Hey, you know what I'd have done if I were Hitsugaya? Freeze all the fullbringers while Ginjou is busy smirking and cutting them all.
If I were Kenpachi, I'd just cut all of them down with a single hand swipe while Ginjou is busy smirking and cutting his comrades. Or with two hands if I'm feeling bored.
If I were Byakuya, I'd just overpower Ginjou and his comrades with pretty pink flowers...while he's busy smirking and cutting his comrades.
If I were Ichigo even, a single Getsuga Tenshou, while overused and boring, would be enough to absolutely destroy all fullbringers at once.
Why in the world did every single one of them just stand there and do nothing while Ginjou was busy smirking and cutting his comrades?

I know why I'm disappointed. I've read enough manga that if I'm going to feel excited over a manga, it's gonna have to be a stand-out from the rest.
You could say that Bleach is standing out...but not for the right reasons.
It used to be so interesting too...rather disappointing that it turned out this way. I guess you just can't keep making stuff up as you go when you're making a long-term series...

But when you then see where Bleach is going from what it once was.. It's just so disappointing.

My main problem with Bleach, is that there isn't ANY (decent) character building anymore. =s

^ Because Kubo is hopeless as a writer. His concepts are great, but his development of both characters and plot are pathetic. Ichigo was supposed to be that gruff, edgy kind of good guy while Ishida was supposed to be overly rightous one, and yet they ended up moving closer towards the other's character until they became bland and uninteresting. It's not that they don't have a personality, it's that their personality is completely unchanging and uniform :/


Good news: I finally have my notes, so the next chapter can finally be written. I'm about six pages in right now, so this one might end up a bit shorter than the others. Still, look forward to it.

As for insignia, I'm guessing that anything I'll say, Da.c will say I have no imagination - this would probably mean the obvious stuff, like a calculator, a test tube, a microscope etc.

Make a calendar using the Bleach Captains (Canon and or Club) and say why you made it that way.

I think Kusari did a DAMN good job of it. But I've always sort of wondered what would happen if I could make a calender that is different from the typical gregorian:
We have 365 days, which splits almost perfectly into 13 months, of exactly 28 days (there's one day left over, though). I figure the main reason why we have 12 months and not 13 months is the fact that 13 is a prime, while 12 can be split into 1:12, 2:6, 3:4 (and vice-versa), making it much nicer to group seasons together, or to say "half a year", or a quarter or a third, etc.

What was Ichigo doing when he saw the Captains and Vizards attacked the Hinamori Aizen? Nothing. Absolutely nothing. Then after they've realized it's Hinamori only he seems to have found his voice. >.>

Aha, Yukio was spot on, he DOES sound like a geezer.

"Don't forget to kill him once the battle's over," this is kind of interesting. Especially since Tsukishima seems to have a kind of... respect almost, for Sushigawara. Ironically, he was talking about "leaving out friends", though his powers allow him to create false friends with a slice of his sword - though he could be sarcastic. This also shows a bit more about Ginjou and almost how ruthless he is, but as a villain, he's wary of even those who fight with him, and does not want them to become too strong. Perhaps the fact that he told Tsukishima shows even more about their relationship.

Godamnit Ichigo, seriously, if you really want to protect people, you need to learn that just because you caused it does NOT mean that only you have to fix it. If you have a bunch of captains and lieutenants behind you, FIGHT WITH THEM. Honestly.

I think Yukio's lines would've been funnier if he used Pokemon lines.

Wow, Ikkaku just stabbed right through him. I think my eyes actually widened when I read that.

Hitsugaya and Yukio (I guessed right!)
Ikkaku and Shishigawara
Byakuya and Tsukishima (also guessed right!)
Kenpachi and Giriko (I'm good at this XD)
Which leaves either Renji and/or Rukia, with Jackie and/or Riruka. I think Rukia will pair with Riruka, and Renji with Jackie, unless they fight together.

I actually do think that the shinigami will murder the Fullbringers. Except maybe Trollkishima, because he's needed for the plot.

