I like a variety of rock and metal music. Pop rock, alternative rock, progressive rock, grunge, nu metal (I don't consider that last one to be actual metal). For actual metal, NWOBHM, thrash metal, doom metal, sludge metal, groove metal, death metal, stoner metal, some black metal, some metalcore... You get the picture.
I also like a variety of electronic dance music, that I have no idea what they're actually labeled, as I've only fairly recently got into it. I don't listen to any specific...DJs, I really just listen to random remixes on youtube, lol. I also like the String Quartet Tribute, annnd I'm hoping to listen to, and learn more about, classical music. And maybe blues as well. And maybe different foreign kinds of music... idk.
But yeah, I like a lot of different stuff, and want to get into more.

But whilst I was on exchange in Japan, my host brother got me really into J-Pop and Japanese music in general, I love AKB48 and Kyary Pamyu Pamyu ('PonPonPon' and 'GIVE ME FIVE!' are basically all I've listened to for the last few days :P). I'm a huge Pink Floyd fan, even though I haven't listened to everything they have, but I'll say "Learning to Fly" is my top favorite.
Following that is "Pinball Wizard" by The Who, "Simple Man" by Lynyrd Skynyrd, and finally, "Trampled Under Foot" by Led Zepplin. That's just the top of the list.
