I think you guys misunderstand. I'm not talking about fan works or doujinshi or rule 34. I'm saying the anime itself isn't sexy enough to fap to.
I second this. In the latest episode (16) **** really hit the fan.

I liked PMMM. The drama worked really well for me, mostly because I thought the atmosphere created by the visuals and the music was so effective. The plot was based on a pretty uncomplicated idea, but it felt really grand without devaluing the importance of the characters to the story. On the whole I thought it was very good, but it's not one of my favourite shows ever or anything.
O... kay?

Great contribution, I sincerely look forward to more.
Now this is something we can agree upon.
The character designs might be off-putting at first, but you'd be surprised at how quickly you get used to them. There are a lot of muted colors, particularly brown and black, on them that suit the dingy, grimy future setting well (the only real exceptions are a scientist with blonde hair who's a minor character and a major character with white hair and green eyes, which are symbolic in context.) Typical fanservice is very muted, limited largely to shirtless scenes with the male lead and one scene in one episode where the female lead is seen wearing only panties from behind in a casual setting.
Of course, being that it's Urobochi's work, and a dystopian crime drama, there are some really horrifyingly brutal things depicted right from the start, running from crimes such as a heavily implied rape by the criminal in the first episode, to an arc about a serial killers that turns their victims into works of art, all the way up to the fact that the weapons used by the protagonists cause criminals' bodies to explode, often on-screen. If you want to avoid such things, stay away.
Sorry for rambling on. But I do think that if he wants something with more hard sci-fi, Psycho-Pass is a good choice.

I really wanted to finish Suzumiya Haruhi no Yuutsu today... Guess that isn't happening. (I hate you, streaming)
You guys have got it all wrong, think about the long run. They just went from 2 to 3 posts. That increased their post count by 50%.
I know I did. At first I was like: "That's the main heroine? She looks almost like a boy. Those eyes are dumb."
Now every episode I'm all: "AAAAAHHHH SHE IS SO ADORABLE!"
Not sure what this is supposed to mean. It was cheesy? You're going to run at a tree?
...and a toilet seat cover.
Currently, I just finished episode 2 of Soul Eater.
Oh hey there episode 3's preview, it's Mamoru Miyano voicing Death The Kid.
Even though I'm not watching it any more, I prefer the opening for Sasami-san@Ganbaranai to the one for Oreshura.

The iDOLM@STER - 25/25
The iDOLM@STER was really easy to watch - it was a very uplifting show. It felt like the focus narrowed to a handful of characters in the second half, and for a show with such a strong message about unity, I think this was a mistake (or maybe I'm just biased because Yayoi was my favourite). But it was a real feel-good show, and there were times when I had a lump in my throat following a triumph over adversity. The songs really worked, too - that aspect certainly put any prejudice I may previously have had against idol shows (thanks to Kanon Nakagawa) to bed!
