ash could've simply used Charizard to rescue the kid instead of Squirtle and Wartortle going into the burning building.
