Isn't the Royal Rumble tonight? I guess it's time to place some bets lol. Since we're now officially on the road to mania. I wonder if there will be any surprises at this years rumble?
I am excited. Hopefully Ziggler cashes in and gets rid of the Mitb briefcase already. I'm sick of looking at it. This has to be one of the longest times someone has held that case. Or at least ranks up there.

I'm pretty sure edge had the mitb case for the longest time (wrestlemania 21 - new year's revolution). but ziggler is definitely 2nd. who i think should win: i don't! care. i just want the winner to win at wrestlemania, because that hasn't happened since undertaker in 2007. for the past 5 years, rumble winners have lost at wrestlemania, and it's ruining the purpose of the royal rumble. give it purpose, wwe!

Sheamus won the rumble last year and then won the World Title at mania. He beat Daniel Bryan in like seconds. It was a forgettable event but WWE often bring it up.

you're right about forgettable. i remember sheamus winning the title, and i remember him winning the rumble, but I thought those were 2 separate occasions. but thinking back, i never followed that rivalry, because it was 2 people new to the world title picture. 1 of them because they're buddies with triple h

just now, mid-post, i had an idea. cm punk loses the wwe title, but enters the rumble as a surprise entrant and wins.then john cena wins a #1 contender's match at elimination chamber. in conclusion, cm punk vs. john cena vs. wwe champion the rock at wrestlemania!

Well after that and having seen where TNA is right now I have to say I'm pretty much done with WWE.

WWE has become lazy and complacent - same old crowd again and again, great opportunities being missed (especially with Punk), laziness in matches (move-sequences, finishers always ending matches, etc) - and the results of the Rumble proves that.

The only unpredictable thing about this show was Jericho's return, which was pretty awesome. The rest of the show was fairly forgettable.

I've actually decided to start paying a bit more attention to TNA a lot more now because of how disappointing that Royal Rumble was. The moment the ring was left with Orton, Sheamus, Ryback, Cena and Ziggler it got boring for me as I knew Ziggler was not going to win it as he already has his Money In The Bank. Cena winning it just sucked all the energy out of the Punk vs Rock match which I suspected would be a Rock win when it was revealed that it was the last match.

That being said I loved Jericho's and Goldust's return, wasn't too keen in the 3MB taking 3 spots and yet The Shield weren't even involved at all. So so disappointing.

So disappointing...Cena should not have won...Ryback should have won the rumble...and was very disappointed when the lights went out and shield was the cause of it...it should have been Taker and Punk really deserves more respect than this

Wow, Cena wins. What a surprise no one saw coming. Great idea slotting his stale tired character back into the title picture instead of someone new. Even better when now were most likely going to have to see another damn rematch in Once in a Lifetime again. because a year long build between Rock and Cena wasn't enough last time.

This year's Rumble was just depressing. It still boggles my mind as to why they let Cena win the Rumble, and all that did was make the Punk v Rock match predictable as to who would win. So I guess WM29 is gonna be Once in a Lifetime: The Sequel. Tis a sad day for wrestling fans.

On the bright side, it was awesome gettin to see Jericho, Goldust, and The Godfather in the Rumble this year. One of the main highlights for me =3

This royal Rumble makes me glad i don't watch WWE anymore. All i do is Just read spoilers online now and if something big happens i might tune in.

I hope Cena Loses the title the night after Wrestlemania. That or he turns back into "rap" cena from 2004.

Some good news is i hear Lesner signed a new 2-year deal with WWE.
