Great idea, drawing things with the pixel artist app. I'm trying to reset mine to all white. IT IS HARD. I wish they had a reset button or something on that thing X3

It's not really hard to draw a Pokémon on the pixel art app.

Just get the sprite, copy it into paint, and take a part of it that fits in the Pokétch. Then change the colours of the pixels using the white, light grey, grey and black.

Then copy it into your Pokétch.

It's really fun to waste some time with this app, the only problem is that you can't reset it. If you want another picture, you need to put all pixels in color 1(or 4, if you want a dark background) one by one. Well, this IS wasting time too, but this part is a little annoying.

The screen is 24 pixels left to right and 20 pixels up to down, I think.
You can see some 20x20 picross answers and put them in without trouble, but you'll have to do the shades yourself.

Also, if you're having trouble putting in the pixels in the right place, you can do this on the up-left corner of the screen(the numbers are the color, 1 is the "whitest", 4 is the darker one):

This way you can clearly see which line you're painting, so that you don't put a pixel in the wrong place.
The color 4 marks pixels 5 by 5.

Wow. I really wish I could do that. Sadly, I don't have the time/patience/skill/DS to do so. I lost my DS to water damage. (I fell in a lake with it in my pocket...)

For Pokemon smiles (like first post) having the Pokemon you wanna draw in party really eases the process of color changing, as you're basically making it bigger. switching party checker and this app must be annoying, but it's a nice way for starters and complex pokemon =)

It's easier to copy/paste the sprite on paint, since you can enlarge it.

cant load a pic because the only camera i can use without my big sister having my head is on my dsi, soo no pics...
