Hello , gamers around the world .
In March this year I bought the game "Dragon Quest VI : Relams of Revelation " for Nintendo DS . Before that , I was a bit confused, because the only Nintendo gaming consoles I had were Mario and Pokemon ( I had stopped playing my PS2 since it had gained my Wii ) . I wanted a different game , one that never played before , so I chose Dragon Quest .
When I first played it , I was delighted , as if it were the best thing in the world , but that feeling was short-lived : I was very confused at that time psychologically because of the game " Super Mario Revolution " that I was creating ( and currently 'm not ) , along with elements like school and my dream for the future , and to realize that dream I thought I had to zero (in other words : complete , play to the end) all the games I had. When I was stuck in a part of the game ( Alltrades Abby , I never could get there) , I was so angry that I almost did follies .
Over time I was recovering and won games like " Super Street Fighter IV : 3D Edition " (the first Street Fighter game that I played) and, more recently , Pokémon X and Y.
I recently discovered that some stores accept exchange games and I'm thinking of changing my "**** Quest VI: Relams of Shitness" (if you understand me) on the other DS game, Wii or 3DS. And that's where it starts to catch fire: IN WHICH GAME SHOULD I CHANGE MY DRAGON QUEST (aka **** QUEST)?
There was a time when I wore Flashcards (R4i and Acekard 2i, to be exact), but currently no longer use. As a result, my only DS games are:
Pokémon Black 2
Pokémon White 2
Dragon Quest VI (want to trade)
I bought Pokemon Platinum and HeartGold because they did not work on my R4i and later (TOO LATE!) I chose never to use flashcards.
The main reason that led me to want a DS was " New Super Mario Bros. . " , I got only zero using cheat codes (thanks Acekard 2i ) . Now I'm thinking of changing Dragon Quest VI for him , but there is a second option : Mario Kart DS : This game marked my childhood . Shortly after winning the game (which was on Acekard ) , my cousin activated some cheat codes for me . Now I have the perfect opportunity to play the game again , but IN RACE (aka " without using codes " ) !
And now comes the third option : Senran Kagura Burst : a game that was recently released in digital format only and I could not download the eShop because of a problem related to Brazilian monetary unit or something similar . Man, I really want to play this game !
So what do I do ?
1 - Change Dragon Quest VI for New Super Mario Brothers
2 - Change Dragon Quest VI for Mario Kart DS
3 - Change Dragon Quest VI for Senran Kagura Burst ( How do I do this ? )
4 - Wait a few months ( just recently received Pokémon X and Y)
5 - Do not change or switch to another random game .
Well, I'd like to give my two cents on some games I think would be incredibly awesome for RPG fans, such as myself.
Kingdom Hearts: Dream Drop Distance - Incredibly fun action RPG for the 3DS. Also kinda good if you want to get into the series, since it does give you a summary of all other games. Still, I'd recommend playing at least KH I and II first.
Shin Megami Tensei IV - Brilliant RPG, but a hard one. If you get frustrated easily, this may not be for you. But if you enjoy a little challenge, then play this awesome game!
Devil Summoner: Soul Hackers - A great game. Not quite up there with SMT IV, but is still a great amount of fun!
Those are about the great RPGs I have on 3DS. If you're on doubt, I'd greatly recommend buying them.
Also, as you all may clearly see, I'm a huge fan of Rune Factory, but I'm in a bit of a difficult financial situation now, so I wonder...
Should I buy Rune Factory 4 now with the limited amount of money I have and wait on getting the other game I really want, Phoenix Wright: Dual Destinies, or should I do the opposite? I really want both, but my wallet begs to differ on that!
