Back early!wifiguest3216: battle plz, no nasty plot, or sword dance, or dragon dance, and u HAVE TO LET me set up bellyzard, and no taunt, or heracross, and NO WEAVILE, and no substitute unless I have it. And dont use that many attacks and NO ROAR or WHIRLWIND. AND IF IM GOING TO LOSE, then quit the fight.
Beldum, Spiritomb and I always have the worst time trying to catch a Skorupi.
For me, I'd have to say it's a tie between Feebas, Spiritomb, and Beldum, though most of the Honey tree Pokémons (mainly Munchlax, *Groan*) is a real pain in the head...
Gen VI Pokedex, here I come!
Gen V National Pokédex: 649/649
However, no WiFi, so don't ask for trades/battles/anything WiFi related.
Spiritomb remains (basically) the only pokemon that it is possible to catch in the wild that I have not caught (Munchlax being the only other that I can think of, but thats purely due to me never having tried)
The method required to obtain Spiritomb is ridiculous, as I have yet to meet anyone who uses the underground's wifi capabilities, so I am forced to wait to unlock the route on the Pokewalker with him for my first Spiritomb with my ID (and that takes a ridiculously long time - I have taken my pokewalker to school EVERYDAY since HG came out in March, and I have only just unlocked White Lake, which required 50000 watts. The route containing Spiritomb - Quiet Cave - requires 100000 watts - DOUBLE the amount for White Lake. This means I can expect to spend another 10 months before unlocking this route. Preposterous.
COMPLETE NATIONAL DEX
gen VI announced next day
Black 2 FC - 0949 0144 8935
For me in FR it was tauros of all things, its still the only pokemon I never caught in that game.

Yay, I've claimed Charizard.
Female Combee or Beldum
Spiritomb. As previously mentioned, the way of actually enabling an interaction is near impossible, as you need to interact with 50 different, as I may add, people, and place the Odd Keystone in order to interact with. And the PokeWalker Route is damn hard. then, you have to factor in capture rates, flee rates, and all that other good stuff before you actually attempt to capture it on the Pokewalker. It's damn hard. Period.
Any rare safari zone / great marsh pokemon . . .
Beldum's catch rate is pure evil, but it and spiritomb are floating out there since they are breedable. (to anyone who said ditto are hard to catch: Switch to any pokemon with a 255 catch rate and have ditto transform into it, the ditto takes the 255 catch rate with it, one ultra ball later without even needing to weaken it and its your almost ever time).

Beldum is the only acceptable answer to this thread.
Other than him, I find getting female Combees and Feebas difficult as well.
bagon and beldum are quite hard to catch

Defitely Beldum, mostly because it's only available in swarms. I spent a good 2 hours SRing to catch one because I only had 6 ultra balls and not enough money to buy more. In retrospect this was stupid, but it was still hard.
Also, for some reason, I got a female Combee on one of my first attempts at using Honey.
Croagunk in the great marsh, little terd flee'd everytime I threw a ball. I was a flee away from flushing my pearl cartridge down the toilet.
Finding:Feebas and Munchlax;
Catching:Rayquaza in Sapphire is kinda hard.
