I do not think you can reset the Walker. It is probably set up so that you cannot lose the Pokemon inside. If removing the power source doesn't reset it, I am at a loss as to what will.

Is there a way to save my shiny 10aniv celebi? i wanna keep it but my current saved game wont load it just brings up a black screen. >_>

The game can register event shinys it just wont load my saved game. and i have no idea but trust me it is legit and i want my celebi T_T

First off, Shiny 10 Aniv events cannot be legit. Lots of proof on some sites that specialize in events. So I wouldn't say it is 100% legit. Aside from that....

...maybe since it is hacked, the game does not want to recognize it.

.......Thats why I said some might be legit.The game can recognise hacked Pokemon as I don't think it has a hack checker.

It's possible to get a shiny 10 Aniv events. The "proof" you found is false.

There would be no way to 'save' it then. Unfortunately, the pokéwalker syncs with your game. If your game won't load, and you need to restart, you will not be able to send the Celebi over to the new game. You also have to restart your pokéwalker in order for it to interact with a new game.

However, to restart the pokéwalker. I'll copy and paste once again the lovely instructions by Pikachu_king.

Okay, let me try to simplify it. I'll be assuming you started a new game:

1. get to the point you can use the pokewalker (must have pokedex and atleast one pokemon in a box)
2. go to pokewalker screen on your game cart
3. when on that screen hold L, X, and down all at once.
4. it'll ask for confirmation, say yes (top option generally)
5. it will eventually ask you to sync the pokewalker, set it to communication mode and line it up in the usual place. (I'm unsure if this was right away, or if there was another option + yes to press)
6. the pokewalker is reset to the same way it was when you first opened it, with the happy and sad face transmission screen.
7. just go through and re-sync it like you did the first time.

As for the step thing, over in the Pokéwalker we've been discussing the various theories we have. Steps defiantly have an effect, and another theory is the more happy your pokémon are, the more likely you are to get a rare in that step range. Both my flying and surfing Pikachu came from 10K+ steps that day, along with a Lucario that recently evolved.

Well for the pokewalker I'd run for like 20 min.
but If you get bored doing that just shake it alot xD

You could just walk with it in your pocket. It is the Pokéwalker. That's what I do, and I get an average of 350 watts a day(Then again, I march in a band 5/7 days of the week).

does anyone have a specific time they found Surge and Erika, they won't show up for me. Also, what's the kanji for Janine, I got her number and she won't show up again, but I can't find the kanji listed on Bulbapedia in my phone x_x
