I don't think it's bad. Other people say otherwise.
Although my main reason for watching it is to see how many fetishes they can stuff into it before it ends. I've counted 9 so far.

Finally got started back into the Pokémon anime after not watching it this constant since way back in early DP arc. Started watching it again mainly because of the Episode N arc going on right now and the fact Team Plasma is hands down my favorite villians every in any type of media. Going to continue watching it when the dub picks up Da! arc. Then , who knows, maybe even further into the XY arc. It just depends on the pace of the series since the flaw in the DP arc was the huge gaps between the plot based episodes with the countless amount of fillers.

Besides, I'm really liking how the arc is going. Really looking forward to see Charizard return in this upcoming episode in the dub.

If and only if after an Awakening

Haven't heard of it before, going to check it out.
The movie came out rather recently. I'm planning on watching it myself soon, especially since I saw three (four?) of his works by now.

    Sonic the Hedgehog: The Movie
    AKIRA

'Kay, for the Sonic movie, if it wasn't for the voice acting and Sera, I would like it more than I do. I don't know a whole lot about Sonic, but I enjoyed it for what it was. Strange, isn't it?! Robotnik's voice was the most tolerable, though it got iffy here and there. I shouldn't be too surprised about the voice acting, though, since it was ADV that dubbed it.

AKIRA, in the meantime, was amazing. Sure, the story dragged and it kinda lost me in some parts (didn't help I was trying hard not to fall asleep), but the animation, my Lord! Really some of the best animation I've seen, and this came out in 1988! It could give Don Bluth a run for his money! It held up so well, and I hope it continues to hold up for a long time. I'm glad I saw it, I can see why it's such a landmark, and that we owe it thanks for paving the way for anime to be further distributed in the West.

Also, I watched the dub, but it was the 2001 re-dub. Still sounded a little clunky here and there, honestly, but it's good. I was kinda hoping to find the original dub, though xD.

Not to mention in the short viewing time I felt a very strong connection to the characters emotionally with a massive payoff in the end. **** you. That's not fair. That's too perfect. ****.

That should not be happening with SUBS.

Keeping these in mind, and with the occasional stylistic hops (e.g. into monochrome for the fight sequences), I think that one of its problems may just be that it is way too goddamned scattershot for its own good. It tries to be a few too many things, honestly. It misses the mark on many of them, and ends up being unsettling in, honestly, most of the wrong ways.

Also, the complete lack of film noir elements despite what I'd imagined from the title makes me fairly sad, but I guess that can't be helped.

That said, though, I'm going to keep at it, because... well, something is wrong with me, I guess. Or maybe I'm hoping for it to pick up.

(Also, I haven't actually watched Mirai Nikki, but I tend to get a little... down on the yandere character type. If everything else about the YamiBou ending hadn't been utter crap, that sudden character shift by the lead would have ruined it for me.)

Working on my backlog of currently airing/Spring 2013 series.

Still have Photo-Kano and Gargantia to catch up on, and Red Data Shoujo, albeit to a lesser extent.

I don't think The Severing Crime Edge is as bad as some people are making it out to be. It is way too focused on trying to appeal to the "weird fetishes" camp, though. The relationship between the main two is getting more unsettling by the episode (I can't say that's bad, just not what I was expecting), but that may be intentional. I do like the idea of the Authors slowly losing their sanity as they kill.

I also don't think it's similar enough to The Future Diary that you can say things like

Well week to week might be excruciatingly painful. So I believe, and my plans may crack under the raw desire the monogatari-harem has over me, but I intend to watch by arc, so everything in 3-6 episode chunks. Not sure how the math works though, like if each arc will get equal, or more-or-less equal episode counts, but we have 24-26(i believe) eps and 6 arcs/books.

First up is Nekomonogatari-White/Tsubasa-Tiger, immediately after will be Kabukimonogatari/Mayoi-Jiang-Shi    Spoiler:- Spoiler:
    then Suruga-Devil/Nadeko-Medusa/Shinobu-Time/and finally Hitagi-End.

I'm apparently stupid, I don't know where to go to watch Kotonoha no Niwa... and I tried Googling it, too >>;...

    Tamayura ~hitotose~ - 5/12 (plus special)

It's not bad, to be honest. It's cute with an aura of innocence about it diabeetus, but it's nothing too spectacular. I'll continue to watch it since I'm about halfway done anyway, and I may tackle the OVA since it's just the four episodes. But for now, it's just all about the cuteness of a girl who loves to take pictures with pretty scenery and animation, that's pretty much it.

Looking at everything I'm watching this season, there's only a couple I'm anticipating week to week, they are:
    Shingeki no Kyojin
    Suisei no Gargantia
    Chihayafuru
And surprisingly Aiura, I don't think I've ever liked a little 3-4 minute show this much before

Counting things that started in previous seasons then I'd also include:
    Hunter X Hunter
    Uchuu Kyoudai
    Chihayafuru

Everything else I'm watching, I'm at least enjoying.... Except RDG.

Speaking of, how many people are still watching that? I remember it being way over-hyped toward the beginning of the season, but now I barely see anyone who's actually watching it instead of, well, basically just looking at it.

The only shows I'm looking forward to this season is Shingeki and Hataraku.

It's a usual thing of mine to watch the first episode of the shows I'm watching this season,The ones that I like gets to continue while the ones I'm extremely bored or find it bad gets on hold treatment.

From what I heard. The show is too boring and confusing so many dropped it or didn't watch it.

I'm going to finish though since I actually watch 3 episodes and the half of episode 4 of that boredom fest before putting it on hold

    Kotonoha no Niwa

    Ah, finally found it.

Makoto Shinkai, stop breaking our hearts (though I don't know how Children Who Chase Lost Voices ends, so...)! Okay, yeah, I didn't cry, but I loved the movie. Very beautiful. I'm not a fan of May-December romances, but I can make this an exception, if only because the ending was still so vague. Still, what's his fascination with breaking hearts? I want a happy ending, damn it!

Still, I've been meaning to watch the two other films of his I haven't seen yet, so I guess this is a nice way to get back into it.

I probably would have dropped it if I wasn't extremely reluctant to drop things, so far I've only dropped on series. It was three at one point, but I managed to struggle through and complete the other two.

RDG is a struggle, at least it looks nice.

Suffice it to say, The Severing Crime Edge fluctuates a lot. Every time something really interesting happens to it, something else comes along and pokes holes in it. Nothing has changed yet; this is the definition of insanity.

I'm kind of grateful, though, that they cut away from     Spoiler:- who cares, but it's procedural so:

You know what's consistently awesome, though? JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, which I'm taking my sweet-*** time with. If anything, Joseph is even more awesome than Jonathan Joestar. Part of his introduction involves breaking a cop's trigger finger with the cap of a bottle of Coca Coco-Cola, for cryin' out loud! (Bonus points since it's to save a black kid, who robbed him, in 1943 in America.)

Except RDG.
In order I think my favourites this season would be:
    1. Suisei no Gargantia
    2. Attack on Titan
    3. To Aru Kagaku no Ralgun S
    4. Hatraku Maou-sama!
    5. Devil Survivor 2
    6. OreImo
    7. RDG

    And then continuing stuff goes:
    1. Chihayafuru 2
    2. Hunter x Hunter
    3. Space Brothers

RDG is a struggle, at least it looks nice.
    This pretty much.
