In R/b/y/g, r/s/e, I named the rival as my best friend. In g/s/c, hg/ss, I named the rival something bad*****, ie Rex

In the second copy of a SoulSilver, and in a copy of HeartGold. I nicknamed my rival "???". I read somewhere in these forums, that in Silver and in Gold, your rival at the beginning of the game(first battle) was referred to "???" instead of "Passerboy". So i decided to nicknamed him "???" from that moment on.

My Heart Gold character is named Gold (boy) and my Soul Silver character is Kris (named after one of my rabbits, NOT the Crystal girl).

My rival on both games is Silver, but his name on SS is spelled "Silvr" because of the five character limit on Japanese games.
