I've heard of them from a few years back, but I just recently truly discovered them, Versailles.

The first of their songs that I listened to, 'Aristocrat's Symphony' blew me away.

Their style is epic, the way Teru and Hizaki play is epic, Kamijo's voice is epic, Jasmine You is epic, I could go on and on :3

In sharp contrast, I've also been listening to a lot of Kendrick Lamar, mostly his solo albums, but I've listened to a bit of his ventures with Black Hippy. Oh, and I'm completely in love with Skotein's Pokemon Reorchestrated.

I have been progressing through Incubus's discography lately. I have made it to Crow so far. It is definitely more mellow than Science, Make Yourself, and Morning View. I'll probably download the next album tomorrow.

how deep are you into the prog world? i started with those same bands and my current favourites are Porcupine Tree and King Crimson, i'd really recommend giving them a shot if you haven't already

can i suggest listening to Trifonic? I am not even a big fan of electronic music and his latest album is probably my album of the year for 2012. i think the fact that he uses traditional instrumentation through the tracks makes it really good (he even uses a mandolin at some points)
