several things I'd change on those:

Kyogre: bad nature, get rid of Sheer Cold. put something like rest there
Ho-Oh: Swap Fly for something better, unless that team is to beat e4
Zapdos: Get rid of Charge and Thunderbolt. there are much better moves out there
Groudon: Get rid of fissure. 1HKO like them are just too unreliable. and usually banned from competitive play

Either go physical or special, but don't mix without reason. Calm Mind works on a special set. Earthquake on a physical set. Hydro Pump really isn't necessary. I doubt the nature can be helped, so...

    2. Kyogre
Nature: Jolly Modest is better if you can get one

    - Icebeam
    - Rest
    - Water spout
    - Thunder

With Water Spout, you want the ability to reraise your HP to max. Also, with rest, you might consider sleep talk over icebeam or Thunder so that you aren't wasting turns while resting

    3. Ho-Oh (Traded from friend)
    Nature: Naughty

    - Scared Fire
    - Recover
    - Fly
    - Earthquake

Probably best as a special sweeper if you're using recover, so calm mind and thunderbolt/thunder (thunder for using with Kyogre) over fly and earthquake would be nice. If you insist on keeping fly, you may want to give it a choice band and using sacred fire/fly/earthquake/shadow ball.

    4. Zapdos (Traded from friend)
    Nature: Lonely

    - Thunder
    - Drill Peck
    - Charge
    - ThunderBolt

Charge is useless, because attacking twice has the same effect, with the added benefit that if you die after turn 1, you've done some damage. Thunder or Thunderbolt, but not both (Thunder is again for use with Kyogre). Rest and sleep talk works on this, or agility and baton pass, since this lets Zapdos become more of a team member.

    5. Celebi (Traded from friend)
    Nature: Naďve

    - Giga Drain
    - Psychic
    - Recover
    - Ancientpower

Leech Seed and Heal Bell over Giga and Ancientpower give you a move defensive Celebi, while calm mind and baton pass give you a better team member.

    6. Groudon
    Nature: Nature

    - Fissure
    - Earthquake
    - Solar Beam
    - Eruption

Because physical attack is better for Groudon, you really don't want to be using solar beam, even in the sun. Swords Dance further powers it up. Overheat > Eruption because it doesn't depend on your HP. Rock Slide works as a 4th move.

    Thanx guys..
Kyogre and Groudon on the same team doesn't seem like it'll work too well - I feel it would be better to build a team around one or the other.

It looks somewhat like you put together random powerful Pokemon without thinking about how they work together - while this will work against the AI because of their power, if that's all you're trying to achieve, it leaves the question of why you asked for a rate. With any 1 of them, any trainer in the game should be beatable. Anything with both ice beam and thunderbolt/thunder gives you huge problems, though.

Leftovers are the ideal item for all of them.
Back from my hiatus to enjoy 4th gen

Thanx for giving me some tips on building this team.. Considering the best team using all legendary isn't that good enough.. I'll re-create my team without using non-legendary pokemon.. Thanx again guys

^What he said. Consider this a formal warning MineBomb, read the forum rules: You make your own thread to post your team and please try to use the right format (which can be found within the aforementioned rules thread which you clearly haven't read).
