not really. i've been watching some other pretty good ones. the afformentioned Panty & Stocking (nice twist ending, can't wait until season 2) and Rosario+Vampire.

Also, as Eon already knows, my new girl is British but I didn't say anything because I was afraid ILP would start something. so yeah.

SO sorry I haven't been on for a while. But I have good reason. I have been trying to catch up on Bleach anime. =P Finished 296 just today. So I'm only 2 CR pages behind. XD Seems like a lot still, but I'll try to catch up soon. XD

I seem to have missed... some interesting conversation. I'm not really very talkative at the moment though, because I'm very angry at the game they make you play to get the Dream World Eeveelution... I just beat it, but it drove me INSANE and put me in a very crappy mood. I'm sorry I'm taking it out on you guys. =/ (If you have no idea what I'm talking about, go to the Serebii.net homepage. LOL)

Anyway I have no idea what you guys are talking about but I'll probably just catch up with you guys later.

Anime does flesh some things out, like battles...

Though the manga is faster and had key details that can be glossed over in the Anime.

Mutual feelings. Nice.

Anime. It's got more flashy scenes. You get to hear they pronounce the chanting in Kido. And the Kido are colored. XP The background music makes funny scenes funnier and sad scenes sadder and so on. It haz colors! 8D Some of the ending/opening sings are awesome (which otherwise you'd most probably never even hear of *listening to Echoes*) Hearing a shinigami say 'bankai' and seeing the release process is much more exciting than just reading it. And last of all, you hear Unohana speak. :P

Only drawback is, it takes longer to watch. And downloading anime is much longer than manga.

btw, Eon, I mentioned you in passing in one of my presentations. :P

Probably the anime. The opening and endings are very nice touches (and can be skipped if necessary), the music is absolutely AMAZING, all the vivid colours make the action look brilliant, and flow very well. The voices are pretty good (I don't think there's a voice that I actually dislike), and the pace is comfortable (I tend to overlook details while I'm reading, anyway XD). And any filler inside the episode is generally fine, and whole filler episodes/sagas can be skipped anyway.

That's a hard one. I love both to death... The manga is just so easy to pick up and read, and the anime takes a set time of 25 or so minutes to watch the whole episode... Often I only have about ten or so to spare... But I wouldn't have discovered a lot about my music taste if it wasn't for a lot of Bleach songs. So I have to say the anime wins. Though of course, the manga would still have to have existed... But if this question just affects my own viewing of the franchise, then I'd choose to keep my anime.

Welcome to the Bleach club! I am the Captain of the 12th Squad, I like Pokemon (...) though I also go by ILP/Ilpy/Ilpeh/Ilpizzy/Aaroniero/Anternero/Ant/Any other nickname.

As the episodes go by, you should learn about all the new terminology (Shikai, Bankai, Arrancar, Espada, etc.). If you want, you can find dubbed/subbed episodes online (the Japanese subs are quite a bit ahead of the English dubs, I think) or you can find the manga (scanlations can be found online, and there probably are some volumes at your nearest anime/manga store).

The BEST place to watch Bleach online is vizanime.com, hulu.com, and crunchyroll.com. That's because those are LEGAL sources and by watching on one of those sites you are supporting the creators.

And it's definitely a good idea to learn terminology... A good place to start to learn things is the Bleach Wiki. (bleach.wikia.com)