...That's it for Giriko. Well, he got slashed in half, but it's possible that his abilities might be able to reverse or undo that - since his powers are based on time (anyone see the almost irony in the time user versus the Kenpachi?). It would be very boring and very lame if that was all that Kenpachi did. Yes, we know that he's strong. But are the Fullbringers THAT much weaker by comparison?

Overall, kinda eh.

I was under the impression that the Captains could not hear Ichigo shouting, and Aizen decided to drop the hypnosis on their ears first, so they could hear him, and then on their eyes, so they could see what had happened. Though of course, Ichigo could have rushed in and blocked, but that might have led to him being attacked or something...?

I would also like to ask why these shinigami are so easily slaughtering people left and right. They aren't ghosts or spirits, y'know? I don't think you're allowed to go around killing them even if they're antagonistic.

I could help. Yukio's is rather simple - Before: He has free control over the space within his game console. After: His control over game space extends to the real world, taking the form of Atari-era pixels.
For King Bradley Giriko - Before: He is capable of setting a condition on someone for him to fulfill within a given time limit, together with set prerequisites that he can't change. If the subject fails to fulfill the condition in time, he dies. Instantly. After: He signs a contract with the Gods of Time, allowing him greater power the simpler his conditions are. Which, incidentally, is something I don't think the Gods of Time have control over. Also, he knows Hulk Smash.

Yukio vs Hitsugaya ---- Winner: Hard one to call. Yukio's ability seems pretty impressive with the upgrade but Toshiro is a prodigy. Too close to call.

Also, I've been thinking to change my shinigami profile a bit, buuuuuut I need to ask you guys' permissions first, because it's kinda something.... big. Well if not big, medium. Got an inspiration after watching the Transformers I kinda wanted to have a, you know, mechanical left arm, from the elbow downwards. The additional 'equipment' will be mostly medical related... Syringes, scalpels, needles, whatnot. Also, I have a store of tranquilizers, sedatives, some other basic stuff you could find on a hospital rack in my arm. Is that ok? I'll make up of some woozy backstory to explain how I lost an arm, whatever. And no, it wouldn't be because I'm the victim of Kubo's arm fetish XD

I really want to make the insignias, because unlike the other things I promised I would do, but in the end gave up because they were horrendous abominations [yes, i'm talking about the sprites] THESE I can do with quill and ink ... 83

January - ILP - the begginning of a new year means the start of new projects
February - Eon - the transition of the cold months to new life in the spring
March - Kida/me - my Birth Month and it's when trees begin to flower and leaves turn green
April - Arceus - Because of Easter, even though it originally means fertility, it's considered a festival of re-birth, as a medic, this fits.
May - Kusari - Nice sunshine and breeze for you to sleep in
June - Zameric - honestly, I see you as quite a reliable and nice/arm person, much like this month
July - MC - Warmest month of the year
August - Senbonsakura - The leaves all change colours to yellows, oranges, reds and a few late greens, it looks beautiful
September - Cell - end of warm weather, preparing for the cold months ahead
October - Dauc - "this is halloween" ... I regret nothing
November - Rotrum - this is usually considered the cold and stormy season
December - Flash Step - christmas, boxing day, new years eve, plenty of parties to be had

I can't explain some of these all that well, but the feeling of each month just seems to fit some people

Hmm... Well, I figure that it would suit, because of both being my twin, and being the medic would allow for appropriate equipment. I suppose it would be fine if the stuff you were keeping was all medical related and cookies and not stuff like rockets and lasers those are mine.

It's funny how a lot of people are born in March, actually. But I think it does seem to suit you. Checking over, March borns seem to be the most active; Arc, Cell, NL, me, Blue

Imagine this, you're given a choice between two tasks:
1. Kill a rabbit while one hand is injured.
2. Kill a worm while both hands are injured, one leg is deformed, and with a giant clam that shoots mirages out of its dong strapped to your back.
As you can (hopefully) see, the conditions for task 1 are much simpler compared to those of task 2. That's what's meant by simpler conditions. When Giriko has less to do, he presumably has more power.
I'm not sure what kind of power he's referring to but whatever.

Y'know, if I were Giriko, I'd ask the time gods to turn back time and make it so that the extreme divider never happened. Erase a portion of time, basically. I wonder if Kubo is going to do that next chapter...
