Xros wars didn't have many plot holes that I can think of even if I go look for it. Maybe you could argue Superior mode could not be possible but I always assumed Shoutmon by then had the power of the code crown allowing him to do that.

Regarding Damemon evolving rather than simply changing forms, apparently he actually says something to the effect of "I was reborn as Damemon, so now I super-evolve to become Tsuwamon!"

Basically they want us to just accept that Damemon is already capable of doing a Chou Shinka on its own all this time.

The implication from the dialogue would seem to be that the change from "Digi Ninja Art Warrior Transformation" to super evolution is a byproduct of Damemon having been reborn.

I was surprised they addressed it at all, even if it was just one line of dialogue.

Thank goodness Damemon's digivolving into Tsuwamon wasn't retocnned. Glad to see Yuu finally having a digimon. And now to wait for that Dobermon hunter and the what the old man's real plan is(if he has a bad motive that is)...

I think Yuu is gonna get Sparrowmon since he was Nene's partner. Also Mervamon and Beelzemon making another appearance would be nice.

I honestly can't wait to see what kind of Digital World Shoutmon rules over now. Not to mention full Xrosses come back instead of the 2 digimon limit. OmegaShoutmon X5 anyone?

Crunchyroll announced on Wednesday that it will simulcast the Digimon Xros Wars television anime series in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, South Africa, Australia, and New Zealand starting next week.

Toei Animation's 54-episode Digimon Xros Wars television anime series aired from 2010-2011. The second year of the series, titled Digimon Xros Wars: Toki o Kakeru Shōnen Hunter-tachi, began airing on October 2.

In its second year, the anime is "hyper-evolving" with a new world, new friends, and new Digimon creatures, although it is still revolving around the main character Taiki and his friends. In particular, the new year is dealing with a secret hidden in the gap between the real and digital worlds.

The anime is introducing a mysterious new boy named Tagiru Akashi who will hold the key to the story. Other new Xros Loader-wielding human Digimon partners, who may be friend or foe, will be introduced such as a Ryōma Mogami and Airu Suzaki.

The ongoing Digimon Xros Wars anime is the first new Digimon anime to air in Japan since 2006-2007's Digimon Savers, which ran in the United States under the name: Digimon: Data Squad.


Crunchyroll confirmed that it will stream only the Digimon Xros Wars: Toki o Kakeru Shōnen Hunter-tachi (Digimon Xros Wars: The Young Hunters Who Leapt Through Time) sequel series.

Regardless, it's pretty surprising that that they're subbing (rather than dubbing) the second series than the first, though at least now Toei is throwing a bone to us outside of Japan.

Maybe, but Yuu did say that he had other family members across the globe, so it's also possible that his family's famous/extremely prosperous.

Just saw the most recent episode. It was nice, but I hope that they get deeper into the series soon instead of the "digimon of the day to beat" sort of thing.

Give it time, I'm still waiting on that episode where they go back to/visit the digital world.

I think Taiki will hunt down Greymon, Mailbridramon, and Beelzemon while Yuu will get Sparrowmon and Mervamon. Tagiru will get another digimon somewhere in the digital world.

Yeah, I had a strong feeling Digimon Hunters saga would be this toned down since the 1st image was released. Especially with the DigiXros limitation of only 2, which I would say lessen the overpowered monsters.

Still good, I guess. Unsure if they're making Taiki and Shoutmon (and the rest of the Xros Heart army) their new mascot staples. No mention of Zenjirou even in this episode saddens me and no Akari makes me cry. Kiriha, I would like to know what he's doing now (re-structure his father's business maybe?) and we know about Nene.
