I think it sounds solid. Waver sounds a bit off but I love the idea of Bridgett Hoffman as Irisviel. Mostly because it sounds so much like her performance as Nia. Crispin Freeman might make for a good young Kotomine but I'm not so sure if it can match Jamieson Price's Kotomine. I think Liam O'Brien and JYB fit well for their respective roles.
It seems there's some weird voice flip-flopping in the Fate/Dubbed universe now. Gilgamesh is now Lancer instead of Gilgamesh. Archer is now Kariya. Souichirou is now Assassin. Shinji is now Kayneth. And Kotomine is now Rider instead of Kotomine.
