The regi's cave sounded really cool. It captured the mystery of the regis well, especially when you're a child and you don't know what you're even looking for.

Bringing the Thunder
I pretty much hated 3rd gen's overuse of trumpets, but there were a few tunes I liked:
Rt. 104, Slateport City, Mt. Pyre summit, Victory Road, and the Elite 4 Battle Theme. Also if we're including FRLG, add in the Kanto Gym theme, Rt. 3, the Champion theme, and the Sevii Island route theme (aka Rt. 42-44).
I really wish they'd remix this music though, it needs it badly and I have no doubt most of the music would sound awesome in modern style.

Elite Four Battle Theme was really great. It made the battles very intense.

Lilycove city, Sky pillar, and Evergrande city have the best music in RS I also kinda like Meteor falls music too but not as much as the first three.

One of my favorite themes from R/S/E was the music that plays in the Hall of Fame room. It sucks though because it only plays when you beat Steven/Wallace, and it's just not worth the hassle of battling against the Elite Four to hear that BGM imo. The same goes for the ending credits music; I love it, but I rarely get to hear it.
