In the row for Lilligant, in the far right column, it says "Greenleaf (Password". There's no need for a parenthesis.
In the row for Chimchar, in the far right column, it says "Owned by Hidoyoshi". It's spelled Hideyoshi.
In the row for Snivy, in the far right column, it says "Owned by Motochika". Snivy is owned by Motonari, not Motochika.
Pansage swarms occur in Greenleaf and Pansear swarms occur in Ignis, not the other way around.
In the row for Lapras, in the far right column, it says "Owned by Mitsuhige". It's spelled Mitsuhide.
In the row for Groudon, in the far right column, it says " Terraria". It's spelled Terrera.

Also, there are several Pokemon that aren't listed as postgame that should be. Here are some examples:

    Aurora:

Gyarados (doesn't appear in the wild in the main story unless you use the password, although you can evolve a Magikarp to get one)

The ones listed as "post-game", for the most part, are ones that only appear in the post-game in the wild. Not going to list ones you evolve to get. Will fix the other errors

    Multiple Errors:
Defeat-All Easy, Defeat-All Master, Sharpshoot Easy, Sharpshoot Master, Swift Attack Easy, Swift Attack Master

    Link: http://www.serebii.net/black2white2/medals.shtml
Correction: The wording makes it sound like you need to clear all areas within 2-5 / 6-10 to get the the medal. You only need to do it for one area within that range.

ie; Clear Areas 2-5 in the Black Skyscraper/White Tree Hollow without battling more than 4 people
Should read something like: Clear an area between areas 2-5 in BS/WT without battling more than 4 people.

Same thing goes for the other medals listed.

    http://www.serebii.net/conquest/episodes.shtml

I heard that you only need to clear Hideyoshi's, Motonari's, Motochika's, Ginchiyo's, Yoshimoto's, Yoshihiro's, Kenshin's, Shingen's, Ujiyasu's, Nene's, Kotaro's, Masamune's, No's, Ieyasu's, Mitsuhide's, and Nobunaga's episodes (and, of course, all episodes that need to be cleared to unlock all of those episodes) to unlock the hero's episode.

    http://www.serebii.net/conquest/swarms.shtml

Some of the ability names weren't fixed.

    http://www.serebii.net/conquest/evolution.shtml

The "Standard" method requires raising Attack, Defense, or Speed to a certain height, not the link %.
The "Energy" method, on the other hand, should be called the "Link" method, and it does require the link to reach a certain amount.

I suspect the american distribution date you have listed for Okuni's episode under the pokemon conquest wifi episode downloads section is wrong, seeing as it doesn't seem to have started yet. The others there should be double-checked too.

The Item description for Liechi, Petaya, and Apicot Berry are still not fixed yet. I thought you said you'll fix it when you update the page

Also, I just noticed that the description for Chilan Berry says "super-effective Normal-type", which is impossible, Normal moves can never be Super Effective

The description for the Type damage-reducing berries such as Occa, Shuca, Haban, and Chilan is also a bit confusing. Why not use the same description as the one in the Berry Dex?
(for example, Occa's description in the Berry Dex : If held by a Pokémon, it weakens a foe’s supereffective Fire-type attack)
More clear than "Weakens a super-effective Fire-type Defense against the holding Pokémon", I think.

My shinies are not for trade or cloning.

Under the Gift Pokemon section, the shiny dragon Pokemon you get from Banjirou are listed as "#443 Gible & #147 Shiny" when the latter should be Dratini.

Oh, look! I wrote a fanfic! Weak (One-Shot. Rated G). Can Iris convince Bianca that she can't just avoid her problems?

And another one: Mischief (One-Shot. Rated G). A little fun for October.

On RBYGSC pokedex, Paras is said to evolve on level 26, when it's really level 24.
    http://serebii.net/pokedex/046.shtml

Also on RBYGSC pokedex it's not mentioned that Kadabra learns Confusion at level 16 in RB and Y (only GSC is mentioned)

Okuni's episode is called "A Date with Destiny". Also, you might want to put the actual start date of its distribution on the page. If it started today, keep in mind that today is July 27th.

    http://www.serebii.net/conquest/pokemon.shtml

Here's a new one: Infernape's ability ordering should be Blaze, Climber, Conqueror.

Error: Wrong descriptions for Egg Breeder, Egg Athlete, The Mystery of Life
    Link: http://www.serebii.net/black2white2/medals.shtml
Correct The requirements are to HATCH x number of eggs, as opposed to obtaining x number from the day care.

(So like, you can trade eggs from other games and hatch them to meet the requirement)

Very minor, but for Caitlin's Reuniclus & Marshal's Sawk in the initial battle, you listed them as LV 56 for Challenge Mode. They're supposed to be at LV 60 for Challenge Mode of the initial battle. Only error I can find.

I don't know for sure, but if the birthday quiz you list as "New in B2W2" is "What is today?" "Hint: It has to do with [Player]" Answer = "Birthday," that quiz occurred on your birthday in Black and White as well.

Also, the DW Gothorita's gender is not listed, can it be either or do you not know yet?
