EDIT: Withdrawing my total of 14 Rare Candies to raise my level 84 Qwilfish to level 98.
You've obviously taken no notice of the fact that only active FB members were able to collect the birthday giveaway items which includes the Super Pass. Picking up two candies with a null and void pass gives you one extra candy that you don't actually own which means that you don't have 14 candies to withdraw. Please ensure you remove the levels from Qwilfish because if we check your profile and find that you've not done so it will be stripped from your team.

Sorry about the confusion. I removed the levels, as well as the moves I had taught. I therefore now withdraw my 13 Rare Candies to raise my level 82 Qwilfish to level 95 (It was level 84, but I guess that Chocolate Cake's two levels didn't count either).
EDIT: Monday ahoy! I hereby deposit these two Rare Candies from the Pokemart.
And now, I withdraw them to raise my level 98 Qwilfish to level 100, unlocking another PC slot!
Between when I originally made this post and now, when I'm editing it, my Qwilfish has grown from level 95 to 98. I don't recall if a link is required to prove this sort of thing, but better safe than sorry.
