Well, if you want to get technical, neither name is really all that close to "Minaki".

But in this case, it's 'close but no cigar'. Not only had they had him as Eusine in a previous episode, he was in the freakin' games as Eusine!

It doesn't matter if his name was that in the games. Lorelai was Prima in th anime. So it doesn't matter.

And when Misty refers to her in "Wired For Battle", 4Kids remembered that they had called her Prima. Even though they made a mistake the first time they stuck with it... which is what they should have done with the Team Magma/Aqua commanders. XP

Dear 4Kids,
After reviewing what have done to the Raikou Special on Pokemon Chronicles and then comparing it to the original Japanese verison, i can to the conlcusion of asking, "WHY"?
Why did you can can the voice of a man into a woman? What there a reason behind so? A motive? Whatever reason it happen to be, i believe it wasn't a good choice. I notice by your Team Rocket standard, you always like have one male and one female. Is two males as a team wrong? These are anwsers i lke to hear concering Bashou/Hun

The other concern is the name change. Yes the name change. Not from Japanese to english names but the English names to another English name. Again the question is "Why?". the name change from Yoshi to Jimmy and Dani to Marina isn't too much a bother to me but Jackson to Vincent and Eusine to Eugene tend to get fans aggravated. Why? It simply because they had english names already and want to know why change them again? It ruin the "continuity" of the characters. Even the kids you're aiming the show to, who are fans, also will see the mistake too. Beside, Eusine was the name given directly by Nintendo of America.
So if you could, i like to hear the "Why's" in your reason of the changes. Thank you
