120 when you average the amount it does. 80 1/3rd of the time, 120 1/3rd of the time, 160 1/3rd of the time.
Also 10% per turn sounds more reasonable.

Name: Mercriner Name Origins: Portmanteau of “mercury” and “milliner” – the mercury used in making hats caused some hatters to go insane. Species: Top Hat Pokémon Type: Ghost Ability: Jitter, Cursed Body, Filter (Dream World) Evolution: n/a Appearance: A purplish-black top hat (think Gengar coloration), with wildly colored stitches applied randomly across the body in a spiraling design. Four ace cards, one of each suit, are stuck in the hat band, which is a darker maroon. A pair of Drifblim-esque hands extend from the hat brim, and the hat itself is tilted backwards, revealing two glowing red eyes in the head hole. Description: Supposedly made by the spirit of a restless milliner, this Pokémon can impart a distinct feeling of unrest in people it is near, inducing slight hallucinations. However, they don’t mean badly by this. Mercriner love to rest on people’s heads – oddly enough, this doesn’t cause the same madness effect. Stats: Specializes in Speed and Defense. Attacks:
Start – Lick
Start – Confuse Ray
7 – Evil Eye

24 – Will-O’-Wisp

Name: Tide Surge Type: Water Category: Special PP: 5 Power: 140 Accuracy: 90% Effect: Sharply lowers user’s Special Attack after usage. Appearance: A large spiraling wave of whitish-blue water is shot at the opponent.

@Infernape77-Sorry about using the name! I'll try to think of something new as well, as I didn't give the name much thought in the first place. But if I can't come up with something new, then...sorry! As for Muramashed, it seems gory. I like it!
Here are some details on my next two Fakemon, which are the Rattata/Sentret/Zigzagoon/Bidoof/Patrat of the region:

@Gallade: Don't worry, already get new name, actually I haven't "released" them in this club. Your idea was awesome, but I think Punching+Kicking Kangaroo would be great, because many Kangaroo in cartoon were boxer
New Thing:
The Dragon Fang(move) changed into Draco Fang
The region, Inpesia, changed into Matra.
Inpesia become a "country" consisted of 5 regions(one of them is Matra)
The next region don't have Japan Pokemon, only some Japan Pokemon in Matra will exist in next regions, after obtained the National Dex.
This is because Matra quite far from Hoenn(the nearest to Matra) so there's only some Japan pokemon in this region, but there's still Gen V on Matra and so on because there are many tourist from Unova. and there would be more Unova Pokemon in the next regions because others were more beautiful than Matra(the next one was the most popular)

@Infernape77-Actually, one of my original Fakemon that I ever made was a Fighting type evolution of Kangaskhan that had boxing gloves, but it didn't make the final cut. I still have a Pokemon similar to that, though, as I have a Fighting type wallaby, which is basically a kangaroo, right?
Here's my next Fakemon line, which is the regional bird:

Hello everyone! I am totally new here and I have an interest in the field of Fakemon that perhaps some of you experts would be so kind to help me with.
I am looking for Fakemon that have battle backs as well as fronts. You see, it seems that the community at large can be appraised for their ingenuity, but I cannot find one single semblance of a proper Fakemon battle back.
I would be in your debt if you could point me in the direction of an artist who creates the back and front view of Fakemon.
My interest in acquiring these sprites is related to a project of mine. Please let me know if you are interested in it.
@GalladeRocks: Now I'm feeling weird, why we have a lot same name on moves/pokemon..... but you post first the move/pokemon.... Do our brains have connection? XD And I like Buglade's name very much
@Seven Dragons: Do you think this is thread for someone to get Fakemon sprites? Actually this is thread fro who likes to MAKE Fake Region, Fakemon, Fake moves, ability, etc. Sorry if I'm wrong

@Infernape77-What name of yours did I use now? As for your Fakemon, I love them both. Asteor's design looks too much like Staryu, unless the two are related in some way, but I love your new moves. And a Cryogonal evolution? Awesome! It sounds kind of creepy, but awesome.
Anyway, here's my next line from Hetla, which is basically the Poochyena/Purrloin of the region.
