And my rival is called Rocket because he is the son of Team Rocket leader Giovanni... but I should have kept it simple and named him Silver.

I named my character Amber, which at the time was the name I was considering for the main character of the Pok&#233;mon fanfiction which I intend to write (I'm still working on the preliminary details). I've changed the name of the fanfiction main character since then, but the SS character name stuck.

As for my rival, if I get the option of naming my rivals I like to name them based on my first impressions of them. When I met my rival, I thought he was a big mean bully, so I named him Bully.

Mine were based from an old Forum I used to visit called the Riddler's Lounge, that no longer exists. My name on there was Scorpio, and a friend of and a Rival who always seemed to solve my riddle's. And I'd solve his, etc etc.
