Thanks for the reply. I think the main thing is that I didn't mention the levels gained in that post when I'd picked them up as I had missed picking them up the week earlier due to it being the Christmas period.
Here's me dropping them off (Clefairy at 21, Aerodactyl at 22).
The collection where I didn't mention the levels (both should have gained 2 levels making them 23 and 24 respectively).
Dropping off Aerodactyl having forgotten to add on the levels (entering level was at 22 but should have been 24).
Collecting and dropping off (level at 24 when it should have been 26).
Collecting and dropping off (level at 25 when it should have been 27).
And the post from last week where I picked him up (he was noted at 26 when it should have been 28).
