i had no problem with dbz and yu yu hakusho dub but thats about it
You will love 'K-On!' it really is kyoto animation's masterpiece.

Clannad has the stronger story, but K-On! has the overall package and ekes out victory-supreme.

It's only been a year since I saw K-On! but a rewatch is in order soon. Yui's seiyuu is really soothing to the ears.

The first Season is great, but Season 2 and the movie are Godly. Also since we're on the topic of dubs, avoid the K-On dub.

Also to Joteon I pose a question. If they dubbed Idolm@ster with Crispin Freeman voicing all of the idols, would you watch it?

I actually have no problem with dubs. In fact, because I speak English pretty well (being a native speaker and all) but my Japanese is limited I almost exclusively watch dubs except stuff without it or that is hard to find dubbed. But the Yu Yu Hakusho Dub? It's been a few years, but I didn't much like it.

Also, I'm on like episode 6 on the Devil Survivor Anime. Lots of changes from the show, but I think it may work better as a narrative this way. It is amazing!

    Because it's not.

Bought the two Eden of the East movies today. They had a two for $30 deal, pretty good I'd say.

    Gintama: 67/201
    Karneval: 11/13
    Rozen Maiden: Traeumend: 6/12
    The Severing Crime Edge: 11/13

Oh, and Crime Edge is either going to end with a lot of **** hanging or have a second season (or set up for one, anyway). Kind of a shame, I was hoping to see it end in an "interesting" way.

Though, for me, that would probably involve Iwai snapping and killing everyone. That or brain**** to rival Kingdom Hearts. I'm going to get neither, for sure.

At least Karneval's episode was enjoyable. If kind of sad.

So now that her and the MC have done it, does that mean Saki won or does rape not count?

It's enjoyable, but this last episode left a really sour taste in my mouth. Rape is already a terrible means of adding drama but the way they handled it was especially awful. I put my score down to a 2/10 and if it pulls any more of these tricks I won't hesitate to give it a 1. On a side note, I'm still pissed that they replaced Boku ja nai.

    Yu-Gi-Oh! (Season 0) - 27/27 - COMPLETE

Fly at higher game! /shot for lame shout-out

I actually enjoyed this one. While I didn't care much for the music after a while (there's no variety at all), I liked the pacing. I remember reaching up to the Yami Bakura part of the manga online, but I couldn't find anymore chapters for some reason after that, so I stopped reading the manga and never got to see how they got out. So the last stretch of the anime was rather enjoyable for me.

But HOLY CRAP Yami Bakura really is insane. 4KIDS sure toned him down a bit. Still upset no one died in this anime.

I'll tackle Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Monsters at another time. For now, I have to decide what to watch next. Possibly Cardcaptor Sakura, but I do have Kanon 2002 on my list, and since that's 13 episodes (plus special) compared to CCS's 70, looks like I'll get that one out of the way.

EDIT: So according to MAL, Yu-Gi-Oh! was my 100th total anime I've completed all the way even though I've clearly seen more than 100. Sure, most on that list are movies and specials with OVA/ONAs sprinkled in, and only 22 TV anime are listed as complete, but I'm happy either way. There's a lot of neat things listed on that site that I've been finding, so I'm expecting it to grow another 100. But OH GOD THE AMOUNT OF HENTAI OUT THERE. I knew there were a lot, but... searching through the list looking for OVAs hasn't been nice to what was left of my innocent mind.

    A Certain Scientific Railgun S - 9/24
    Attack on Titan - 10/25
    Chihayafuru 2 - 23/25
Gargantia on the Verdurous Planet - 9/13
    Heartcatch Precure! - 10/49
    Hunter x Hunter (2011) - 82/?
    Oreimo Season 2 - 10/16
    Red Data Girl - 10/12
    Space Brothers - 61/?
    The Devil is a Part-Timer! - 11/13
The Severing Crime Edge - 10/13

I've been feeling a bit moody lately, so I decided now was a good time to start Heartcatch Precure. It reminds me a bit of Shugo Chara, only I plan on watching more than ten episodes of this. The main difference between the two series so far is that Heartcatch Precure has better characters.

Chihayafuru 2. What can I say? I can't remember the last time an episode of anime left me with a bigger smile at the end.

100% of information in signatures on this forum involving percentages is false. If you feel as cheated by this atrocity as I do, don't you dare copy this into your signature.
Hold on... if this percentage was correct at the time of print, that means the actual percentage of false information is less than 100% if this signature is included. Which means that... no! I've become a slave to the system!!

    K English dub announced

Why is this show getting a dub so quickly? And how come they're getting some of their best VA's for a throwaway fujoshit? Well, at least they're not wasting Crispin Freeman's time.

Ugh, its getting a dub? There are so many better anime out there that deserve(?) a dub.

Having good seiyuu was one of the only redeeming factors of this show, maybe they were trying to replicate that?

If No. 6 can get a dub, then every other anime in existence deserves a dub.

Speaking of dubs, I thought of one other dub I'd watch. Now, I've already said many times I'd love a show dubbed entirely by Crispin Freeman, I now have a second to to that list. I'd totally watch a dub if they went and grabbed the dub cast of any random hentai.
